I love coming here because you always find a movie you needed or a CD you were looking for. You can also find your favorite series or movie merch. T-shirts, mugs, Funko Pops, candy, toys, etc. Its just a great store to find anything entertainment related. Great place to find gifts for others too. Also everyone in the store is always super nice. I love coming to this store.

Fye is pretty cool, found some movies Ive been wanting to see that I couldnt find on any streaming service as well as pretty cool merchandise and overall I always have a great time whenever Im there.

I’m sorry, I have to call this out. I called FYE at 11 this morning asking if they were going to be open. An employee answered the phone and said yes. It is now 1:01 and I am standing here, looking at a fully stocked closed store with no one inside.I tried to call again, but the phone is obviously next to the registers because I can hear it ringing. I live really far from this mall, I would have appreciated being told the truth about whether or not FYE is going to be closed.UPDATE: Someone is in the back but the store is still closed. Incredibly unprofessional. Whoever answered the phone outright lied to me.

I miss shopping in this store so much! There used to be one in my local mall years ago. Since its been gone I havent bought anything from the website. I worked across from the store so I knew when all the good movies and cds were coming out. I would get a few new dvds or cds with every paycheck. I loved browsing through the used section! I have a huge cd and DVD collection all from FYE!

I havent been here for a good minute, so Im sad to see the DVDs reduced to a couple rows. No more CDs but they do have some vinyl records. This store turned more into a currently popular store. Its still a cool store.

I cant believe this is one of the last FYE stores in the area. Like always, this place carries many pop culture items. You can find variety of figures, shirts, vinyls/records, and even rare food items. The workers are very nice and helpful. Id come back to this mall just to visit this place again!

I gave this store a three because its turning into a weeb store :/ I used to buy records from here but they dont sell them anymore. It was a store made for music, but its not really music-centered as much. However, they do have a somewhat wide arrangement of music discs.

They have a whole selection of movies that can be purchased, some specific films or shows your going to have to order online. But nonthless whenever theres a big movie on the hollywood spotlight, the merchandise sell out quick, depending on how good the film is. Great services plus the membership is worth the sign up. You will get good deals anywhere, and not just FYE.

Stay away from this company.I stopped by to see the location. Got some products. Then they required me to be the member. They said the account will be cancelled in two weeks. FYE has charged me for months before I realized one transactions in my bank account. Call my bank, it is a subscription so needed to cancel from the company. So I try to retrieve my account. But I never receive the email to reset my password which couldn’t remember.Look at how spammy this notice looks like. I never seen a reset password that warned me that it takes minutes to reach my account and that I have to check my junk, which I did. How can I get my money back, and how can I cancel my subscription which is so easy for other company. They are really a SPAM!!

DONT SIGN UP FOR BACKSTAGE PASS VIP..So it appears Im not the only one, but I caught it early. The associate who works there gave me the whole spiel about the card and the 10% off each purchase, yet failed to mention it costing me $11.99 per month hence a unknown subscription! I immediately went to my bank to dispute it and of course called the number in the back of the card. Customer service sounded bland and still tried to recommend me on how great these deals are. Hopefully this card is immediately canceled and I have my refund back. They should really inform you on these kinds of things.

Curiosity store with many off the wall items. Prices are a bit high and the store is a little cramped. It is an experience.

Cashier was rude, did not greet me when I came up to the register. Waited till I was going to use my Apple Pay to tell me it’s not going to work. And then doesn’t even thank me or say anything at the end of my transaction. Highly debating now coming back to this store again.

Great place to find movies and CD

Im a frequent shopper here, I always will find some blu-ray title at a bargain price. Fine-tuning titles alphabetically sure would boost sales here. Adding a classic movies section is my suggestion. The staff is always attentive and friendly.

It used to be a little better but it is in my opinion one of the draws to this mall. They have a wide variety of movies and other memorabilia from clothing to books and posters. If you attend the Montebello mall this should be one of your stops.

Great spot with alot of good products. My only suggestion: add more LOONA merch 🌙 Haseul/Yeojin was the only album i could find. Not sure if they dont carry them or they sold out. but i could find a surplus of other artists and very little on LOONA. Other than that, all great.

A bit of a hit or miss for myself but the teens and young adults I know that go here love the novelty of this store along with the funko pops and there are alot of them here. A good spot for a quick gift for any item that is trendy with kids.

The store hours show 7pm for closing and is just 6:20 p.m the girl in the counter sees me waiting outside the store since they have it block cause they only allow a few people in the store. The store is empty nobody inside and she is saying the store already closed. Wow closing way earlier than the time stated on their store.

Good selection of items and friendly service

I went down to the mall just to go to FYE and it was CLOSED! At 1pm and all the lights are on but the gate is pulled down and a 8x10 sign hanging saying we are closed, daaaa the gate is down. Didnt you get enough days CLOSED in the beginning of Covid, for months. Very Disappointed! Ill update my review if I ever get to go inside.

As I live in Inglewood, and I dont have a lot of time to watch the stuff I buy, I dont come to this place as much as I would like to, BUT I LOVE IT! Every time I come they have a wide variety of things for all types of prices and deals; movies, cloths, music, toys, etc. There is a very nice young lady whose name is Ariana and she is awesome!! Very friendly, kind, efficient, always smiling, and surely gives a great service! She was very helpful! Congrats for the staff!!

One of the last places I know where you can still find almost any DVD you want. The salespeople are very helpful. Great prices on older movies.
