I totally loved the experience! The employees there were so chill and helpful! They have a wide variety of items that you can purchase and if you can’t find what you’re looking for they’re more than willing to help you! I really wish I would’ve asked for their names but I can safely say that there will be a next time just to see what new items they have on sale!

Poor selection, less then average staff and always packed with people with long lines. You would think they would have more staff on hand to expedite the experience but sadly this is not the case. By the way this is my experience, my opinion and this maybe not true for you but for me the service here sucks.

BoxLunch has a lot of anime,tv shows and movie merchandise. Employees seemed friendly and helpful.
