My husband and I were interested in purchasing jewelry. However, the guy and women that work there just stare at us and did not offer us help. People will treat you differently because of how you look and dress. So disappointed ☹️😟😢🥺 I feel that if you dress elegant and are good- looking people assume you have money 💰 Also, if you are the opposite of this they assume you are poor so can’t afford to buy.

Jewelry is really awesome at this store. Theyve always treated me kindly and respectfully. However, last time I was there I happened to forget my warranty brochure and they could not find my name, nor address and/or phone number anywhere on their system! Thats so frustrating. That means at Zales you are definitely doomed if you misplace your papers... I had to go back home to look for those documents and later come back if I wanted my ring to be inspected... Sad 😕...
