SAL is one of my favorite people who works at this store. HE IS always pleasant and very helpful.I look forward to seeing SAL when I shop because he was sincerely empathetic when my mother passed away.Thank You SAL for your kind words and making my day a little better.

Great deals. Specials worth going for. Fresh vegetables and meats. Cost a little more than other stores, but clean and well kept departments.

This is the closest Vons to me even though it is a 25 min drive on a good day. In general I love doing my shopping at Vons and we look forward to stopping by at the Deli and getting a freshly made sandwich. However today was the third time that we arrived before 7:30 pm and we were told the deli was closed. From the moment we came towards the deli cashier area the woman just stood there looking at us, as though annoyed by our presence. I said Hello, wed like to order a couple of sandwiches. She said Oh were closed. I asked Im sorry can you tell me what time the deli closes? She said well the hot food is still open but that part (pointing at the sandwich deli area) is closed. I said well seeing as how we usually come here for the sandwiches can you tell me what time the sandwich deli closes? She said about 8pm-8:30pm. My gf a bit upset said its 7:28 but I told her it wasnt worth arguing if she didnt want to make a couple of sandwiches it was fine. Its disappointing because we actually like the sandwiches there but this is the 3rd time weve been turned away even though Ive called ahead and was told the deli closes at 9pm. Not really sure what to make of it.

Monica the cashier was very nice. Every-time I shop here It is a pleasure to have her be my cashier . She makes my shopping experience that much more pleasant . I wish all cashiers were as polite and as pleasant as her.

Nice Vons.Clean store and helpful staff.It can get quite busy.The parking lot isnt too bad. It shares a lot with the other stores in the plaza.

This is a great place for grocery shopping with the family very friendly workers Ill standing work and keeping the place nice and neat organized and clean for us.

It is not as large as other Vons that I have been to but it does have a large variety of items. There produce its the best, good quility. There meat and deli are small but they can take care of your needs. Over all the store can take care of your everyday or weekly needs what ever way you shop.

Expensive. Very expensive compared to Walmart, Sams, Costco, Aldi, etc. Service can be very slow at peak hours. Although, its clean and sometimes you find cool stuff you wouldnt find at the other discount grocery stores.

This is the closest market within my area. Vons usually has what I need, so it’s convenient. The only issue is that sometimes the lines are long, but they make it a point to call more cashiers. I recommend this market for necessities and some specialty items

Good branch of Vons. Usually there is enough parking spaces. Also the staff are quite helpful and nice.

Store was clean and well laid out. Parking lot was cleared of discarded shopping carts quickly. I found everything that I looked for pretty fast.

This store is very comfortable to shop in, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I love the fresh fruits. Well stocked. It matters if the markets have new fresh undamaged or unopened grapes or strawberries. It shows they care about their products and their customers. I appreciate that.

One of the worst Vons ever I walked in with my younger brother wanted to purchase a few snacks and a 12 pack of beer cashier refused to sell me beer accused me of wanting to buy a minor beer. Cashier was completely crazy.

Milky at the deli is super sweet. This is a clean store with plenty of parking.

I like this Vons. Its very convenient for me but I do generally only buy sale items & items I cant find at a lower priced store. The staff has always been helpful & courteous with me. Occasionally the wait in line is longer than I like but overall I work a weekly visit into my schedule.

There are a lot of very friendly and kind people working at this Vons. At times lines can be long, but this is not their fault. Since COVID19 theyve had long lines, but it moves quickly. I also appreciate that there are many non-dairy items that I can find here. Saves me a trip out to Whittier.

The staff here is very rude you asking for something and its like youre really asking them for a lot and they dont take you to their products they just point me in a direction to go and thats it they dont even say thank you thank you for shopping none of it and horrible

A good place to shop, they always have all the things I need. I recommend getting a Vons rewards card. I save a lot of money that way.

I went to Montebellos Vons almost two years because is near to my home. They often have products more expensive than other places, but its fine to me. Last Sunday night, the cashier treated to me a very rude attitude when I had to pay and leave the store. I was with my friend buying a pack of cigarette and a cake. Its normal to ask for the ID in order to buy it, thats okay. Suddenly, when I got my wallet in my hand picking up only the Vons card, my friend showed the ID and the cashier asked who will pay for that: I said, him. Then, the cashier used a very serious and rude attitude to tell on my face, If you are the person who dont show the ID, put your card and wallet away !!!. He also said, he(my friend) showed his ID, so he had to pay his cigarettes and not you!!. That day, I was afraid because of his manner to treat with me. I remember there were two ladies in front of him in packing bag side that also were very serious, so I preferred to stay quiet and not to say anything in order to prevent conflict. This Vons manager must train those workers before working in the place and teach them how to solve solution to customers but not in a disrespectful manner. Also, when the grocery store is overcrowded, they dont even open more cashiers and that make customers wasting their time. The cashier who attended me on Sunday has glasses and beard, and He is a fat guy. I was feeling so uncomfortable when I left the grocery store because he gave a bad appearance.

Went in on a Sunday at 6pm to encounter 16 people on a non moving line for ONE cashier. What this market gets away w is absurd. The most expensive market in the area and worst customer experience. Walked out. I will not stand in long lines like this as a consumer.

Large major chain supermarket. Pretty much what you would expect from any market, some prices do seem higher here than Ralphs or Albertsons. Its an average experience shopping here, nothing special, but nothing horrible. Perfectly fine if it is a convenient location for you.

Love $5 Fridays and their app. I love seeing my total cost drop! I havent come here as often lately because over the past few months, it seems that their lines have gotten extremely long and their cashiers are very slow. Theyre very nice and they try to get to know you but, Id like to see self-check out or speedier cashiers.

They alwasy seem to have what other stores have run out of. Plus its not over crowded. Sure it might be a little pricier but when noone else has it in stock you cant really complain.
