Good people, good service, very small place and the parking really sucks! Definitely more expensive then other places. Just visited cause they had the gun I was looking for in stock, but I think Ill stick with turners.

Had a great experience buying my first gun, Really helpful and offered great advice.

I walked in here looking to pick up some mags for my glock when the owner started yelling about how glocks were Tupperware garbage and tried to sell me 1911 because it was a mans gun. I said no thanks and went to use the bathroom.When I went to use the bathroom there was no toilet paper or even paper towels in the bathroom. Disgusting.

Terrible customer service . Won’t recommend to anyone . Better off going to ammo bros or even Bass pro Shop. When people ask questions, you should be happy to help not rude.

This place is strait up overcharging people, shop around do your homework and i guarantee you will find a better price for the same gun somewhere else

I was greeted by Holly. I had a thousand questions and got a thousand answers. Extremely patient and attentive to my customer needs. I bought some ammo but will be back to buy a toy or two thanks to Holly and her amazing customer service skills and knowledge!

Had 2 of my guns here. They were overpriced. If you want a reasonable price and better service, go to Turner’s Outdoorsman. FF Firearms is just not a good gunshop. It’s ok but not good. The price gouge here is real

They may be small but you’ll have a better chance of getting in the door than Turner’s.

They do not post available ammo. You can stand in line for up-to two hours then enter and be told they are out. Ammo selection is limited. Staff was nice. No social distancing marks for the outside line.

Friendly customer service, Avo was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I will be coming back for sure. The store and staff more than make up for the minimal amount of parking and the long wait times. Waiting outside is required until its your turn.

Never ever visited the store, i live 12 states away . However I found a item online I wanted to buy. It was $1000 but I still wanted to buy it because it was sold out everywhere else . Needed a gun they had a gun. I only waant happy with I left a very healthy deposit he only want a hundred I gave him six hundred. I orderd two MP 40s one of them got denied witch was not there choice i understand. Well they kept the whole depost And still chargerd me an extra $300 for one gun instead of two so I paid $900 for 1 mp 40. But I wanted a gun and I got a gun so thanks guys. Hopefully when i go back for a new one they make it 👉

I initially found this place on Google, when I went there, I was greeted with professionalism, courteous, and an amazing service and knowledgeable staff. they treat clients like family. I will definitely recommend them.

This place is a really great local store for Guns and Ammo. The service is excellent, educated, and the people behind this store really know their stuff. Also they teach if asked upon. Whether you have questions about maintenance or barely shooting for your first time. I would recommend these guys to get the help you need.

They lie about when you are receiving your gun. I bought mine since April 15. And to this day I havent received it. When they assure me I receive it 15-30dys due to covid. Going to ask for my money back

I recommend FF. They are super friendly & helpful. I got my Glock 17 in 2 weeks. I recommend you get there 2 hr before opening. If there is no parking in front of location, park on the durt lot located on the corner of Beverly & Bluff Rd.You have to wait ouside.Take a fold up chair, water & reading materials. They will let you use the restroom inside. Someone will come out and get you information and add you to a waiting list. Be patient & Good Luck... 🙂 Ana

I was more than willing to spend on a rifle but they wouldnt even let me in. Will be going to a more customer friendly shop who doesnt judge people by their appearance.

I gotten many of my riffles from this dealer. The only problem is the owner. Sometimes he is a cool guy and sometimes he is complete douche! Not sure if he does this on purpose or he forgets to take his meds. I think it’s best you find another shop if you don’t want to be treated like trash.

This is the most helpful and knowledgeable gun store I have ever been in also their gun selection is very Awesome for the big gun enthusiast. They will go way out of their way to get you the Item you want for your collection.

I was in the market for a pistol and wanted to find a local dealer who is knowledgeable and not pushy for a sale. Often times Im hesitant to visit local shops as they can sometimes make you feel like a fool for walking in if youre new to the sport or even pressure you into buying something, but I was glad to have stopped by here. The staff was both knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find out what fits me best. In the end I left with a wealth of knowledge and confidence in knowing what works best for me. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a local respectable dealer who takes the time to figure out your needs.

This is a great shop with the widest selection I have ever experienced. Bought many guns here. Listen, wherever you go you will have hiccups here and there its a given. I know they have been slammed with orders and because of it a lot of unhappy customers/KARENS, not to mentions strict guidelines they have to follow during Covid-19....some shops got hit with $5000 fines for not being in compliance with Covid-19 guidelines so give them a break if they dont let you in Karen. Just be happy you still have a God Damn gun shop in Communist California. Just want to say thank you to the owner & employees for staying open during the Covid-19 lockdown, you guys are superstars!

Walked into FF Firearms to purchase my first gun for home defense. No pressure, the guys behind the counter made my experience very comfortable. For being a first time buyer, they didnt make me feel ignorant about not knowing everything about guns, but instead asked key questions in order to give me the best advice and information about what I was looking for. Ended up with a beautiful Glock 19, and I absolutely love it as much as I loved the laid back and easy vibes at this shop. They made the process very easy and loaded me with tons of info. I had been wanting to visit this shop for a while. I wanted my partner to take her FSC test and I was going to browse some firearms as well, but we were refused because the test would take too long. They were rude about it too. Ill be going back to the Firing Pin in Temple City instead.

First able I went to this place called Western I dontd know what on Atlantic Blvd on bell. I walked there like for 30 min. They didnt offer any help. They were laughing and Laughing. I just step out and legt. But when I got to this place. FF Firearms. Right away the lady ask me if I needed any help. Or if I was looking for something on particular. I liked this 9mm gun she went inside and got me a brand new one. Did paperwork pay it all. So on 8 days imI picking up my gun. Thanks guys for your excellent work illI recommend this place to every body.

Poor customer service. Store operator is arrogant Seems like many have found the same issue.

After waiting for more than 1 1/2 hour finally I got in just to find out that the firearm that shows on their website available is not; as a ordinary sales person that thinks sorry fix everything; they know firearms are in high demand, show some respect and update your website; do not fool people is not good for your business!

Their trash, they don’t pick up their phones in the way is three hours, The place is hard to find ghetto and just for them to tell you that they’re sold out
