Dana was very accommodating and professional. Our family has been coming to this place since it was Goss tire and Dana is truly holding up the the goodwill tradition that his predecessor Patti maintained.The service Tech who preformed the work was very informative and helpful (Lloyd, maybe?). Its becoming rare to get this type of hometown, knock your socks off service.

I came in with my car thats old enough to vote to get new tires and an emergency windshield replacement. Gills Point S provided the best car repair/tire purchase experience I have ever had, hands down. Friendly, prompt, affordable, and totally BS-free. The folks at Vianor in Montpelier are the best! They are reliable, honest, and thorough. Recently, Patti squeezed me in because I was about to head out on a long car trip and I had a worrisome vibration that my dealer had been unable to resolve over several trips. At Vianor, they took it out on a couple of test drives and checked various things until they found the problem and resolved it! Ive been going to Vianor for years and cant say enough good things about their work.

Our experience today was a good one. Both Pat at the counter and the Technician were both courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding our vehicle.

I went to install my newly bought winter tires and they charged $100 since I didn’t buy those from them. So guys if you have a brand new tires bought online or from somewhere else get it installed from somewhere else.

I went in for a scheduled tire change. It took OVER 2 hour . After the long wait I got my car back with a chip in the fender above the tire and a cracked wind shield. The staff refused to take any fault and made zero effort to make this right. Dishonest shop that does not care about their customers experience. Look elsewher .
