Contrary to what youve heard, it takes experience and know-how - and plenty of chickens dont hurt - to create New Englands best... some would say, the countrys best compost mixtures. Those in the know - organic farmers - will tell you its hard to find better product. I can tell you their chickens produce some terrific eggs... if you visit the place, you can see them hard at work - on the compost piles. Go to the office and get some eggs while youre there... Iberian style tortilla (with local potatoes and their eggs) or a Cabot cheese filled omelette - the combinations are limitless.
