I called Keene Medical and got great service from Desiree Kaiser. I needed head gear for my CPAP machine and Desiree Kaiser helped me in a great way! I received my stuff in a timely manner and thanks to Desiree Kaiser the items I ordered were just what I needed!! Great customer service in a hard thing to come by these days and Desiree Kaiser provided great customer service. Keene Medical is very fortunate to have such such a fine person such as Desiree Kaiser and she should be recognized for her efforts!!! Thanks for your help Desiree Kaiser!!!! Lewis Brill
When I moved to the area it was suggested that I go to Keene Medical for my CPAP supplies.I went in and was assured they would be able to help me.I ordered a mask and was told it would be approximately 7 days for it to arrive. I called 10 days later and was told they had no record of my order, but that they could order a mask. . . 7 days, and they would call me.4 months later I still do not have the mask, and have not heard anything from them.Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!

I needed a certain piece of equipment and made an appointment with Keith Brown. Keith is always polite, takes all the precautions needed even in this nearly post pandemic time, and was ready to instruct me in the proper use of the equipment. He had the equipment all adjusted to my needs. I am very appreciative of his efforts.
I personally have had positive experiences with the folks at this establishment. They have helped as much as they can over the phone, and all the items that they sent to me arrived far sooner than promised. They called to sell me filters, which was annoying, but they were simply doing their job, and were very respectful when I declined. I assume that their rating would be higher if folks were willing/able to review more for positive experiences. I have noticed that people are more than happy to complain, but less so to praise.
I had been using Keene Medical for YEARS with only a few hiccups. I moved out of state for about 5 years, then came back to Vermont 3 or so years ago. I have been trying since I moved back to get a new BiPap machine. I call and ask about it, and they say they need to check with insurance first then theyll call me back. Then nothing. I call again, and get the same response, followed by silence for WEEKS!! I call again, and again, same issues. Its been MONTHS AND MONTHS and NOTHING!!! I cant even get my settings changes because the button is broken so Im not getting enough air while I sleep. Unacceptable!! Also when I tried to order supplies from them they kept sending me the wrong stuff, and the people on the phone that take care of supplies were incredibly rude.
I was having s problem with my CPAP machine and Keith fit me into a busy afternoon schedule to check things out. The machine did have a defect. He arranged a brand new machine, I had it within a couple days. He set the machine according to the prescription and helped me get the other functions set properly.I’m back to having great night sleeps again.I certainly will go back in the future!
It was a privilege to be served by Keith Brown. Im 80 years old and have problems with my memory. First, Keith took the measurements of my face, then he explained (in laymens terms) the advantages of each of the 3 mask options that should work for me. Following each presentation (which included trying each mask on) Keithalways asked if I had any questions regarding the product he had presented.. He never rushed me or ried to persuade me as to which one would best serve my needs. He left that decision to me.Keith was very professional. He represents Keene Medical very well.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff! Offered to handle my CPAP upgrades over the phone and mailed them to me, with a receipt sent via email. Im a busy, working mom, and I appreciated the flexibility and understanding.
I found Keene Montpelier, Vt. staff to be informative and helpful.
We have been very pleased with the service offered by Keene over the past few months. My infant son has required home oxygen and they have been so responsive in making sure we have the supplies and equipment needed. Ive had oxygen tanks delivered on the weekend (more than once), 10 PM phone calls with an on-call respiratory therapist while trying to troubleshoot a pulse oximeter etc. The employees have been caring, empathetic and dedicated. Things may not be perfect all the time (seriously who is?) but they try really hard to meet customers needs and Im thankful for their help and support.
While it took awhile to get the paperwork done, they saved me money and travel to the original Keen location where I picked up some of the oxygen tanks I was returning. They gave me good service and I do recommend Keen to my family and friends.
Horrible service!! I wish I didn’t have to give any stars! I went in mid December to order a boot for my foot and was told it would be in within 5 days, never heard back from them. I emailed them and found out their email doesn’t even work so I called and left a message then got a call back with a message telling me the boot will be ordered and again expect it within 5 days and here I am still waiting way past 5 days. This place sucks don’t bother with them.
Where to start. They will sell, sell, sell & then upsale You!My CPAP broke. I bought mine there. The tech checked it out and the compressor had an issue. The man who was helping me, was prepared to take my machine that still functioned but not up to what is medically recommend. The tech was the one who asked what I was supposed to do while mine was being taken? The guy with beard said, we will have an answer from the insurance company the next day. IS THIS A MEDICAL UNIT OR JUST A TOY!!!ONE WEEK LATER:I called and things were approved. When? I have no idea! Keene Medical never did call.PS: While in the store, a customer deficated in their pants. The entire store stunk. I was choking and went outside. When they left, I mentioned the odor to my representative. He sat back down at the computer. I brought it up again & asked about an air spray. He told me there is some somewhere but did not get up! Instead, he told me that in 11 years, this was only the second time this has happened!
Keene has always been very helpful to me and efficient in getting me the CPAP supplies I need.
Avoid this business at all cost. I tried to engage this company to get some equipment that my doctor order. My doctor sent them a fax 2 times which they said the did not get. Then I talk to a new person and he said yes they had received it. This took about a month.It seems like they are very dysfunctional. My doctor is going to direct me to another company.
Although they have a few supplies and compression sleeves for women who have had a mastectomy, they do not have a designated space in which to be fitted. I did not want to be fitted in someone’s office near the front of the store.
This company is one of the most difficult companies to deal with I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and cannot even properly keep track of customer contact information. I would NOT recommend them at all.
