I went into the store on the 10/25/2021 looking for an item for my son for his Halloween costume. The floor clerk was helpful, but I was hesitant about spending so much for a small item. I get up to the counter & as my son & I were discussing our options, the cashier took my card & rung up the transaction. My son & I then decided that we wanted to go a different route & not buy the items. They refused to give me my money back & then lied to me and said that their operating system did not allow for returns... Please... Ive worked in retail before... Now, because of a measly $30 transaction, they have lost a customer for life who will tell my story of their terrible customer service for years to come. I will not shop there, my kids will not shop there, nor will my very large extended family. Losing one customer cost them quite a bit... Get better customer service reps because lying to people & not being helpful will cost you a lot. Doing the right thing would have brought you more customers & more future revenue.

I love this store♡So much fun to check out even if you dont plan on buying anything! Staff is super fun and helpful as well!

Got a coatume today! The employees were polite and helped me find exactly what i was looking for!

I bought my item on 10/28. It was a black skeleton dress. There was no way to try the item on in the store. I was told I could not open the package in the store to check for sizing. I tried the dress on when I got home and the dress was way too small. The dress was nothing like the photo on the package and the bone design stuck to the tissue paper packaging. The dress was also unraveling at the neck line. I was unable to make any returns or exchanges even though I wanted to return the item the same day. I am now out $35 and have no costume to wear.

Bad experience all around, filthy no manager, costume we bought looked like it had already been worn 🤪

Terrible management, employees goofing off all day it seems. Took $6 dollars extra, didnt give me any change. Shop online instead!

Other then the high prices, everything they sell is really good quality! I love just walking around the store as well! Wish it was open all year!!

The scary thing about this store is in the time of Covid 19, not a single customer or employee was wearing a mask. Ive shopped many times in the past (pre pandemic) and liked the store, but this is no time to let down your guard. Lets look out for each other people to win over this virus!
