We walked into the Montrose store and were not even acknowledged despite the fact that there were no customers and two guys at the counter that were not obviously busy at any particular task, (not on the phone, not looking at the computer or paperwork). Whats up with that? We were there to possibly spend a significant amount of money on landscaping materials and outdoor kitchen products, but not greeting customers or even acknowledging their presence sends a huge red flag to me about customer service. When we exited the store, there was no thanks for coming in etc. etc..... nothing...nada. Wont be back based on this.
