When it was time for an upgrade, they offered me an LG K22 at no cost. As I had had an LG just previously, I thought it sounded good. The phone is a very poor performer, and now I have no way of upgrading except to buy another phone at full retail. Im now shopping around for a better deal. The sales guys at Moore are not looking out for your best interest. I gave 2 stars because the monthly price is good, and service is mostly acceptable. Otherwise, it would be just one star.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Worse service there is out there. Want 600$ a month for two lines. I shut off all our payments so we couldn’t buy anything on the phone through the service and somehow it went up 900$ a month. Told them I didn’t buy anything and they still said “sorry”. Literally never dealt with something like this before. 900$!!!!!!? I locked my App Store to where I neither phones could buy anything through cell phone service. HA HA and their website says “no hidden fees”. 😂 yeah don’t go here unless you wanna pay for a phone that costs more than your rent. 😂😂 oh and they do this too multiple people that I know, so I know it’s not just me. Family of mine pays 600$ a month because they can’t get keep up with all the fees and “app purchases” they didn’t make!! They will literally not help you at all. Once you’re in they make sure you can’t get out. 👌🏼

The proliferation of wireless companies sometimes make me dizzy. You have AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, u.s. Cellular, and a bunch of little companies. They all offer pretty much the same phones, and summer plans, although rates vary drastically. But if youre looking for a good phone and a good right plan with good coverage, US Cellular is a pretty good place to go.

I live close to Choctaw and drive to this location because they seem to know and care more about what they are doing. I get good service and they are usually patient and courteous unlike other us cellular stores (mwc-Reno & Douglas).

This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had I was working with a rep with long curly blonde hair not going to say his name for his sake but I will not recommend this cell phone company or this store to anyone who doesnt want to die after dealing with this representative
