Went in looking for glasses and the staff was super friendly. Helped me find the perfect pair (actually two pairs), gave me their honest opinion if they thought they looked good and fit good. The ladies there were the absolute best!

I struggle with finding a good eye doctor. My last one had issues with appointment times being switched. Booked this appointment out of desperation. The staff was more than helpful, friendly, and quick. The doctor was engaged, and also went above and beyond to recheck a few things that seemed odd during my appointment. Will defiantly be back!

Be very specific about the services as the standard package for testing is $79 and a comprehensive exam is $90. They will confuse you without telling you about the specific services these’s packages entail and then lie about them. Always question them on the services they are providing.

They staff was very friendly and very helpful. They had a wide variety of frames in store to pick from. I was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. Since I was paying out of pocket I got a buy one get one free offer. Which is amazing if I happen to lose or break one pair.

Had my eyes checked next-door came in just wanted to quick look to see what they offered didn’t even want to try anything on. Soon as I walked in with my mask on I was stopped and told that I had to use hand sanitizer I said I’m just looking around they said I had to anyway. So then I turn around to just go look at the small selection of glasses that they do have and I get stopped by the girl at the counter telling me that I have to sign in before I can look for glasses tell me why I would need to sign in and use hand sanitizer just to take a quick look to see what frames and brands that they offer the store isn’t very big and doesn’t offer many choices told them I just go across the street and they said OK and just continued on talking with each other seemed more of a hang out for employees then an actual business save yourself time and money and just go to LensCrafters where they have a 10 times larger selection and the people are actually nice.i will deff tell friends and family to skip this awful place.

I walked in and was given the directions on the proper safety precautions for Covid-19. I was then told where the men’s section was and to look around. I never got anyone’s name or any personal interaction outside of the Covid stuff. I spent 10 minutes looking at glasses by myself without anyone coming to check on me or let me know what the process was. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Eventually, one of the ladies when to the back and I assumed the girl sitting down was the person who was going to assist me. I gave her the glasses I was interested in and she asked if I would like a second pair for half off. This was the only “personal” interaction we had. Everything else was about the transaction. I just felt awkward the entire time because I felt like I was being a bother. 2 separate customers came in after me and they got treated really well. They had personal conversations with the employees. I brought my prescription in because I thought I would get a personable and helpful experience buying glasses. I could have easily gone online and chosen any realtor because I already had the prescription. I don’t even know if I want to come in and pick up the glasses instead of just returning them. It just upset me that the other 2 customers got a personable experience while I didn’t. The only difference was that they were white and I was not. Hopefully my experience was a unique or someone was having a bad day.

We had a great experience with the staff at Visionworks. They have incredibly helpful staff, who worked quickly to verify my insurance coverage. Their great selection of frames made it easy for my daughter to find a pair easily. Looking forward to shopping for my own pair of glasses!

I havent had the best experience the last few times Ive gone to look at frames at other places, so it prompted me to stop in somewhere new. Great experience here. Friendly and patient. I came in directly after my eye exam and had to try on glasses for the first time ever. They helped me figure out and explore what kind of glasses would suite my face shape. It took me about 2 hours to decide and they were patient and kind every minute. Made a special trip there to have my glasses adjusted and did not get the service I needed. I wear trifocals and mask wearing has stretched my glasses and I am having trouble seeing. Everyone was crammed in the lobby and they would not take anyone in the store to escape the crowd. She did a little something to my glasses, put them on me and shooed me out the door, never checking to see if my needs were met. Glasses still drooping.

Purchased a pair of Nike frames in July. It is October and the temple cover slid off and is lost. So less than 6 months later they will not help because I didnt purchase insurance? I will never purchase glasses through Visionworks ever again. And I will discourage ANYONE I meet who needs glasses from purchasing glasses from this company. Way to stand behind what you sale guys. Absolutely fabulous.

Overall had a fabulous experience. The service was fast and the guys running it were great. The only reason I took off a star is because when my glasses were ready because the lenses came in much earlier than the quoted 3 weeks, no one called me. The person even commented that they had started wondering if anyone was going to pick them up. This was disheartening considering I was having to get both pairs updated on prescription.

I called to try to set up an appointment. They immediately rejected me. They told me that they are not accepting new contact lens patients. I then asked if I could at least buy contacts here, I already got a prescription I just received the same day. They again rejected me saying they dont sell contacts to non clients. So what now? They refuse to take me in as a client, and since Im not a client they refuse to sell me contacts? Even with a prescription from a licensed optometrist? What kind of business and optometrists dont take in new clients? And just refuse to give service for no reason ? And the lady was very rude on the phone too. Id say good riddance Id rather not give my money to a business like this

This place is the place to go. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by two lovely ladies Kassy & kinni. Not really sure what I was doing but didnt really need to. The customer service is thru the roof. After my million questions, ( and by the way they answered every one of them.) I learned a little bit more about what I actually needed. I am very very very satisfied with this place. These two are GREAT! Go and see for yourself.

Was told glasses would be ready in 2 wks. After 5 wks we called and were told their system was having issues and theyd call us back in 30 mins. An hour later we called them. Were then told there was an issue at their lab. Not happy and trying not to get ugly, asked if they had already charged soonercare. Wanted to go someplace else. Lady told us she would take the frames that were in store to another location amd would have them the next day. I get a call the next day to be informed she was talking the frames that day and would be ready by noon the following day. Went to pick up glasses around 2pm the next day to find out they still didnt have the glasses. Hope otheres have a better experience. I will NOT go back there ever. Customer service needs improvements.

This place is awesome!! First time ever having glasses and I had no idea what I was doing, but they made it so easy for me. My insurance doesn’t cover glasses (tri-care) but they had a BOGO going on so I still saved a lot and got 2 pair. The store was at a slow moment when I went in so I got the help of both Nicole and Nate and they were so fun in helping me find frames. I can tell they really love their jobs and I loved them! I was in the OKC area and was in need of new glasses. Found this store and I am glad I did! All staff members were friendly and the entire process was smooth and seamless. They sent me my new glasses back home (Chicago) and my new glasses are perfect.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. Nate was who helped us today. He was very short with us. We walked in and did not get a greeting. He just said quickly and annoyed are you needing glasses, will it be insurance and asked what kind of insurance and was upset to have to call and didnt get immediate access because the other eye dr had just used our insurance info. He said I cant even get access you need to call yourself very rudely. He didnt want to deal with us from the second we walked in and there were no other customers and a couple other workers free. So while I called to get insurance straightened out he said rudely to my husband you can go start looking at frames. Never once moving from his seat and talking with another worker. He was also rude to the insurance operator that was helping us. After he finished talking with her and we brought our frames to him he said is this what you want and I asked what the cost would be after insurance is applied and he with attitude says there is going to be a copay with any frames you get you know that. I never mentioned that I didnt have money to pay or that I didnt expect copays. We knew there would be a copay we arent ignorant but any chance he had to be rude he sure was. We decided since he was not willing to treat us as humans that we would take our business elsewhere.

I went in there today to get my glasses fixed when I didn’t even purchase them there and I got more help from both the man and woman working than I did from the place I actually bought them. I also noticed they don’t have Oakley but they have a big selection of frames. They helped me out even though I didn’t purchase there. I will definitely get my next pair here.

It was a very good experience getting glasses with this visionworks and team. Whether it was getting dad comments from Nate, Kinni cutting my lenses, or Nicole being very kind ;), I would definitely go back to them. They also give you the old lenses of glasses in case they break. They had my new lenses on hand and were ready the next day!

Employees are not pleasant. They act as if you’re annoying them by entering their store and then have the audacity to make them work when you want to make a purchase!

I orinally purchased my glasses in Norman, it took 3 different people to help me, I finally got a very nice girl that helped me. I received my glasses early, that was a plus! But when I told the gentleman that gave me my glasses that I couldn’t see well he suggested that it might be my prescription and not the glasses. Well I used them for a week and still not working for me. I decided to go to the Vision works here in Moore. I was taken care of by Kinni, she was awesome! She went the extra mile to help me find a solution to my problem! She did find the solution! That is what I call excellent and exceptional Customer Service! Thank you Kinni
