James came out and insulated our garage door. Before the insulation, my garage was 144 degrees at 3pm. The very next day at 3pm it was the exact same temperature outside, however our garage was only 92 degrees. Night and day difference!

James and Kevin just left my house after installing my new aluminum attic ladder. Professional and conscientious! Price was reasonable. They were very understanding when we had to go back to Home Depot to exchange the ladder I had purchased was not wide enough. Everything worked perfectly including my alarm sensor which was tricky to adjust. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND James for attic ladder and garage door needs!

These gentlemen were great! They were able to fit us in and get the job done ASAP! James came out in less than 24 hours. I didnt do a great job at explaining what was wrong, but he had the equipment and fixed it in no time! I did call another company (my first time having problems with the garage) and although it was maybe a few dollars cheaper I had a hunch to go with James because he was so nice and professional! About a month ago James replaced a broken spring on my overhead. Very reasonable. Very professional. Yesterday while lowering door it got cockeyed and jammed up. He came out. Got everything straightened, rails adjusted, etc. He did NOT charge a dime. Totally unexpected. He felt there was stuff he could have double checked before on original service call. Big Red Overhaed (James) is five star in my book.

James was very quick and thorough in resetting the cables and adjusting the 12 door to our shop. We werent in a rush, but he made it out in less than 24 hours after I made the call. Big Red Overhead Door will be our go to company for any future repairs or maintenance on our garage doors and gates.

We were having trouble with one of our overhead doors and noticed that the seals were worn on the others, so I called James to have him take a look. He shot me a price and told me what needed to be done and I agreed. While he was working on the doors, I noticed that he was checking the hinges, rollers and other door stuff....things that I didnt think about, and it just made me feel better knowing that our doors were all getting a once over to make sure we didnt have future problems due to the multiple years of neglect before we purchased the building.I have dealt with door people in the past, and James definitely shows pride in what he does. Called Big Red yesterday at 1pm and spoke with James. He couldnt make it to my home because he already had jobs lined up but said he could make it the following day after his first job he already had scheduled. He said it should be around 10 AM. I get a call at 9:21 and James said he was on his way. James and his brother came in, installed my Chamberlain garage door opener and once completed went over the system with me. He even went as far to try and program my trucks homelink but since it is an 08 it wasnt compatible with the new standard frequency. He informed me I could purchase a repeater that I would sync my older vehicles to and it would then communicate with the new garage door opener.James did amazing work, very professional and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond for sure.I would recommend Big Red to anyone.

James came the same day I called. He was able to fix my problem and several others I didn’t even know I had. He also reprogram the remote and exterior mounted opener and did a complete service of all components. I was very satisfied with the friendly service and reasonable price.
