From the first time I spoke with Garden Pond Unlimited about my project I felt at ease. I had hundreds of questions, I changed my mind few times about placement of the pond and size, they were so patient very respectful and kind. The crew that built my pond were amazing very professional, and fast, explaining what they doing, also answered every question no matter what. They saw I have an old dog who loves getting in the water, so they made steps for her just in case she couldn’t get out.. yes above and beyond.. I would whole heartedly recommend them..

We had a pond installed the middle of September. Mitch, Chris and Brandon were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They set us at ease throughout the process. I am very happy with the overall experience with Garden Ponds Unlimited. The installers were very professional. They listened to what I wanted and they did everything right. I had a waterfall/pond and a bubble rock installed and am very happy with both of them. Mike came out to make sure everything was the way I wanted it and brought me the supplies (a gift!) I needed to get the pond started and explained clearly what needs to be done to maintain the pond. We are thrilled with our new pond! It brings a whole new feeling to our backyard and home life, really. My kids love spending time in the backyard now and cant wait until we add fish. Extremely pleased with Garden Ponds Unlimited! We inherited a koi pond that had been neglected for a few years. Trent arrived on time, communicated clearly, and provided exceptional service in cleaning our pond. He also walked us through pond 101 and set us up for success!

We bought our home back in October and one of the things we were excited about was the koi pond in the front yard. Not prepared to deal with fish during the winter, we decided to go ahead and wait. So glad we did because during the next few months we realized the previous home owners must have made the pond themselves. From using the wrong kind of lining, to an aerator resting on a cinder block with no type of filtration, this pond was a mess.Back in May we contacted Garden Ponds Unlimited to come out and evaluate the situation. They were pretty quick about setting up a consultation. They were even able to start working on the pond almost a week earlier than predicted! Our pond was finished yesterday and we could not be more pleased with the results.The whole process took them two days. The men that came out were fantastic! The noise level was minimal, and they were friendly and efficient.Were already so happy with the look of our pond, and after having visited the store, were very excited to get some fish! Weve never had fish before, but after talking with the staff I feel like well be able to handle it. They were so helpful in answering my questions and concerns, Im confident moving forward that theyll be able to assist us if we need them.

We have driven past the store many times and were always curious.In the fall of 2019, we attended the waterfall festival and were very impressed. We took home information and decided out of every company we had talked to, they seemed the most knowledgeable. As our home build got closer to completion, we called and discussed terms. Mike was very patient and listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan. He was very flexible on start date understanding that it couldnt be done until we had closed and that home builds rarely happen on time. He came out twice to our site to help make sure that we could get the pond we wanted and make sure that we had the builder do things that would help the process.When the time finally came, the crew arrived when expected and quickly got to work. They were professional, courteous, patient with questions and excitement and hard working. They did not take shortcuts and asked questions to make sure that things were coming together as envisioned and wanted. We are amazed at how quickly our dream became a reality.We have only had our pond a week and have already received many compliments. We have spent time each morning and evening around it and are continually in awe of how great of a job they did.

I came in wanting to start a koi pond and they helped me pick the fish while helping me understand how to do that. They went above and beyond while also showing they cared about the fish and me even after the sale. Ashley and Mike are the best and I wont go anywhere else for my new babies!

Bought small pond/fountain color light kits from them on Friday. Tried to hook them up, but not working. Took them back to store to sort out the problem(20 miles one way). We found that it was the transformer cable and not a user error. I didn’t have the receipt so no refund. Understandable, so I bought another light. She indicated at that time if I had the receipt I would be given a full refund. I found the receipt and notice they charged me 58% more for the current one in 3 days time.I returned on a Saturday and showed the manager the receipt and asked for a refund. She couldn’t do without owner’s permission (out of town) I wasn’t the happiest camper at the time but manager was very rude and very hateful and informed me the owner would call me on Monday. I waited until late Monday, but no call back, so I decided to call manufacturer. Got a quick response from the manufacturer. They were very helpful and solved ALL my product issues without dealing w Garden Ponds.I would not deal with these people: (Garden Ponds)if it was the last place to buy certain productsDon’t back up their products and worlds worst customer service in any business!!!!

The customer service from Mike could be better. He called and basically bullied my wife and I to change our review of the business. If he would have called and asked what he could do to make it right, we would have gladly changed our review and our original opinion. Mike came out for a home consult two days after requesting one. Our build date was moved up by two weeks due to weather. The two man crew who came out was done in a day and a half! Mitch and Chris were great, friendly, and did an amazing job!!! Any email I have sent has also been responded to very quickly! I will definitely use them for any future business I can! I was shocked when two young men appeared after one of the coldest spells we had had in our area. They were scheduled to clean two of my ponds and the weather didnt cause them one problem. They were right on time. Brought their equipment in without breaking any yard art. They set up and went right to work. They called me out time to time to give me details or to make suggestions, on equipment, on fish (they like one little guy I had real well) and on further repairs I might consider. They were quicker than I thought they would be. Were very nice and professional and not pushy at all. They fulfilled the service they promised and my ponds looked great. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our pond rebuilt due to the pond that was at our house when we bought it leaked. The total cost was $7,000 to which it sounded like they would really change the pond and make it bigger and better. I was really disappointed with the outcome of our pond. Other than the new pump and making the waterfall taller, I don’t understand what we paid SO MUCH money for. We already had the rock and most of what I would assume would be costly to have a pond made. I feel like we were taken advantage of with the cost of the pond.

My son dug a pond for me years ago. We tried over the years to make it look like the ponds at the pond store. This year we decided to get an estimate and see what could be done with our sad homemade pond. Mike came an examined our current situation and provided the estimate. It was more than we wanted to spend but decided to move forward. We had to wait 6 weeks for the install due to previous bookings by other customers. The 6 week wait was well worth it! I am absolutely pleased with the outcome. The difference is unbelievable. My husband and I sit outside in the evenings now and admire our new pond.

First of all we purchased the water feature (bubbler rock) from Garden Ponds Unlimited about 15 or so years ago. Never been properly cleaned, eventually we had to put a replacement pump in. Anyway, I wanted things back to the way they were. Talked with Mike and we came up with a plan. Btw Mike is super easy to work with. Today Trent came out to work on things. He was on time in fact early, went right to work, brought 3 different pumps with him for me to decide on. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was there a good 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. The end result, completely pleased! Will I use them again and recommend them? You bet I will!!

Probably the most honest service we have had so far. Weve now had the dissatisfaction of dealing with two other companies that say they handle ponds, only to be completely let down. Mike said he would get that taste out of our mouths, and he wasnt lying. He did exactly what he said they would do, did it on time, and showed me where the others in the business cut corners. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

We came into the showroom to check out water features to enhance our backyard. RJ was our sales associate. He was entertaining as well as informative with our options .Mike came out to give us an estimate for a garden pond. Their pricing was clearly marked in their showroom as well as their catalog. I had chosen a size from the catalog and Mike felt that the smaller size was more conducive to our space. (A $2k difference in price). He didn’t upsell me on products either. I was impressed by this gesture alone and chose to contract his company.On installation day, the crew was knowledgeable and dependable. They showed up when they said they would and included us in every aspect of the layout and design. Once we agreed upon design, they got to work on making it come to life. Mitch, Jordan and Chris were amazing to work with. They gave us ideas for future add-ons and left provisions if we choose to add on later.After the install, we found our way back to the showroom where we were greeted with more friendly faces and more information for maintaining a healthy pond. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my backyard is the recent addition of a koi pond, multiple streams, waterfalls and a waterfall urn fountain. I have a small water fall and pond in Tampa, Florida on my patio. I have had issues with algae and cloudy water for a year. My friend in Oklahoma has a fish pond and uses Garden Pond Unlimited products and referred me to them. I have used the products they recommended for a year now, and have had the clearest, non algae water since using their products. I have used so many other products that did not help the algae and I had to constantly drain my pond and refill. No more!!!! We just completed our 3rd koi pond after moving to a new neighborhood last August. This was the second installation that GPU has completed for us. Our first review was a couple years ago (with an edit) and we gave them 4 stars. This time I am giving them a 5 star review.They are a very reliable company that practices what they preach. Theydo whatever is reasonable to accommodate customer requests. Theywere always on time and worked full days even though it was almostbitter cold each morning.Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call if you want a professional koi pond built on your property.We just had a second Koi pond and waterfall installed last week by Garden Ponds Unlimited. It took the crew 3 days to complete. The crew was always on time, arriving at 7:30 am each day. They were all business and built a very beautiful pond and waterfall. They also relocated one of our water features from the backyard to the front of our house. They changed the design, interspersing our back rock and river rock into a unique circle that looked 100% better than when it was new!That feature had been sinking, but it is now solid as a rock.The crew was very courteous and answered any and all questions. They took time to explain the remote control functions on our new pond lights, as well. Very pleased with the final product.The only negative and the only reason i did not give the all 5 stars was due to the additional charge for the pond start up kit. It may just be me, but when you pay over $7000 for the installation, I think an essential item such as the start up kit would be included. The skimmer brushes were also deemed to be an option and we now have to purchase them as well.Other than the 2 points above, service and product completion was very good and would definitely recommend anyone looking for new pond construction to take a long look at hiring Garden Ponds Unlimited.The photo below doesnt do it full justice. It was very easy to add the landscaping and it looks better now that the plants and decoration have been added.

I got my 11x16 pond installed a few weeks ago. The work went great and they delivered on what was promised. I’ll definitely use them for any future work.

I bought a fish from them and it lived for 6 days. Then died. I have other fish in their, that I got from somewhere else, that are doing just fine...But not the one I got from here. It died. And they told me they dont guarantee their fish once they live their facility. Dont even waste your time.

We got our pond scheduled for the end of July, but we ended up getting it installed about 2 weeks early, which was a relief on these hot days. The crew was punctual, communicative, and friendly. They were able to get it completed in 2 mornings of work. We are loving sitting out by the pond and listening to the waterfall. Now to get some fish!

Garden Ponds Unlimited built a beautiful pond which has become the focal point of our backyard. All of their staff has been courteous, professional and extremely helpful. We look forward to many years of enjoying our pond.

The young lady that tested my pond water & gave me directions on what to do seemed very knowledgeable & was very helpful.

Mike came out for a home consult two days after requesting one. Our build date was moved up by two weeks due to weather. The two man crew who came out was done in a day and a half! Mitch and Chris were great, friendly, and did an amazing job!!! Any email I have sent has also been responded to very quickly! I will definitely use them for any future business I can!

We had a great experience with Garden Ponds Unlimited. We built a large pond in our backyard and it turned out beautiful. The pond was shaped perfectly to our backyard and the two large waterfalls look incredible. Travis and Mike were always available for questions and recommendations. We were very happy with the entire process.
