They are very professional and know what you need for parts. The store was clean and easy to find products that you could use to buy.

Thats the second time Ive went in for an obscure Park and they taking extra time to make sure and help me. Even looking up diagnostic samples online so I could read codes. I return to part no problem fact they were going to pay me the $2 difference keep it you guys are great

This Napa is the only place I go since their opening. Everytime I go in there they are friendly and very helpful. They carry high quality parts, and seem to have a fairly large inventory (they don’t have every part in stock, that’s an unfair expectation). If they don’t have it in stock, they can generally get them pretty quickly. I could save a few dollars and buy subpar parts at one of the competitors, my experience has been that you will have issues with those parts.
