Always wonderful service. Decent prices. I really like that no matter how busy she is, she always takes time to make sure things fit properly and will be exactly what my dancers need.

So impressed with the service we received and the information shared--it is obvious that they arent in the shoe or costume business, but in the people business...my daughter left with the perfect pair of pointe shoes for her feet, great beginning pointe tips, and ton of confidence. We will be back, Lord willing, for many years to come.

It is always my top choice for finding the niche items i need for my costume obsession.They also have outstanding costumer service! They have no problem walking you through how to use all of their products and giving their best advice on what to pick. Latex, modeling clay, and other SFX appliance products are finnicky creatures so they take their time to help you out - above and beyond other costume stores.You will not be disappointed.

Have two entire floors of costumes and accessories. But the customer service is unbeatable. If they dont have something, they will order whatever you need. Why go anywhere else? BTW Dont be confused at the main entrance being all dance stuff, the costumes are down the other stairs, just ask for assistance.

Incredible staff and wonderful selection. I walked in and they knew exactly what my daughter needed for her class, fit her appropriately in shoes, and did all of it in less than 15 minutes. All while being so friendly and encouraging. When it comes to dance shoes especially, proper fit if so important and staff here knows what they are doing!

Very friendly staff, and great record keeping. Went in for jazz shoes for my daughter and couldnt remember the size. They kept track of the size so I didnt get the wrong ones.

Huge selection. Staff were very knowledgeable in make up and prosthetic application. Really helped make our costumes great. To this day my wifes coworkers still refer to me as the big bad wolf :p

Applause has everything for costumes and for dance! I had no idea this place was so cool until I was looking for a very particular costume and I found it at Applause. The customer service I received was wonderful! Ill never go to those seasonal Halloween shops again now that I know about Applause!!

I went there on a whim. Stoped in and was greeted by a really nice young pupper. They have a wide variety of all sorts of costumes. Fair prices on everything. They have novelty items as well such as costume props and plastic animals. They also have costumes for rent. I talked with one of the owners for a bit and she was really nice and very helpful.

TONS of selection and the staff was very knowledgeable. However we barely walked in and were pounced on and in not so many words told what we needed-no time to look around at prices etc. The store is PACKED, behind the desk is a visible disaster and it smelled of mildew and old smoke. That being said we got a discount (why wasnt explained to me...?) so theres that, but pretty sure Ill take my chances on Amazon next time (which is too bad because I try to support local businesses).

Well worth the 2 hour drive! Their prices are very comparable with online pricing. The service was EXCELLENT! We will be making the trip every year, and saving a lot of irritation shipping the wrong sizes back to Amazon.

I can’t shop there anymore because they have a dog in the store - last time gave me an asthma attack. Hours are limited. They do fit dance shoes well.

I came to the shop looking for a reniscounce costume for our castle theme couples banquet. Jinny was extremely courteous and helpful and helping me select my costume at a very affordable price. Their selection is extreme and their display is well laid out. It was a great shopping expereince.
