Great place to go when you want an ice cream or smoothie.. today I went and bought a mint chocolate chip smoothie and the smoothie looked like white a chocolate smoothie… plus the lady touched my cone bare handed. Love the place but needs more training.

I have had so many great experiences at the Baskin Robbins in Moorpark, I finally had to leave a review! They are very friendly and quick! The owner, Susan, is amazing and makes sure our experiences are always top notch.

Horrible customer service. Scanned our two coupons for a free scoop of ice cream and the computer wouldn’t take them because it was family night. The coupons disappeared off our phones so we couldn’t use them again. The manager basically just said too bad and wouldn’t do anything about it. Said we could come back tomorrow to talk to some other manager. We’re only talking about $7, but it’s the principle of it and the extremely poor customer service that is disappointing.

Great employees here. They don’t get upset when you ask for a second sample like some places. They make the scoops here pretty decent sized and they always have plenty of new ice cream flavors to try.

Yummy ice cream! Very smooth and delicious! Very reasonably priced, and convenient location.

Came inside on my birthday and 2 girls in the front were so unhelpful. I came in for the free scoop, and the girl said she could only give me the scoop if I shower her the app to scan, I opened the app and we went through it together and couldnt find the place to scan, all she could say repeatedly was, sorry I have no clue, so then she gets her other unhelpful associate Marissa, and she says sorry we cant help you, I said, I have the app, I have my ID, and Marissa said I cant give you a scoop unless we have it in the system and my manager isnt here. First of all, if someone is going through that much effort even though youre saying you cant help them, just give them the scoop, I doubt your manager is going to fire you because you gave someone a scoop on their birthday, secondly, learn to say happy birthday!

Hand pack quart was short a half quart. Full of air pockets. Employees are very nice . just think the new employees need some training for custom orders.

The winter white chocolate was quite bizarre in flavor and it was quite sweet.
