After multiple visits at this Moreno Valley location and Perris, Im absolutely blown away at the level of service and professionalism by the Les Schwab tire centers! Their assessments and recommendations are absolutely refreshing and truly set the bar of what people should expect from a service center and any company in general. Trust is something most people are leery about in automotive maintenance and repairs, but I can honestly say that Les Schwab has earned my trust each and every time! I put new tires for my car and this place was great. The staff is friendly and easygoing. They have long-lasting tires with a long warranty! They got it done in about 3 hours. My only complaint is that the tires arent cleaned once theyre put on. I had to clean them myself when I got home. Other than that, awesome service.

I get 2 tires, they rotate them, they have good customer service, but you have to go early, or wait 2 hours, something the people dont know is that when you are a customer and you have a flat tire, they fix it for you free, and you can go any store LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER in USA

I had gone to different tire center in town and they tried to sell me a set of tires, a wheel alignment and he tried to convince me the dealer gave me wrong information on my tire depth. I had a nail/screw in my tire but he only did a visual inspection. I took it to Les Schwab and spoke to a very nice lady, Mina. She gave me a much better price than the other place, on the same tires. They gave me a same day appointment and upon inspection of my tire, they told me the screw did not puncture or damage my tire. Their motto is to do the right thing and they did! Honesty and integrity is hard to find, take your business to Les Schwab, they won me over!

Super fast service and a fair price.

I went in to Les Schwab Leana the lady who wrote up the repairs for my tires not only did she argue with me about the tire pressure then she started laughing and said that 36 psi is normal with out even looking at my tire. Told he I want what is on the tires. The psi on my tires state 44 psi, the psi on my tires was 51. This tire shop should know that tires that are to low are just as dangerous as over inflated tires. When picked my car up I was asked if I wanted 51 psi in tires told him no I want what is on the tires. The tires say 44 psi and inside the door say front and rear tires 45 psi.Needless to say I am very disappointed with Les Schwab

This is the best customer service tore center I have ever been too! They were so friendly and helpful. I was stranded on the side of the road with a odd size tired and they looked for a tire for me until they found one. So so helpful. I can’t say enough threat things about this location and their employees. Keith and demarcus were so nice and helpful and got my tire changed out promptly. I always loved Les Schwabs tires when I live up north but they truly carry their company values all over the states, no matter the location. Highly recommend buying and supporting this location.

Called for a quote but when I got there they tried to charge me $15 more to install my new tire and they didnt like my experience

This place is horrible I called to see if I needed an appointment they said no we are not busy rite now you can walk in. So I came in for an alignment and I’ve been here for 2hrs 30 min and they just now told me they just put it on the rack and they are barely going to start working on it and it’s going to take 40 min. Like WTH!!

Went in with a nail in my tire for repair. They were within the time frame I was given and honest about my tire. The nail hadn’t punctured so they put my tire back on and sent me on my way without charge. Honesty gets my vote!

This place is awful I called ahead of time to see how long it would take them to patch a single tire they replied with within 1 hour it should done. Got there only to wait an hour to be severed there. I was disappointed with customer service here would not recommend family/friends to come.

I got an oil change and the tires rotated I asked for the tires be balanced because I figured one of them was hopping they only balance white ones are in Balance all four

They overcharge more than 400% on parts, so that the labor rate seems cheap. Wanted to to charge $900 in parts for $200 KYB struts.

There are a lot of good shops and mechanics in Moreno Valley. The competition is tough. The techs at Les Schwab are nothing less than the best! Youre not cynical or take their jobs for granted but very professional and concerned that the car you bring in is repaired properly. One look at the business and its obvious they are Heads and shoulders above the other auto shops.

Was initially nervous about coming here because it was my first time needing to get repairs, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.Waited a few hours for 2 tire changes & an alignment but that was on me for not booking an appointment, considering how busy it was I was quite happy with the timeliness of it all. If you want to get out quickly though I’d recommend making an appointment, otherwise other people will take priority if they booked one.They offer free coffee and hot water, charging ports for your phone and a TV which make the wait not so bad.Quality service and will definitely come back if I need anything else done.

Price was fair for a new tire but probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a tire shop.I usually go America’s Tire but I decided to give this new building a try. There’s plenty of competition so I thought they’d attempt to be friendly or personable. One mechanic was actually pleasant but the manager seemed as though he was just unhappy to be there. I got what I came for, paid my dues and left. Won’t be back though.

This is the nicest tire place I have ever been to! Its big and super clean inside! The bathrooms are impeccable. The waiting areas are extremely enjoyable, with free popcorn, coffee, water, and tea. I love the fact that its family friendly too! I had my three year old with me and we had a great time coloring together at the kids table while we waited for our car. All their worked is guaranteed and they have a great warranty. The employees here are also very friendly, caring, and eager to help with a smile at all times. I would like to highlight that Frank, the manager of this location, has a heart of gold. They help out their local community in any way they can, and are a true model of an exemplary business!

My first time at this business and it was a pleasant surprise. When I entered the building I was politely greeted and assisted IMMEDIATELY. Great place to bring your car. We have a 2018 Infiniti, tires are still new and in good condition. Had a screw stuck in one tire and Les Schwab patched it for us for FREE. Discount Tire wanted to charge us $30. The price for a used tire. Will always bring all of our family cars here. Quality of service and the integrity witnessed here is greatly appreciated.

First time here. Came here based off a friends recommendation and I was not let down! Nelson helped me out and was awesome. Even recommended less products than I requested because my vehicle did not need them. That has never happened before, and I truly appreciate the honesty.Even had filtered water and popcorn popped in a popcorn machine....great for customers with kids.

First time here. Came for a flat fix and am leaving with new tires. Needed them badly. The customer service here is hands down the best Ive ever received from any other tire shop. They also have free coffee. When I came there wasnt a lot of people here so I am unaware of how it gets when busy. What you get here for what you pay for so far have been more then I expected. Did I mention they have free coffee? They would have got 5 stars if they had Sponge Bob on instead of 2 and a Half men. Other than that great experience.

Management here is trash. I had gotten my brakes serviced here before and the other day that I was driving, one of the screws on my brakes came off and I almost got into an accident. I called the store and spoke to Bill. He told me I had to bring my car in so they can take a look at it before they even consider doing anything, even though I couldnt drive my car like that. Luckily I had my mechanic fix the problem and change my brakes. So the next day I come to the store to see if they can do anything about it. Both the store manager and assistant manager were very rude and uninterested in the fact that this was their mistake. They kept telling me it was impossible that the screw came off and that the cause had to be from other work done, even though I havent gotten anything done on my car. The store manager Frank told me there was nothing he was going to do to solve the problem other than a courtesy wheel alignment. I told him that doesnt make up for the fact that their mistake couldve cost me my life. I had also told him that late last year I came for a pre-trip check up and that somehow in the process they cracked one of my rims and he told me again, thats impossible, it couldnt have been them. So in the end, he told me that Im not welcomed to their store and that Im not wanted as a customer.People say this place has great customer service, but let me tell you, that great customer service does not come from management, the mechanic that came to greet me was WAY more apologetic and interested in helping me. All in all, if you come to this place, you better hope the work here is done correctly, or else they wont own up to their mistakes.

Ive known about Les Schwab for years as my Dad has worked there for almost 20 years in Northern California, glad they finally became local. I had a 4 lift kit, 18 rims and 35 tires installed last week on a 2015 F-150. They were done in less than a day and their work is great. Wont find a place around that warranties their work like Les Schwab.

When I a 97 gmc that needed help, they were right there to help. Thank you gentlemen and lady for your gratitude. I won’t take my truck anywhere else.

Came to get 1 tire patched. Was greeted and helped in the parking lot as I parked. Whole process was finished in about 15 minutes. Very nice store, clean and large with lots of sitting areas. Popcorn, Coffee, Hot Cocoa available.

I originally stopped here for air in my tires. After being the 2nd person in line, I spoke with a gentleman who pointed out a bubble in my tire, and that 2 tires were looking dry. I asked for a quote on 2 tires, brakes and an alignment, as well as air, for now.Almost 30 minutes later, 3-4 other non-air only customers had their cars go ahead of me. I at least ended up leaving with air, but I had to insist upon leaving. I wasnt happy, but still the employees had great customer service.

So far this place has being the best tire service center my family has being too. My wife always gets complimentary tire checks, once she got someone to put air on her suv before the doors where open to public. This is the place we stop before taking road trips. Today I got a nail stuck in our brand new tires. I stop by there and they gave me a complimentary flat tire repair. Abraham G was very polite and helpful. I recommend you stop here first if you need help with your tires or brakes.
