Then her told me I couldnt driver it unless I was ready to buy it that day!So, I went to Car Pros Kia instead and told him the story. He said lets take it for a test drive. The absolute worst Kia dealership in the inland empire. Stephen Renard never answers the phone he tried charging me $1500 for a new key because I lost my key when I brought it in for the engine recall. He then told me that a mechanic cannot come on the property and give me a new key I went ahead and got a locksmith anyways and the locksmith charged me 150 bucks for a new key on top of that he never answers the phone and has horrible service. When the engine recall was done he also could not tell me how many miles the engine had on it or if it was a new engine. Very shady!

He went above and beyond and made sure we knew how long everything was going to take and to ensure all steps along the way went great. He took it as his own responsibility to ensure that our vehicles were detailed and washed before they were given to us. I cant say enough good things about this place. It would take all day. I had a check engine light on my kia. Called every kia dealership in my area. All of them told me it would be atleast a month before the can even touch my car. Called car Pros. Got my car back in 2 days and runs like a champ. Gabriel helped us and was great. His customer service skills are on point and beyond. I will never go to any other kia. This place is 1000x better then San Bernardino kia. Sorry.

The building is still new. I was told they opened in June. Very clean. Still has that new office smell. They were very informative and notice alot of little things like a tiny scratch or tail pipe a lil of center by a mm. They take photos of your vehicle beforehand as well.The process after photos have been taken, is explained as well as expected price range for the service you ask for and what could be included. If they notice anything else you might need theyll let you know. If you have decals on your vehicle, theyll ask if its okay to power wash it. In my case, it came out a little cheaper than my advisor told me. I believe first time customers get a little deal on the next oil change when you give them a review. Im very happy.

How can I tell you what Im putting down. If I dont know what the cars being sold for...all for all waste of time walked out once he tried to continue to.dismiss my questions. I would say don t waste your time...

Very deceptive and not straight forward sales team. We asked about a price on a vehicle and they tried to raise it by nearly $20k with their store mark ups and other fees. Nico was a very sketchy sales rep to deal with and even though he had told us over the phone that they had a vehicle available at the price and did not, not even close. Wasted a nearly 2hr drive on a Saturday

We have been waiting for a kia to open up for a long time in Moreno Valley and once we heard they were building, I drove by it a lot, I noticed they opened it early. We drove in just asking for a price but ended up leaving with a 2021 telluride all thanks to Richard! You know when someone is real and not just a run of the mill salesmen. He went above and beyond in helping us from start to finish! No issues at all and gave you space when needed to discuss the numbers with my lady.We made the deal and we have been happy ever since. Service department tries hard. Only thing that bothers me is they do not know their specials and you have to bring copies of specials that Car Pro advertised. They dont ask if you are staying or need ride.
