Worse dealer ever... You have been warned...So I went in to get a used car. The first lady that helped me was courteouse, then they handed me to another young guy. Both were courteouse workers. I went inside to discuss the deal and as soon as I said I mentioned a pre purchase inspection (PPI) they became upset, with an attitude. They became defensive and the manager, Decar Perez, and his cronie Kris ganged up and started hassling me. I asked the manager to calm down and relax but he then started raising his voice puffing up his chest. Basically providing the worse customer service and tried to intimidate me along with the other salesmen Kris. I felt attacked, disrespected, and belittled all infant of my mother. We got up and left. I was ready to make a deal and buy the car. Why did they get upset? only because I mentioned PPI.Horrible dealer. You have been warned.

Came upon this dealership when looking for a GMC Yukon on the internet. When I called in to find out more information, the man behind the phone was very helpful and made an appointment for me to come and look the next day. I also receive a call that night confirming my appointment with the salesman’s I would deal with the next day, his name was Jevin. Upon meeting up the next day, Jevin greeted us with a smile and was very informative about the vehicle I had come to look at. He also showed us another option within the same price range in a larger vehicle. He has the most patience with my family as we went back and Fourth between the two cars. When I expressed my distaste for the interior of the car I really wanted, he did his best to find the same car at another dealership with a different interior. He drove us to the dealership, only to find out the car was not available anymore. He made polite conversation and had patience with us until we decided to purchase the car. His manager Dekar had a friendly smile as well and was more than willing to work with us when it came time to crunching the numbers. Our appointment was at 9 AM when the dealership open, and we did not finish making our decision and finalizing the paperwork until the afternoon. Jevin took us to lunch because He knew we hadn’t eaten and the day was getting away from us. Never once did I feel like we were wasting anybody’s time, they were happy to answer our questions even if they were repeats throughout the day. I never once did I feel pressure to purchase an automobile. Will definitely go back when it’s time to purchase my second car, and we’re encourage anyone to check out this place before they choose to purchase a vehicle anywhere else! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My sister was sold a lemon. She was told the car was inspected, but it was not. She drove 40 miles and the check engine light came on. She took the car back, and there were all sorts of issues. She was told that they were not sure how the car made it off the lot. Someone name Mo approved for the car to be swapped, however the bank did not approve. They are now trying to sell her an extended warranty for over $2300. The car is not worth the tires it is sitting on. They knew there were something wrong with the car. Beware of Raphael, he is shady as ever, and a bully. It is sad that they prey on individuals who dont have great credit. My sister has a child with a very serious medical condition, that is where her money goes, as it should. Shame on you MVP, its never okay to prey on people for a quick buck. The owner does not seem to care how his employees choose to run his business. I can only assume that he chooses to run his business this way. The jeep compass that they refused to sell my sister is still sitting on the lot....MVP you shame on you! Amir you should do better, good customer service increases business and revenue...trickery doesnt!

I would not not go back or recommend this car dealership. My husband and I initially went to see about a car they had for sale for little over $5k the sales guy showed me the numbers and when I calculated the monthly payments and what they wanted for a down payment it would have been more than 20k for a 5k car with almost 100k miles on it. After refusing and trying to leave two sales associates followed me out to my car parked across the street and stood in front of the car door still trying to make a deal. Not only do I feel offended for almost being scammed out of more than 20k but I also felt thoroughly harassed when I they followed me out to my car. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I spoke to Gary on the phone, and hes suppose to take care of us, we were 3 min. late bec. Lyft brought us there a little late, so we ended up with David, this guy is so emotionless, hes like a robot, he doesnt acknowledge you that youre there talking to him. his handshake was just as stiff as his attitude. no sincere grip. he doesnt look at you in the eye, i just lost interest of buying a car. if he wouldve given us a proper attention and at least be excited that hes actually accommodating us, then i wouldve considered but i also mentioned that i was interested on buying a 2015 honda civic on the phone but he let me tested a 2017 honda civic, it was good and all and I LOVED the test ride but its out of my budget and hes really persistant, we were talking face to face on his table and he promised that hell try to give us around $200-$250 per month,I showed David the carfax app of a car that i wanted, he says they dont have carfax, i said your address are on there, its how i found you, then i showed it to him again, he pretended that he was looking at it but i know for a fact that he wasnt putting the info onto his computer cuz he kept coming back to the 2017 honda civic.but when me and my mom backed out, he pulled out his boss and the boss ended up talking to us.Bill was the boss, hes a nice guy, and i can tell by his voice and the way he looked at us in the eye. if he was the one who accommodated us first, then we wouldve gotten a deal. but im sorry, see you shouldve trained your men. he was looking at the paper that David was writing he wrote $400 per month is our budget, which is a complete bull! not only did Davids attitude towards us lost my interest, he also lied about trying to help us get a good deal. Now that they know theyre not getting anything from us, David started offering us water, looking at us in the eye, being really nice to us. Nope, once you broke that assurance and trust between your customers, i dont consider getting a deal from you guys.

Just left this place. I dont know who the supposed salesman was because he did not introduce himself. He was a young man with a beard. I knew exactly what car I was interested in and he couldnt locate the keys. When he finally located them he unlocked the vehicle key in his and stood in the shade while I sat in the car i guess looking at the interior because I couldnt start it up to hear the engine or anything because he kept the key standing in the shade. I politely walked past him, said thank you. He then asked me Do you want to test drive it? I politely said no and got into my car. Im confused on how is he possibly a salesman. He took no time out to introduce himself or tell me about the car. He simply unlocked it and stood in the shade. Lol... weirdest experience ever.

Where do I begin. For starters I purchased a 2014 Scion IQ from them a few years ago and had a good experience with them. I have since traded in my Scion for a 2017 Kia Rio. I was looking to get a second car that was good on gas for my commute to LA everyday where I wont have to put so many miles on my Kia. Last month I went to MVP cars to test drive a 2009 Smart Car. I immediately loved the car and paid cash for it. Even though I was paying cash they still wanted to run my credit which I thought was odd but I allowed it.While driving my Smart Car home the clock on the dash breaks off and falls on the floor. And when I got to my house I tried to open up the rear window and the window would not stay open. While being shown the car all of these things were in proper order so I was startled by all of this. I drove the car back to MVP to tell them about this and my Sales Associate Glenn had already gone home so I spoke with Johnny who told me to give them a call on Monday since Glenn had already gone home for the day and that he had spoken to the manager and they will get everything fixed up for me as soon as possible. I call Glenn on Monday and he sounded surprised about these things and stated that he would order the window struts for the car and also have someone look at the clock. It has been a month since I purchased this vehicle and nothing has been fixed. I have emailed Glenn for status updates. And sometimes when I email Glenn I receive a response from Karen or Cindy who never even sold me the car. They both say that they will have Glenn give me a call on the status of this or will have the parts department call me which they never do. I called the parts department and was told no such order was made for the parts so the guy on the phone made one for me and told me they would be here in a few days. I called back because the time had passed for the parts to be in and I was told that there was a delay and that they would be there in another day or so and that Carlos will give me a call when they get here. It has been a week since that day and I have received no phone call from them. They are full of it. If they dont want to fix anything just tell me that. Dont have me wait a whole month telling me you will fix it when you know that you wont. All this did was waste my time and I could have taken my car somewhere else to get fixed. I dont understand how they can treat a customer like this that has bought two cars from them within the last few years. I even referred my friend there last year and she drove away with a Chevy that she loves. Take it from me dont go here. They have left a bad taste in my mouth and deserve 0 stars. And I have all the proof and emails I need to prove that these guys said they were going to fix my car and never even bothered.

I put down $2500 hundred and within a week the drivers side window was off track. And per chevy it would cost me around$400 but mvp fixed free since it was not even a week later.( i was happy and worried what else might go wrong) Now im having issues with the (water pump per my mechanic) thermostat housing per mvp service department. Either way now im being told i dont have a warranty by the service department but whom ever i called said i do have it so im confused. The service department is stating that it will cost me $800+ to fix. Keep in mind i have not even made my first car payment. Very frustrated and now im regretting even getting the car from here. At this point i just want my money back and they can keep the 🍋. So unsatisfied! So now the transmission is slipping and the Motor is ticking. When they did finally service the vehicle they left something off and the check engine light came on. Now after two months I find out that I never had financing, so yhey gave me a check and i left the car. Im so happy to get rid of that 2014 chevy cruz(black). Contact me if you need the vin# to make sure its not the same lemon

I didn’t go into the dealership. I found one of their cars on TrueCar and was dealing with a salesman through email and on the phone so this review is for that experience. The car was a great price so I told this salesman to get me an out the door price. I told him I had my own financing already and I did not want an extended warranty or any add on’s. He comes back with a price that had $3000 in add on’s. He says it’s for a gps tracking device and for the paint protection. (That you are forced to buy) Funny thing is, the CARFAX shows the gps was installed when the car was first sold in 2017 and I really doubt they put paint and interior protection on all of their cars before they put them for sale. This salesman didn’t even try to negotiate he just told me that’s the price and that’s it.

These people are ABSOLUTELY horrible! I went to look at an SUV and called ahead. When I arrived the vehicle wasnt even there and we haf to wait for it to arrive. I decided I loved the vehicle and wanted to work out a deal with a trade in. I spent over 5 hours there before any decision was made. The lady in there was very pushy and she tried to add different things on to the price and only told me that I could take it off after I asked to see the details. The price of the vehicle was at 22,000 and they tried making me pay over 33,000! The owner or manager came in after that and was a a complete jerk to us. He made us feel stupid for even considering a monthly payment under 400. After over 2 hours of trying to figure out how the price jumped, we finally made a deal. They also offered me 4,000 less for my trade in then it was valued at. Which I now regret even going through with!So fast forward 10 days after the deal was finalized. I loved the vehicle and had already bragged to everyone about my new purchase. I recieved a letter in the mail saying the contract had been cancelled and that I needed to bring the vehicle back asap because they couldnt find a bank to take the loan. I was devastated to say the least. So I called around to some attorneys asking them what to do and each of them told me that this was a YO-YO scam and to either cut all ties and return the vehicle and get mine back or set up to take them to court. The yo-yo scam here is them trying to get out of taking on the loan, which they have to if banks fall through, so they will get you back in to refinance and you end up paying a large interest rate.I took the cut all ties route and immediately drove to MVP cars and demanded my trade in back. I was met with multiple employees telling me that I couldnt do that and that everyone gets those letters. Which is terrible to do to someone and other dealers do not do this! And, they legally have to take the loan but are illegally telling me otherwise. They tried making me wait to refinance, classic yo-yo scam. After another 5 hours I finally got my trade in back and the deal was cancelled and reversed! But only after I made a comment about calling the police soon! The whole place is TERRIBLE! I will never go here again and recommend NO ONE go here ever! You will fall in love with your car and then get told to bring it back only for them to try to refiance you into a crazy interest rate! They dont even deserve a one star! They deserve negative stars if they even makes sense.I repeat. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!

WARNING: BEFORE CHOOSING THEM CONSIDER READING. First of all, I understand mvp cars had be best deal in town for my Toyota RAV4 2013 (Good deals are important). HOWEVER, I felt pretty betrayed after the whole experience. First of all, my purchase took two days since I wanted to ensure I didn’t get tricked on using the wrong lender (I had chosen schools first to get my loan). I was reassured they had experience working with schools first by Carlos (the manager). However he insisted on getting my credit report which I agreed on because at the time it made sense. After a lot of negotiation (CAREFUL WITH ALL THE ADD ONS THEYRE GOING TO PUT IN YOUR BILL!!!!!!- they put an alarm system for +900 dlls, some insurance, some gps thing and was able to lower my price after removing some stuff), I made the purchase went home . I was happy with my used car, a week after I get a letter from WELLS FARGO!!!!! 2ND- MVP turned my loan to Wells Fargo instead of going to schools first.(DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!! Make sure to check they do it how you want it!). Yeah they kept the “same terms” however WF didn’t offer the same benefits SF had (such as no penalty for paying early). Thing is I turned in my letter and everything they needed to do it how I requested. Once I called the dealer to see what happened, they said I got rejected from SF?. Went to SF and they said we never got anything from them on your record, you’re approved for the loan. LIE ALERT: THEY GET AN HONORARY FOR SENDING LOANS TO THEIR BANKS (according to my banker). THIRD issue, just after transferring back my loan to SF, a week after my car started having electric problems. Luckily I was paying attention and the BATTERY DIED (was missing a cap and it was bad, I called them about it and never heard back!. Tried contacting Carlos on his cellphone and he blocked me. My calls were not going through. I had to invest $140 on a new battery.Okay I’m a first time buyer, and I did my research on what to look out for. HOWEVER, my experience wasn’t as pleasant as I expected with MVP cars. I will update after one more month to see if any other issues come up in my car. JUST DONT BE FOOLED, please. BE CAREFUL IF USING THIS DEALER, BE REALLY CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU SIGN AND THE CAR YOU PICK. The main thing bothering me now is the fact they don’t give a damn about their customers, I guess that’s normal for dealerships. Be careful.

Just a pre warning before you go into this facility looking to buy a car. Long post! I hope it’s helpful! A couple of months ago I came in looking for a specific car I had spotted online. Everything went pretty well. I specifically stated I was not going to be putting any money down and they seemed to have worked with me on that. A few hours later, I had papers signed and drove off the lot in the financed vehicle. Thirteen days later, my credit karma app was continuesly notifying me there was something/someone inquiring about my credit. Over 12 new hard inquires in just one day!! I called the sources and found out it was MVP Cars. I called MVP Cars to try and figure out what was going on. I had originally signed my contract financing the car with Arrowhead Credit Union’s new First Time Buyer program. Everyone at MVP Cars that I talked to said the program is for first time auto loan buyers with decent credit, low interest rate and no money down necessary. Perfect right!? Anyways... I called frusrtated. I kept asking why they were frantically trying to find a company to loan me the money for the car if I was told the Arrowhead one would work just fine!? The guy on the phone said Credit Union did need a down payment so they were trying to find a new loan facility to give me the car. 12 hard inquires on my credit!! Ugh! I asked why no one tried contacting me first instead of running my credit to the ground with inquires! He ended saying they knew I didn’t want to put a down payment so they tried to find a loan with no down payment themselves. He then stated, “so you want to come drop the car off or you want us to come pick it up”. How unbelievably rude. I ended driving down that night saying they could keep the car. I should have gone to the Toyota dealership instead of here. So pretty much after they knew I was willing to give the car back they waived the down payment fee and gave me the car. They said they used to have this kind of program but back when they did have it no down payment was needed. Now that the program is back everyone using it must put a down payment. They told me they didn’t know it was different this time. How is that my fault? Why give me attitude about something YOU GUYS DID NOT DO ENOUGH RESEARCH ON!? very difficult experience buying a car for the first time. Should have gone to the actually Toyota dealership. Never again.
