Awesome!A lot of shelves were empty but others were full with a large variety of everything I needed. The staff is so nice, courteous and kind to the customers they helped me right away. The store has a homey feeling to it when you walk in and am welcomed with beautiful seasonal music as well as a smile and a welcome to Big Lots.

I like this store. It seems to always have things in stock. My only issue I have is when it gets late Ive had to have someone walk me to my car due to activity outside in parking lot. Great customer service!

I usually always by my hair coloring here and a few other things. But since his covid-19, I havent been able to find the things I normally purchase. They still have quite a few other things and theyre ready for Christmas. Its amazing how they have Christmas stuff and not the necessities of life

This big lots is not in the best part of town. It’s usually pretty empty. Which I like but lately there have been a lot of empty shelves and the place is looking run down. They need a new manager here.

If you are looking 4 after Christmas shopping dont come here. Shelves are bare and whats left like napkins n small paper plates are limited.

I cant believe BigLots is still in business honestly. I used to love BL and go all the time!! I went last night for the first time in a while and I was pretty let down. It was a smaller store and I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but they just didnt have hardly anything in the store and what they did have was all overpriced. There were a couple things decently priced but most things were well over what youd see them priced at Walmart. I was a little shocked and sad cuz they used to have great prices on so many different products.

This big lots is some what ok.. to me they are not stock up to well with merchandise. Its has very nice employees and the aers is somewhat nice. But for what its worth they do have some nice merchandise, .

Seriously, it was fun. Not too many people and the cashier had a great sence of humor.

Manager and workers are very helpful professional and friendly. The place is organized considering this store does not have a lot of square footage. Christmas decor is easy to get to and very appealing to the eye. You cannot beat their prices!1

Great place to shop with great deals during the holidays.

They have some bulk item there that I cant find in other big lot stores lik puppy training pads and theyre not limited number of items. I purchased 5 laundry detergent with no questions asked

First of all, most items lacked pricing labels and were not stocked where I could compare UPC. Very frustrating to decide if I am gonna keep the item or not! Crunched boxes, lacked organization. Many things over priced! The cashier was the best, the only best thing and free bags! Wow, this place was terrible!

Convenience store with good deals on daily essentials and goods. You can almost find pretty much whatever you need around the house at these stores. Employees are always very friendly and helpful

This store is kind of small but they have a lot of inventory so even when there are not a lot of customers it seems crowded. They did have exactly what I was looking for and lots of yummy snacks I cant say no to. The staff seemed preoccupied with cleaning up and sorting through merchandise. No fault of there own I am sure they are following an instruction they have been given. I did request assistance with finding an item and the response was, if we have any they would be over there. Fortunately it wasnt what I initially went for so I did not even look for it. It is a discount store with a large variety of items that do not look extra extra cheap.

Got kicked out of Store line outside waiting in line when I got to the front next in line . Why cuz tank top And tattoos Amanda store manager judged me by my looks discriminating me, I got two kids and I’m a central worker union worker Me and my wife very upset not happy. My kids say thank you to Amanda one and a two-year-old thank you very much for nothing at this time at desperate pandemic time

Good prices! However, messy store, employees arent very friendly, there are some empty shelves, store seems understaffed. Almost looks like a store getting ready to close down, except prices wouldve been even more discounted.

Very disappointing, went there and barely had anything. I looked online to see if they had some storage bins and it said it did, got there and did not have any.

Nice merchant services. Stainless steel pans are good and deep and can be used for induction cooker.

They were putting out new merchandise and relocating items in the store. It was not busy and they are putting out all of there Valentines, St. Patricks Day and Easter items right now.

This place went down the tubes, theyre always out of stock on all theyre items. The management cant seem to keep their employees working there, so now theyll hire just about anyone without giving them a psychological evaluation. They just hired a new employee with the worst attitude, and boy.... you talk about lazy.........!

I shop at Big Lots frequently because I have a discount card that allows me to accumulate points toward discount off my purchases. It also has some really good items and some of them are very expensive I like to go in there when they clearance out their seasonal merchandise can get some good deals I also have a credit card I try not to use but its kind of a One-Stop shop. The only thing is Im not too pleased with their customer service thats a big Downer for me

The customer service was excellent. Every time I go back, Im always greeted. The store is always clean. Always have good deals.

I had to exchange a vacuum I ordered online, because it had a missing part. When I walked in, they greeted me and provided excellent customer service. They exchanged my vacuum without any issues. I will definitely return to Big Lots.

This evening my daughter and I had a great shopping trip. The manager James as well as our cashier Andrea were very helpful and patient with us. We purchased a pool and supplies.

Staff is friendly but their selection of items is always disappointing.

It was unorganized, very unstocked, messy and the prices werent as crazy as I thought..I like big lots, I used to go to the one located in Fontana growing up and I loved it..but this specific location is a little disappointing.

The work staff are very professional never had much of a problem here. Stores seems like its very empty not a lot of people but now not a lot of product either.

Lots of marked down stuff but there are better deals at Ross and the 99 cents store. Some biglots have some decent wine if you know what you are looking for.

Big lots is not what it use to be. The store was a big mess n the prices r to high u can get the same stuff online or at Walmart for a cheaper price.

Their prices on household items are average but on consumables they are pretty good
