They are always trying to sell more than is actually needed, and rumors going around report that they are responsible for damage to a few vehicles due to negligence.

Usually pretty busy. It’s a hit or miss if they can actually perform the services they advertise. Oil and air filter change seems to be the extent of their business on most days.
