This is the second time I have had to wait for so long in the drive thru line. I even came 40 minutes early for my appt because I knew this would happen. There is no reason it should take an hour with only 5 cars in front of me to be able to get to the window to take a test. They need to have more people working the pharmacy or people more efficient at their job. I arrived at 10:20 for an 11:00 appt and I still have 2 cars in front of me and it is 11:18 am. Meanwhile I am pregnant trying not to get sick while my child is in the backseat screaming for an hour. Ridiculous.

This is the absolute worse pharmacy! The drive through is always backed up. The phone lines are always backed up. I stay on hold for hours until someone hangs up and they claim it’s for a lunch break! They never have anything in stock!

Pharmacy terrible, called in advance at 11:00, was told meds would be ready by 2:30. Arrived at 2:40 was told not filled yet, be about twenty minutes. Blamed on computer, told them that was bull.... unacceptable, got meds in 5 minutes, they wanted to get rid of me. Didnt appreciate me talking to other customers.

I had to drive 18.5 miles to Walgreens in Morgan City, Louisiana from the Walgreens in Franklin, Louisiana; bc the Manager in Franklin claimed he could not assist me. When I arrived Rita immediately began working on the problem. She requested Jasmine come to help me. Within 4 minutes it was done. They were professional and patient. It was worth the ride.

The service in the pharmacy is the worst service that I have ever had

If negative stars would be a thing theyd get -10! Walgreens in Morgan City is hands down one of the biggest failures in MC. They always have an excuse as to why the prescriptions are late, why you dont get the meds that were called in, and why its never their fault. Try as I might to support my hometown, theyve failed me for the last time tonight. Its worth a trip to Bayou Vista, even worth it to go to Houma. Do better Walgreens. I think Im like the majority of patients and only get meds when I acruak NEED them....and tonight, I really needed them. But thanks to you Walgreen MC Ill be struggling through a night of not being able to breathe.

Slow and prescriptions are NEVER ready in a timely manner, waited a week for meds because everytime I went in they was backed up and never got to it

I spent an hour on the phone just trying to see if they had my prescription in stock yet. I waited patiently behind 3 callers which took around 20 minutes. A girl in the pharmacy answered the phone just to put me back on hold without discussing anything with me. I continued waiting and then the phone disconnected. I called back and was put to the back of the line once again. I waited and finally spoke to a different girl. She put me on hold to check the shelf. Guess what? Disconnected AGAIN. She was nice enough to call me back on my cell while I was on hold again(on the land line). She informed me that they dont have the medicine, so this was all for nothing. Typically a good store to go to but the pharmacy needs help with answering the phones, apparently. If you dont like dealing with robots answering the phone, deal with a smaller company. Walgreens and Walmart are too big for their own good.

I dropped off my prescription inside the store because I had to pick up a few household items. The employee at the front desk informed me that it would be about 35 minutes of a wait. I decided to browse within the store for about 35 minutes. I went to check on the status of my prescription and the employee assured me that it was about to be filled soon and should be completed within the next few minutes. Next few minutes ended up being a total wait of over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I would appreciate it if the staff would be more considerate of other peoples time and be honest. I would not have a problem with dropping off my prescription and returning if I knew the wait was going to be over an hour and twenty minutes. I am never setting foot inside another Walgreens again.

This Walgreens location has a horrible reputation. The pharmacy especially. Knowing this, I avoid them like the plague. So when my son was very ill and they were the only place in town with the medicine he needed, I was not looking forward to the trip. I assume they had it because Im not the only one to avoid them. I spoke to the pharmacy after being disconnected multiple times, who gave me the wrong information, I then asked to speak to the manager. She assured me she would handle it and it would be ready so we headed out. I should mention I had the sick kid and no car as mine was broken down. We arrived, 2 hours after she said to come, to find no medicine. I huffed off and asked to speak to the same manager (the store manager). She went to speak to them and discovered that they could not yet transfer the script bevabec my regular pharmacy was closed for lunch by this time. I was not happy. She remained unflustered and gave myself and my children a ride home and then delivered the med to us once it was ready. She more than made up for the mistake(s) and assured me she had just taken over and was working the kinks out. I did notice that the rest of the staff was now very friendly, when in the past they just seemed to be there. I cant remember her name, but shes the store manager and I believe her when she says shes making improvements. I look forward to seeing that in the future.

Wont honor anything on clearance. Avoid. Not honest!!

Well it’s 8:26 p.m. and their already closed but the app says different it says it’s slow but they will be open till 10. Only problem with that is I’m out of my medicine! So I guess I’m just out of luck . But now had I known that the pharmacy was closing I would have come sooner cuz some of my meds I cannot miss taking so thanks Wallgreens!
