They are very rude when you want to get your WIC, is not their money. If we request that help is because we really need it. This year has been very hard for everybody. If not my fault that I cant get a job because of my pregnancy. Only 3 ladies are nice over there trying to help but the other guys they look that they dont want help.

Make the customers do the employees job by checking out everything. Thats ok but to not help grab another basket or do anything while I try to watch my baby and checkout at the same time is ridiculous

I dont like scanning my own groceries. They have you scan and bag your own and dont reduce price. I bought over $200. Groceries and had to do all the work.

I used to drive the extra distance to the B.V. Walmart to take advantage of the cheaper prices and larger selection, but the neighborhood market has eliminated the extra gas and time spent. I get the same lower prices and variety, and also dont have to walk through such a large store!

I love to run into this Wal-Mart for the necessities. Always pick this one now over the supercenter! The produce are much fresher in my opinion, and it just has a small grocery store vibe all around!! Friendly employees always also!

Love how cold they keep the store, and the fish is always fresh. Just be careful at the self checkout. Saw a black woman shove her basket right behind a white woman today while she was checking out. It was really mean. Someone else told her so she didnt back up into it. Just be careful the blacks have a bad attitude at this store.

I sat in line at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes and when I got to the window they put a board up say they was closed. How rude was that, pitiful.

They changed up this store on me and took a while to guy what I wanted from the liquor lockup

Got ice cream and it was good

I mostly get my medication there from the pharmacy. Vanessa is the top employee in pharmacy. She remembers people and says Mrs,Miss,Mr with our names. Just have to tell her birthdays. She also asked if Im picking up my husbands one to by name. She deserves a raise. Shes in Morgan City. The store on the other had has people checking out themselves, working for free. And only 2 lanes open.

Nice place to do last minute shopping. Has a good bit of product to choose from. Staff is friendly. And the product is fresh. The downside is that local seasonings arent sold here. Rouses and Canattas have more to choose from on that end. Also the hot food is limited.

There milk tastes funny. Like it has salt Peter in it. Try another stores whole milk and compare.

I love being able to shop online and pick up my groceries. Also a good place to shop inside as there is a good selection and the store is clean and spacious.

Lines or to long. So they encourage you to self check. However your not given a discount nor payed to check yourself out.In Somerset Ky. Theirs 26 registers, 25 self check 24 hrs store, 1 cashier. Think 3 shifts 75 people dont have a job.

This Walmart is new around the area so the facilities are very clean as of 2016. Its a Neighborhood Walmart, so dont expect there to be any electronics or clothes there, but they do have a pharmacy and even a small deli. There are some cooking products that I have found here that were not in the Walmart Supercenter, which gives this place a good rating. Unfortunately, sometimes many of the cashier lanes are closed for no apparent reason and you have to wait in line for a good 5-10 minutes. Not good when you have 5-7 workers walking around looking at their phones.

This store is always clean always cold which is a good thing for the food and super nice customer service. Ive only had one complaint and that was this one lady on that one day so I gave that I thought of maybe you know she was just having a bad day cuz since then Ive had no other problems. I prefer their produce over anyones in town

Constantly out of stock, things we use all the time. Several of my favorite items are not being stocked any more.

Pharmacy techs are getting worse. A few are extremely nice (I cant remember their names). But the others are rude and act like you are bothering them to get your meds. For the last three times Ive been there at drive thru, they have given me a few of my prescriptions and not the rest. Each time when questioned about the missing script, they said, Oh yea its on back order. How about tell me that before I drive away and have to wait 5 more mins before they show up to the window to mumble, Whats the name? Its bad enough that youre in a position to need meds but its ridiculous to be treated like youre misfortune is their irritation. If it would not be for people in need of meds they wouldnt have a job. Sorry so long but you need to know before you get home out of your car and have to drive back already not feeling well. Lord forbid its 5 mins to closing; you can forget about your script for the night. I really thought having Wal-Mart neighborhood would be great!

No long lines, while the cashiers are doing whatever. Self check out is always clean, and open. Smiling faces of WAL-MART employees. I have not experienced rudeness, nor attitude from any employee. No matter the time of day/night.

Much better since they received two more motorized carts. Now I rarely cant obtain one, usually one available every time I shop

I could not believe how rude the Spanish cashier with the bright fushia lipstick was today. I was actually offended enough to tell a manager. There is no excuse for treating customers like that.

Changed there hours from 24 hours a day to 6am to 11pm without any notice I work an odd shift and liked shopping early in the morning cant do that anymore I guess

I was a little upset went to make money order and it was closed..not good. They should be open if they are open 24/7. Most people work and I get off at 8:00pm . So please consider open your counter later then 8:00pm.

Its a regular walmart store and convenient in its location!

Morgan City location is awful. Tiny deli with meats that are as dry as jerky and very little variety. Very mismanaged by rude management (Lyin’ Laura) who treat their employees like dogs, as Ive witnessed one of the staff chewing out an associate over nothing. For months they were using nasty outside toilets because the indoor ones were out of order, later I learned the plumbing bill were paid using associates bonus. Ive complained to their customer service and district management but nothing gets done, so that says nothing about how they care or want to fix things. Take my advice and shop elsewhere, even if it costs a little more and stay away from this sad excuse for a store.

Theres never someone at the self check out. At the back desk either. The bathrooms are pretty clean and prices well its a walmart.
