I have had a great experience working with everyone! It was my 1st time using any kind of rent to own store and I would definitely recommend working with them. They have excellent costumer service, and Amanda even adjusted to accommodate my work schedule when filling out my paperwork and picking up my items. She even remembered me and my girls the other times we came Into the store. Overall just a great experience in general!

Ok so I dont know if rent a center in Morganton NC is under new management or what but I have ALWAYS had amazing service when dealing with them for the past 4 years. I have bought and paid off 5 things from them. Also NEVER and I mean NEVER in the 4 years missed or been late on a payment. Went a week ago to pay off my latest item cause Ive been paying over phone and I got the RUDEST costumer service. The manager rolled her eyes at us when we asked a question. U do not deserve the management position. Ive been in management and my costumers loved me cause I friendly and always smiled with them. An got to know them as a person. Thats what management and being in a work place is all about not being rude and disrespectful to ur costumers. This is the reason I returned my item and no longer going through rent a center u lost a very good costumer that would had kept with u guys for many many more years.

Hire employee that steal money instead of applying to payments call when ur not late call day before payment is due. Will be the only and last purchase with them RAY is only one that is worth a hoot there very honest and always fixes employee mistakes

This store has the best people they have helped us so much, also help find great deals, the delivery driver Josh is the most pleasant and awsome person to talk to, we feel like he is part of our family. The associate young lady is always looking for ways to save for us.Thank you guys you are the best.

Excellent customer service at the Morganton, NC store! The manager and employees are beyond nice. There was a little error at first, however they quickly resolved the issue by going above and beyond.

Great service from the new management. The sales they have are well worth a stop in the store to see new and reduced merchandise. Highly recommended for anyone on a budget.

We have gotten to know all the employees at the Rent A Center in Morganton. Were going to miss Robbie the Manager. Looking forward to Bodie doing the great job we know he can. Kiara is always helpful and friendly. We do hope Bodie and Kiara stay for the long haul with the Morganton Rent A Center.
