These guys are professional, nice and are the cheapest around in my opinion when it comes to installing tires. I recommend calling them for a price before just going, anywhere else you might be surprised how much you could save getting a set of tires and having them installed.

They are not the only good place to go for tires around here but they stood out again today and with about 5 or 6 options dealership wise, I did business there. Doing what you say when and how you say and providing best price (including online WM) for tires I decided on, does stand out these days. And when I returned to pick up old tires as agreed the service continued with prompt and pleasant assist from William. Tires were great. Price surprisingly acceptable. Busy place but right on time instead of lame excuses. Not just competitive but considerate and fair. Some places win customers the old fashioned way, with respect shown and thus deserved.

My son and friends were heading to NC mountains on a ski trip and had a flat tire. A passerby recommended Country Town Tire & Auto Service Center in Morganton. I called Marty at 4pm and told him my son was on the way, and Martys team patched the tire and had the kids back on the road by 4:30pm! Amazing service! It would have been so easy just to tell the out-of-towners that the tire couldnt be patched and sell us a new tire, but Marty and his team did the right thing. Highly recommend them!

Came in for 4 new tires (mounted, balanced and installed) I was in and out within an hour and also watched a few walk ins also receive prompt service for oil changes and inspections. Very pleased and will definitely come back!

I bought 6 tires from this place and they are blaming it on my rims. The front tires keep going flat. Ive never had this problem before and never have spent so much money on buying air. Use to be a great place but Id advise you to find a new tire supplier. They own no liability, its some kind of excuse always. Clearly seen where the air was leaking from and it was on them. Did get DISCOUNT on FINAL tire.

Took Jeep there for oil, filter, inspection. Asked them to check brakes as last service station said they were due for new pads. They told me the pads would last till at least the next oil change. Always like a service station that tells the truth and saves me money with no unneeded repairs.Updated 4/1/2019 - All subsequent interactions with these folks are the same. they are honest and reasonable.

Good customer service, but they couldnt fix my car

PLEASE BEWARE!!!This place is a joke I got my oil changed here and they did not change my oil and to cover it up the supervisor stated that I had oil leaking everywhere so I had to go to Walmart get oil and put it in my car because they didnt change it and every since then my car hasnt leaked oil or has it ever been smoking and the bad part about it the supervisor did not want to refund my money they also done my grandmother the same way and she took her car back up there and they changed her oil for her again and they also changed her tires without putting her lugs back on. So if I was you I would stay away from this place they will mess your car up I dont know if they just do this to women or what and also my car my grandmother owned before me and she kept it up it only has cosmetic issues

Go here for you want your nice rims ruined and then they act like its not their fault. When Ive bought three sets of tires from them yet when I buy a set myself to save some cash my wheels mysteriously are all scratched and look terrible go to rides of conover.

The manager is a super guy who takes time to listen to all of your issues and literally does his best to resolve the problem at a very affordable rate. Short wait times, clean waiting area, and courteous workers.

Been going to this place for a while and never had a problem but this time when i went they parked my car under a tree with the windows down and leaves and ants were in my car. My mats were all messed up and there was dirt on my leather interior and had a tire changed and there was a chuck tore out of the tire and the mexican dude there swore he didnt do it. Swore it came in like that glad i had pictures of all that stuff before and after. In my car i have a reclining front driver seats that was reclined and i asked who had the reclining part out and he said he didnt know i then asked where the managers were and the mexican dude replied with i dont know and then finally said one left and the other was on vacation. I will never go back up there again and if i have any problems with the tire that they tore a chunk out i will have my attorney contact them. all the people that i have referred i will let them know and i see Im not the only one that has had issues with this place. My best friend was paying for oil changes and there werent even changing the dam oil. so people read the reviews before going to this place.
