Caroline is an amazing technician! My experience with her is always amazing. She leaves my brows looking flawless. She takes her time. She is as gentle as she can be when waxing. She knows how to keep a conversation going so you are not sitting there bored. She is so incredibly knowledgeable! She always ask my preference on my brow shape. Which I had never been asked before. We came up with a plan on how to keep my brows looking cleaner for longer. But my absolute favorite thing about Caroline is she offers the eye mask service so I can feel pampered and refresh after our session. Highly recommend seeing her! I give her a 10/10 for customer service and a 10/10 for technique!!!
