The cheesecake was amazing! How they roll the ice cream is cool to watch. Lots a great decorations all over.

I appreciate that they have clear gluten free symbols on the menu, and also offer gluten free waffle cones which Ive never seen anywhere. Most of the ice cream creations are way too sweet for me, but for the health conscious I have enjoyed the oatmilk ice cream which is very fluffy in texture and less sweet. Good for an occasional treat.

Yummy ice cream as always. Never disappoints,but did not like the brownie. Was hard and tasted old.

Our experience was that the rolled ice cream had very little taste. Our friends got the expensive milkshakes Reese lovers and was disappointed because the shake portion was extremely thin resembling chocolate milk. The atmosphere was great. Good customer service. It was sad that our 1st experience was not what we were expecting.

Very cute VW bus as a decoration in the store. I got a sundae with Graham central station ice cream, with caramel and peanuts. I highly recommend! My husband really loved the strawberry swirl rolled ice cream.

Place was slammed but the service and hospitality was so great! Employees were so patient and kind! Desserts are amazing!!!

We got the double up shakes and they were amazing! They were a bit pricey but we did get to keep the glass jars they came in. We will definitely return to try others.

Loved Toasted and Rolled! We arrived and the 2 staff members there were so kind and helpful! We ordered and our food was expertly prepared in quick fashion! They brought it out to us and on the milkshake we got (chocolate rush) the brownie was falling. The staff member without asking insisted on taking it back and fixing it so we could get our photos! Super super kind! As for the milkshake it was delicious!!! I would highly recommend Toasted and Rolled and hope to come back soon!

Friendly staff, and great tasting ice cream. You can order sundaes, rolled ice cream, floats, soda, brownies, cookies and more. Its a really cute place, they have indoor and outdoor seating. My family really enjoyed visiting here!

Super packed so I get the visual presentation wasnt great. I also wasnt impressed with how you couldnt make your own roll with chosen ingredients but had to go with their list of flavors.

I went there for 1st time It was so cool in there. You can watch them make their ice cream masterpieces. It was alot of fixings. I went there to get Harry Potter glass with Harrys glasses. I ate the ice cream fixings just to give her the glass for her birthday next month. I got a 2fer for one price.

Me and my friend stopped in after lunch for the first time on a Wednesday around 3. It was pleasantly busy, the atmosphere was nice and a little exciting. We were taken care of and ice cream was delicious! I definitely appreciate being helped by the business owners; it means a lot to me personally that they are there, and want to see their business prosper.

My husband and I are fairly new to the area and let me tell ya, not only was it soooooo FRESH & HEAVENLY DELICIOUS but our Pro Roller was an absolute GEM! She was as BEAUTIFUL inside as she was on the outside! A fabulous experience, one of our very best yet! We cant wait to get back!!!Ps: the coffee was AMAZING 🏆🥇

Greeted when we entered very busy but ordered right away, ordered waffle cone 2 scoop recommand just 1 very high but bitter pecan was delicious. Wife and son enjoyed the a banana split only thing less nuts bit delicious.

The ice cream was great! Smooth and creamy. I had the strawberry cheesecake toasted and rolled. It also had fresh sliced strawberries on top. Juan (owner) was very friendly and willing to answer questions.

The owners are amazing, the line was long the wait was short the shakes where epic.

The rolled ice cream tasted great. Around 10 min wait for them to prepare our order and it was worth the wait. One of my kids wanted a caramel apple as he saw them being made. One of the employees made one for him and placed it in the fridge to cool so we didnt have to wait long for it. Exceptional service 👏 Ill be back next time Im visiting the town.

My husband, father-in-law and I had the extraordinary pleasure of dropping in at Toasted and Rolled. We each got three different Over-The-Top Shakes. I had a Cookie Monster Shake. My husband had the Brownie Shake. The Birthday Cake Shake belonged to my father-in-law. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how absolutely fantastic these shakes were. The flavors were perfect, the cake was moist, the cookie was soft and the brownie was thick and scrumptious. The attention to detail was phenomenal and everyone was so kind. We absolutely plan to return. They taste even better than they look in the pictures.

If you like your food being made with 1 or no gloves this is the place. Saw a guy pick up 2 vanilla wafers with his bare hands and then proceed to mix it into the rolled ice cream. Would not recommend ever, but especially in the middle of a pandemic.

Visiting Morganton while on out a local camping/driving vacation. Very slow service and the wait wasn’t worth it. Fifteen minutes for two menu items and not a lot of customers. Rolled ice cream is a cool idea but doesn’t translate to a cool experience. It all begins to melt together into regular ice cream. Doesn’t seem worth the work. Not worth the visit.

This is a combined bakery/ice cream shop in Downtown Morganton next to Treat. The pastries, mainly Latin American based are very good. They have a sweet potato roll and dulce de leche filled turnovers and also doughnuts from Mr Bobs. The ice cream is the rolled ice cream made in front of you...I think a concept that started in Thailand. All fresh and good. They have many flavors and eventually will allow you to make your own combos. I got the cookies and cream and it was delicious. Service is slow but that will hopefully get better with time. Highly recommended.

Unique experience. Super delicious. Kids loved the Unicorn Poop; parents enjoyed the Turtle Cheesecake flavor. A lot more expensive than a standard fare ice cream parlor, but cool option for the occasional family splurge.

This place is so good! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and the best ice cream experience ever! This place is worth getting off of I-40 and taking a short drive to uptown. The owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Take the time and come see for yourself. We will be treating ourselves here often!

Came here on high recommendations. A little pricey, but when you watch them make it and roll it up, and put all those toppings.... Then take a bite, you kinda forget that it was pricey. We enjoyed it very much, the staff was very friendly, helped us with peanut allergens, and it all tasted so creamy and good. Great job, we will be back for sure!

So far one of the best treats we have found while out exploring our new neighborhood. The handcrafted ice cream is amazing. The employees were very friendly and happy to be there. Mgr? chatted with us while we were waiting and welcomed us to town. We will be back.

This place is absolutely wonderful!!! It was a bit slow getting through the long line but on a beautiful Saturday afternoon I expected it to be quite busy. It was mind-blowing watching the ice cream being made into a beautifully delicious work of art. The pastrys are great too!! Hours are perfect! My family and I will definitely be visiting again and I hope others try it too!!! You wont be disappointed.

I still haven’t tried their ice cream but it looks fantastic. I can’t get away from the baked goods! Bagels and cream cheese, cheese tamal, cookies the size of a baby’s head, and sweet potato rolls to die for! Super nice folks who run this place; they sure are an asset to the downtown area.

One of the best places to stop and come in to sit down and have a snack. Top notch ice cream with an amazing bakery. Very very kid friendly environment with awesome employees. I recommend you stop by and try their new flavored ice creams with some hot chocolate!!!

Really great place! Cute decor, most unique ice cream I have ever eaten, lots of variety. Really great place for after dinner dessert spot or cool hang out and the owner really cares about his guests.

I have been here twice. Both times have been absolutely delicious. They have a Volkswagen bus side with a elevated walkway area so you can see the ice cream being made and rolled. Currently they only have certain specialty ice creams and are working on create your own. I got pastries for the first time and they look and smell wonderful. They had a small seating area for kids and then another area for adults. My kids love sitting in the the kiddie area. Bathroom is clean and nice as well as the interior of the store. So far we have tried the mint chocolate chip, coffee Bliss, Superman rocks, Funfetti, turtle cheesecake and all of them have been really really good.

Everyone in my group loved this place. Very original dishes and it was all delicious. Beats the heck out of Cold Stone.

Great place for a different style of ice cream, great atmosphere and employees. Owners are amazing and go that extra effort to get to know you the way olden day shop owners used to. Ohh, and the bakery is authentic Hispanic baked goods and are amazingly fresh and delicious! If you want a great old time shop experience and great treats this is the place to go.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of flavors. Very cool to be able to watch them make the ice cream using crème anglaise and pouring it over an iced metal pan, spread out, and then rolled. They even have a ling stepping stool so small children can watch them make the ice cream. Its a little pricey, but totally worth it! I highly recommend you try them out.

We would visit hear again, it was Great to watch them make everyrhing in front of you. I got the Coffee Bliss and my Husband got the Monkey Business and they were both yummy
