Tesla owners! This may be the only and the best place for Tesla if strained near Morgantown, WV.Our tire gave up near Morgantown Supercharger. The closest Tesla service center was at Pittsburgh, PA. And no one in town has our 21” tire. Tesla roadside was unaware of Walmart Auto Care Centres can service Tesla. (This may be true for many places in the country) . We were instructed to limp or tow to service center or stay for tire to be shipped to a nearby tire shop. We were told it takes about 7-10 business days for shipping.That was just bad news after bad news... Until we came to Walmart auto care centers.Turned out Walmart could ship out 265/35R21 tires from their warehouse in Pittsburgh PA next day! Next morning around 8:30am, we received a text message that the tires had indeed arrived. We got our tires installed and hit the road.Big thanks to Tim. He is calm and friendly, just the right person needed for a strained couple like us. Please keep up the great work.

This was my 2nd walmart of the day. I was in need of tires, they has what I needed.. got me right in.. no problem

Called twice 1st no answer or hung up 2nd to be ignored and on hold for 20min. Waste of time

We bought tires and reserved an installation time through the Walmart website for the Walmart Auto Care Center at this location; however, the Auto Care Center is actually closed down (and has been for months). Our appointment was confirmed via text on top of the emails auto generated from the website. When we arrived, the door was closed and locked. We went inside the store, and there was one employee working the conjoint desk for Auto, Sporting Goods, and Paint. The line was huge. When we explained our situation, we received no understanding, customer service consideration, or timely help. They spent 25 minutes trying to find our tires, which we had to put in a cart and roll through the front of the store. Poor communication, failure to update the website, horrible customer service.

I have used this Walmart auto care center for years. They really do great work. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. I can always count on Tim M. for anything I need. I would recommend this place for tires, oil changes and the like.

These guys were great & very patient when I made a mistake & they had to redo my tires. Very friendly & professional

On the plus side its very cheap. On the downside its Walmart. Takes quite a while but you are free to walk around and enjoy the scenery of Walmart.I would advise to have someone follow you there and go grab some lunch or something while you wait. Probably looking at at least an hour and a half wait. Does a decent job with cheap oil changes and tires are cheap.

Never taking my car back here. Dropped it off at 7:30am for a tire repair. Was told it might take all day. No call letting me know it was finished. Went to pick it up around 5 only to find they closed at 4:00, three hours early for some reason. Would have been nice to know. Finally got my car and noticed the paperwork said they had been finished with it since 9:59am. What kind of place operates like this?!

I will never bring a vehicle back here again! Paid to have new TPMS sensors installed (their sensors) and they botched the programming after waiting 3hrs for the first install and then had to come back and wait another 2hrs for them to try and fix it. How is this acceptable!!

Kinda slow.

Quick service, nice enough staff. About as good as you would expect when your trying to save money and get cheaper tires. As far as other services go, I have only gotten tires here, and never had a pro Lem with them over tightening the lugs, so thats a win in my book.

Just a waste of time honestly. Waited almost 2 hours to have my oil changed just to be told they couldn’t do it due to my dipstick being damaged- which I told them about when I first got there. I understand it’s against their policy, that’s not the problem- but I should’ve been told when I got there and not after hours of my time were wasted. Very disappointed in how that went about, however the technicians/service people at the desk were very kind, which is the only reason I’m rating 2 stars.

I can honestly say this was by far one of my best experiences at any Walmart tire center the counter staff were professional and friendly the manager Christine was amazing and had answers to all of my questions.

The staff was great. I was not able to get my tires installed because I couldnt afford all six that my vehicle required but I bought the tires and had them mounted somewhere else.

Great job on tires and fabulous group of people serving the public.

Very poor service all around. The man that helped me was very rude and did not seem to want my business and acted annoyed that I was asking to have work done. If you can go somewhere else I would recommend it.

Go else where to get tires not worth the head ache.

Called to make an appointment this morning for an oil change. I was told they do not use an appointment system at this location. All associates in the auto department were rude. One man left me standing at the desk waiting for 5 minutes while he carried on a personal conversation nearby with another associate. Technician refused to vacuum the entire car bc one area of the carpet was a little damp from rain. They took my phone number and told me theyd call when it was ready but no one called. Did not enjoy this experience at all. Three stars feels generous but thats assuming there were no problems with the actual oil change.

I wish they would incorporate Sams Club benifits for the tires you buy!

Simply bad customer service, at 6 pm i ask if they can do two tires for my car yet im told there booked up for the evening even though they told me the day before ots first come first serve .... Plus theres only 1 car in their garage . lets be real they didnt want to do anymore work And there were 2 employees on shift in their last hour of work, bad place if i could i would give negative stars. Go ANYWHERE ELSE because these people dont care.

Guy told me they dont make a 2008 VW rabbitt and I dont know what I am talking about and hung up on me. Get your tires at the other Wal-Mart or literally any other retailer. I cant believe someone would argue with a customer and tell them they dont know what kind of car they have. He was very rude and was rude to other people when I bought a battery before. Not going back EVER!!

The man that handled my business was very rude and spoke to me like I was a toddler. Very unprofessional and hostile environment.

Some of the mechanics have basic knowledge at best.

Need to get in 1x thru 5x clothing like they use to because this is discrimination on the ones who wear these sizes and the stores need to be ashamed of themselves for not having plenty in stock with 29 tru 30 length

Great fast friendly service

Waited 3 hours for a 45 minute job. Had to go purchase the parts for them to do there job. Ended up paying more than what the cost of the oil change was to start with.

Absolutely terrible service, not worth the trouble, get your oil changed somewhere else, poor customer service, an act of Congress to even get to talk to someone let alone get the oil changed.
