Ive also remodeled two bathrooms in my house. They were able to order a vanity and sink top that fit perfectly and had all faucets and hardware in stock.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Koval. I have a deteriorating disks, and osteoartritis in my entire spine that causes pain throughout my entire body. Sleep has been an issue all my life, but over the last year has become even more of a challange. I was instructed to do hydrotherapy dailiy by my physicans for the chronic pain. I spoke with and emailed Stephen at Kovals for weeks. He assisted me with patience and knowledge. I then went to the store and met with Amy. She was helpful, knowledable and most of all delightful. You see being a 35 year old with chronic pain, most people treat you a certain way. I didnt have that here. The installation crew was just as wonderful and helpful with how to maintain the tub. The first night using it, I slept 5 straight hours. It was such a blessing as is Koval Supply. Thank you all!

Purchased an AquaSource 1 piece bathtub & wall unit 5 years ago and has numerous cracks starting in the bottom. This tub has only been used by one person (under 130lbs) for the last 3 years. Call Koval to see what they do for obviously defective products. Their response...Sorry AquaSource is now out of business. There is nothing we can do. You will just have to have someone repair or replace it. If I wanted to buy garbage products that no one backs I would have purchased a tub from Lowes and saved half the money.
