Went at an time if day that was not busy. Right in n right. I am hanycapped, with breathing and immunocomprimised. No handicap spaces available. So i was tired before I got into store. Protocol for covid not being followed but customers. Employees are following protocol. Too much moving around of product no signs then when asking for help where items we associate had no clue where product was.. definately need more training. There are a got good bit of the population that cannot receivet covid or any other vaccines do to out health let face it we luv wallmart n shopping there. Pleease be more conscious of those in that category. At other wallmarts I have actually been thanked following protocol. My check out girl. Excellent, thougtful, very kind, friendly and helpful. U have an excellent employee in this associate!! Tobacco checkout. Too many screaming unmasked children and the parents arent following protocol odbviously dont care too either. Luv this store will visit again. But if protocCant b followed I will definately choose a store that is safer. Lets face it our I feel our needs as hanycapped people are not being met.

Its Walmart. Nothing special or out of the ordinary.It was clean. I was able to easily find the items I was looking for, plus a few extra impulse buys. There werent a lot of customers around, which was in the face of this pandemic. The staff wore masks, were polite, and courteous.

The employees were very helpful and proactive while we were shopping. That was greatly appreciated while looking for an item that had sold out. That is the negative though - there seemed to be no restocking happening at all. On a Saturday. So its get there early or hope for the best.

It is a great Walmart to go to. The cashiers are always friendly courteous and helpful. The only problem that I have is every time that I go there my debit card seems to be declined over and over again and then I have to go to their ATM get money out of the same exact account to pay for it but then I have to pay the ATM money because theyre stupid car machines tend to decline my card even though theres thousands of dollars, so its the only guy Ive ever found with them

I worked for them for 17 plus years have great sales on products and reduced prices. friendly people who wait on you.👍😃

Overall I enjoy this Walmart but my issues is photo lab. Half the time when I go to pick up an order they aren’t even back there. Today I get call that they can’t process my order for certain reasons and the guy was a jerk. Photo lab techs need to learn how to speak properly to a customer. I was nice from the get go even though it was my order that was thrown out and he was snarky and rude from the beginning.

Great prices. Produce and deli dept is very fresh. Will definitely be shopping here every time Im in Green County

Didnt have what we went after, did buy 2 other things. Only 2 registers open, self serve was full with people lined up down the isle. I do not like using self service because it takes jobs, prices do not get lowered, the registers do not function properly most of the time, no one to help when that happens and if there is ...I have been told by that person that dont worry this happens all the time now that is something to worry about and an even better reason to not use self serve registers.

Great prices, plenty of options nothing to complain except this self checkout nonsense. Only one actual cashier working, otherwise you goto check yourself out. If I have to work for my purchase I should get a discount being a temp employee essentially.

Everything was pretty easy to find, but when we asked to be checked out at the automotive center the cashier said yes then just walked away to answer the phone & literally walked off so we proceeded to the garden center to check out and stood at an OPEN register for a couple mins while scanning the area and seeing no workers what so ever. Mind you this was a lil before noon.

1. Don’t even bother attempting to call the store. I’ve called multiple days and different times to no avail. Every call rings until the phone just hangs up.2. I’ve had a very bad experience with their vehicle service department. The manager attempted to make me double pay for my front two tires because he had “mistakenly” rescheduled my service appointment. Then when he had me cancel my order which would be refunded to me, he tried to get me to pay again. Three days later I received a text saying my tires were ready to pick up. If I would’ve double paid for two more tires I didn’t need, I would’ve been even more upset than I am now.3. While I was there and trying to decide if I wanted to double pay for tires they took mine off and one of the young guys who works in the service department cross threaded the bolt that holds the rim on the vehicle. I’ve been attempting to reach the store manager and no one will answer my calls.

Everything went ok except for when we were at the checkout and cashier told us our total. We were shocked at how much it was for just a few items and those on-sale. They say everyday low prices. Definitely not our shopping experience.

I have a bad habit of shopping at Wal-Mart all over the US. I find them most convenient.

WOW the shelves are fully stocked, not like in Ohio and the store is CLEAN !!!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is not easy to find things without there help. Signage is inadequate and sometimes confusing.

They never have enough cashiers. Usually only two registers open. They get paid to check you out and bag your stuff so why would you want to go through the crowded self checkout stations plus bag your own stuff?

Decent Walmart. Most staff help and most staff will assist you. It typically is a clean and stocked store. It is better than some others in this part of PA.

I love that now with my Walmart app I can use scan and go. Just like Krogers. See.s to make my shopping trips a lot quicker.

I couldnt find half of what I was looking for, I was back and forth and up and down every aisle in the food department.

This is the best wally out of the 2...when doing grocery pick up ya actually dont have to sit very long for them to load ur car an get u going...other wally at town center cant keep anything in stock...rude employees..I waited 35 mins in pickup just for em to bring memorial day flowers out an then they werent even bagged

Small power glitch and the registers wouldnt work for at least the 20 minutes I waited before leaving.

Wonderful customer service the person that helped me on the electronic center I believe her name tag said chey. Was vary helpful and knew all of the questions I asked. Very clean and easy to find what your looking for.

My favorite Morgantown Walmart. I like the floor layout better.

Grocery Pick up was prompt & pleasant!🙂

2nd time tried to pick-up at pharmacy in the pick-up lane.. 1st time slow. Waited for 30mins. Only one in line. 2nd time, gave up and left.

I was in and out of this Wal-Mart, only had to go to the pharmacy and pick up a prescription. Line at the pharmacy wasnt long either! And pharmacy technician was very helpful and friendly!

Understaffed but cant blame Wal-Mart.

All I can say is WOW!!! I stopped in on Saturday to get an estimate for some exhaust repair work. Was given a price and went back in on Monday to have the work done. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the work done in half the time they initially said it would take. Definitely recommend LLC and Lee for all your car repair needs.

Their carts are always in disrepair, they are frequently out of necessities like dogfood, and the fruit sometimes is mispriced or moldy/rotting, but the employees seem nice.

Good variety of merchandise including an Ipod touch that I know has been discontinued for a couple years already. Not overly crowded and so happy to see a Subway still inside 👍

This Walmart is convenient and I shop here when Im in Morgantown WV visiting with my family.

Really big super store, with friendly employees that are there to help you. They have some leaky skylights in their roof when it downpours.

They only have one set of there doors open, very inconvenient. Over all I like it bc it has almost everything u need.

Employees need to learn respect, friendliness, and when someone ask for help know their stuff.

Been with Walmart corporate for 12 years and this walmart is the worst experience ever in my life the customer service is so horrible and unprofessional here and the manger I spoke to over the phone while and in store refused to come out and speak to me are resolve a issuse and help a customer instead blows you off and doesnt care about the experience you had . For your 3 employees to tell you to get on your f*cking phone and check your self for a item is the most laziness and worst customer service from any walmart I remodel and worked with with corporate.

This is the worst walmart ever, the help does anything but go out of there way to help you. Most are rude and so for are the customers. Only reason I go there is because its the only one within 40 MI. I dont want to because Walmart is owned by China now and we know what they are all about I would not recommend this Walmart unless you absolutely have to go there

They had mostly everything I wanted, which is more than I can say about most Walmarts. Most have things for a month or so & then they no longer have them. That is very irritating! This particular store was pretty good though.

Product placement, its pretty easy to find what your looking for at this store and if you cant find something the staff is really helpful

One of my favorite walmart stores. Dropped a star yesterday, because the last couple times they were out of many of our regular purchased items. Their fall clothing line is very nice!

I found what I wanted and the place was clean and the staff were nice.

Not usually overly busy, my only complaint is there are not enough cashier open lanes. Too many do it your self ones. When I have high ticket items I need a cashier.

Typical Walmart experience and in my opinion slightly less clean and friendly than the other Walmart across town at University Town Center. Theyve recently updatd their registers to include belted self checkout which has reduced awful lines significantly.

Not enough registers open so long lines,to many employees have no helping attitudes or dont try their best to get what you need done not a good atmosphere.

Always has what I need. Always a fair price and now shopping online and having it brought to me is so safe and secure

Went to the pickup area. Took 10 minutes as it was very busy with others getting their pickup orders. Order was complete and Walmart associate very cordial !Good experience.
