Not happy. Not sure when they took out the rubber scrubber machine in the car wash bay but this time it didn’t do a good job cleaning my SUV. Won’t be back unless something changes. Used to love going here but I paid for a premium wash and it miss half the stuff on the car. I had to go to another place to wash my car. :-(

Not so satisfied. Exterior wash was good but interior wash was really disappointing. They literally just cleaned the mats. Nothing else i guess.

When there is no line waiting this wash is quick. I find that some other users struggle with the kiosk for selection and payment. More users the wait is obviously longer. Otherwise its a great quick wash.Recently I brought a vehicle for the interior detail service... we own a German Shepherd and the rear seat was rife with dog hair. I asked the wash attendant if this was an issue. He said no and just tell the attendants at the interior detail building. I did and was told that they DO NOT attend to pet hair. When I came back for the vehicle I was very suprised to find that they had removed almost all of the hair. Needless to say I will return for service again and again.

I paid over 150 for detailing along with shampooing carpets, and seat cleaning. I just bought the car, and it was super dirty inside so I wanted it cleaned up so we could use it. They did clean it up a lot, but I was surprised to see many spots that were not clean, or even dusted throughout the car. I had them fix up some spots, but there was so many more spots that they obviously did not clean and I did not want to stay there for the rest of the day telling them what to do, so I figured I would just go home and do it by myself.The customer service was great. They were all very helpful and kind. I am sure they would have continued cleaning the car as I pointed things out... I just think they need to be trained to pay better attention to detail, so they dont have to redo their job in the first place.Also something else that bothered me, was that Halloween was playing in the waiting room, and the TV is in clear view of the childrens area. Maybe the kids area needs to be placed at an area where the adult TV is out of sight.

I have used this car was since they opened. I have 2 cars and use them regularly. However today is the last time I will go there. I went last night and they closed early so I went ahead and washed my truck took it home and went back first thing this morning to have them detail the I inside and they refused. He said I had to go thru the car wash again then come up to them. I already paid and washed the car $16.00 the truck was not dirty I just wanted them to do the inside. It was not my fault they closed early the day before and in the past they offer inside detailing only. But my truck was clean went home and came back that was it. I was going to also bring my other car over to be detailed today but won’t be back now. Terrible customer service for a good customer. I’ll go elsewhere. Doesn’t matter the cost.

Used to be a great place to get a car detailed but they quit doing the 45min detail, so I had to find a new place.

I cant speak to the interior detailing as I didnt purchase that package this time. I did however go with one of the 45 minute exterior packages. I added on a paint sealant add on to prep for winter weather and road salt.The guys inside worked like a coordinated group and my exterior looks fantastic when its all said and done. It was interesting to watch them work from the waiting room. The sealant package that I got had them doing a little extra work but they had a spotlight that they could use to see if they missed any spots.If I had any complaints it would be there were a few water spots in the end left over from all their work. They buffed right out so no big deal. Im not sure if Id go with interior cleaning but I have no complaints with the work they did on the exterior.One thing that is annoying is that the prices and more so the packages on their website dont match whats on the touchscreen menu. I was interested in getting Aquapel applied to my windows and that was listed on the website. However it was not available on the touchscreen options. Clear up the website issues and Id probably bump my rating up.

After a long drive from southern state, vehicle needed cleaning off. Stopped here for a thorough automated wash.Vehicle came nice and clean!

I would highly suggest you do not go to this car wash if you want to leave with a vehicle that is left undamaged. I took my car here today and after leaving realized they scratched the interior window button. When I went back, they basically tried to blame me and say it was my nails. I drive this car daily. It was not like that. They would not pay for the button and only refunded the wash for $44. Now I will have to replace this for $130. The owner just walked off from us to avoid what he knew he did since he is the one that brought me my car at the end and even left a rag on the floor. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR AUTOMOBILE!!! Zero stars is more appropriate!

Did a decent job on my car.

After cleaning my car, it was still dirty and I spent nearly $100. They damaged my car on my first visit -the washer pulled paint off my hood- but I thought they could at least be able to detail and hand wash. I couldn’t have been more wrong!

HORRIBLE JOB! Paid for the wash and detailing and they damaged the window lift switch on my drivers door. When I went back, the actual owner of the business just walked out, looked and walked away leaving some kid to handle it. When I finally got the owner back out to my car, he said the damage was done by my wife’s finger nails. He basically said we were lying about it and just walked away leaving the same kid to deal with the issue. If you value your car in any way, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!! My $44 detail has now cost me $130.

I have a grudge against this wash. First time i went I paid over 40 dollars for best exterior wash and inside wipedown/vaccuum. What I received was a 12 dollar carwash, 2 dollar towel dry, and 5 dollar wipe down. They didnt even armorall the dash and I just has to clean it again myself. 2nd time I did the cheapest wash and it was a few sprayers spraying just water. Maybe Im spoiled by living in so many different places but this area definitely needs a quality wash. In Chicago 21 dollars will get you borderline detail. 3 dollars will get a proper wash without threshing or simonize wash. In RI 30 dollars will get you 2 washes a day every day including simonize wax. In Iowa 32 dollars will get you 1 excellent wash a day with ceramic wax and heated air dry. I could go on but Im not here to write a literal novel. I have never seen a place such as this but the business they receive tells me they are the best option in the area. This place will only survive until there is another place marginally better.

I work in construction and after a year of not cleaning my CRV, it was pretty filthy. I paid for the full detail ($99) which took just under two hours. These guys took their time, which was very much appreciated. When my car was finished I was shocked at how clean it was. I was also impressed with the courteousness of the staff. I witnessed one gentleman go out of his way to help carry car seats for a lady with a young child. I wish that there was an option for tipping because these guys truly went above and beyond.

Ugh I absolutely hate this new place Ill never ever ever come back here. Where the hell do you throw your trash away?! There is no vacuum to be had or to be done LOL. This is strictly a car wash only and its just disappointing Im sitting here cuz my car is still wet and I dont want to drive yet cuz I dont want to get all dirty so Im just hoping that the sun dries her quickly LOL

Stopped in for a quick interior detail. Extremely pleased with how well they treated my car! Made it look like there was never any dogs or kids in the car at all! I highly recommend this business!

For the price pretty freaking awesome, very helpful and nice. The only thing that sucks is it takes a while, but Id rather wait for to be done right. My only suggestion to the ownership would be maybe add another detail lane.

For a cheap price you can get your car detailed they did a good job with the vacuuming but that’s about it the interior was not cleaned thoroughly and they left chemical stains on the interior console and when I confronted them about it they kind of shrugged their shoulders and said I don’t know what to tell you even though there was stains THAT THEY CREATED all over my interior and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager he was nice tried to get out the stains, sort of worked but not really much of a difference. No offer for a refund or my money back... I won’t be coming back here again ever

This car wash is where I normally choose to go. Today I decided to try a detail wash the only thing is I am on a budget and I went online to see the prices and wash options first. After I read you can choose between a 15 minute detail wash or 45 min detail wash I went and drove over there for the 15 min detail car wash. The cheapest listed was a $20 express interior. Then if you scroll down some more on the website it clearly says add at the detail shop “15/45 min detail purchase required” and the following was listed... carpet shampoo! Which is what I really wanted and would not mind paying extra for! So I drove all the way there and an employee who was friendly did go ask someone else what was my best option to make sure I got it. Upon his return he came and informed me that I’d have to buy the $59 super clean detail and add the something else from the detail shop and gave me a total of $149.00 I politely said no thank you and drove my pregnant self back home to scrub and vacuum it myself since like I informed him the problem was only at a small area. I honestly could of done it but being pregnant I figured why stress it. Oh well I completed the job and I’m sorry to say this car wash will no longer be my first choice. Maybe this car wash should update their website to what the employees are informing customers because then we wouldn’t have to waste our time driving over there expecting what is stated online to get there and be informed Otherwise. Thanks for nothing.

The worst experience ever. Came to get my car cleaned but instead my car was scratched from two places. It’s a brand new 2021 car, and their response was that it’s contactless car wash and scratches doesn’t happen. Internet is filled with proof that contactless car washing can scratch your car. I won’t leave it there. Will file complaint and once I prove it was their fault I will file lawsuit.

So happy with my experience! It was my first time ever going and I had no idea what I was doing but it was a breeze and the workers were extremely helpful to me. Once I made my purchase at the car wash, I went up to the detail center and got some advice for the inside detailing of my car. I was prepared to pay whatever I needed to as my car was a disaster. The guys were so helpful and considerate! And as for the final result of my car....... AMAZING. Looks AND smells brand new! Totally worth the money and the time. I was even able to leave my car, run errands as needed, and pick my car up later. I will definitely be a repeat customer!Also, these guys need tipped for their hard work. I learned later that there is a tip jar in the waiting room of the detail center. WORTH IT!

Second time at express car wash and they never disappoint! The staff pay attention to detail and are professional and polite. Upper management inspects the car before they hand the keys to you! Excellent service highly recommend!

Just got my car washed less than 10 minutes ago. Paid 12 dollars and the fingerprints my child put on it yesterday arre still there after taking it through their carwash. Any reccomendations on good carwashes?

Had to take the car back to have it redone and we paid twelve dollars the first time. Didnt get the car clean at all. All they did was spray soap and water on it and nothing ever touched the car to get the dirt off. We paid more for tire shine and when we asked if it did that and the guy said slightly. Amazing! Never go back!

Couple weeks ago I visited this place for (15 minutes detailed interior and exterior) and it was kind of reasonable service compared to the price. But this time I paid $59 for (45+ minutes detailed interior) and they finished my car with less than 30 min!!! When I asked they said they car is small and does not require long time (although I noted on some spots that were ignored), when I look inside the car I swear it is almost the same, if not less cleaner, than the than service I got for 15 minutes, which again wasn’t fantastic. In fact the place was busy so they had to get rid of the cars faster.My point is, if I had a garage I would buy all necessary equipment (which won’t cost me $40 and could be used more than once) and clean my car myself.If you really feel you want to go their, don’t have high expectations.

Nice work. Only observation is that 15 minute interior detail is only true if no one is ahead of you. For actual wait time, multiply number of cars ahead of you by 15 minutes each.

Had my jeep washed and detailed first time. Personalized tire cover fell off. Called 3 times as i live an hour away. No return calls after leaving specific details. 2 weeks later i get back to Morgantown, guy remembers it and its gone. They throw your stuff away, no return calls,. There are 4 places they store the 100s of car pieces, window covers, plates, personalized items. Go get your stuff they have no respect for your items.

Went to expressway car wash today and omg! My car looks Like it’s brand new! I got the express interior and express wax + it’s a great deal and I think you definitely get more than what you pay for! They take their time and pay attention to detail, the manger on duty even comes and inspects the work and will have the guys correct anything before they turn your car over. Professional and polite, I recommend everyone come here to get their detailing done!

I wash my car here every time. The vacuum there is free.

They did an amazing job for me this afternoon! My car was a wreck after a summer with three small children, and in the time it took me to walk the kids down to Sheetz for a snack, they had my car interior so clean. They even wiped out the cup holders on my kids’ car seats!

My van has been a source of constant stress in my life. The guys were kind and courteous and went well beyond what I expected. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders. Worth every penny and I will definitely return.

This is the only place I take my cars to be washed and taken care of! Jay, Brian and the rest of the crew have always treated me and my vehicles with respect and I will always recommend them to people when I’m asked about who details my cars and trucks! The automatic wash is good for an automatic but I was so impressed with the waiting area while my car was getting detailed. There were cartoons and toys for my toddler and a nice changing table in the bathroom (which I was surprised to find). The prices are great too!

Ive been here multiple times, usually once a week. Most of the time it does fairly well for an automatic car wash. Dont waste your money on the attendant prep if theyre even slightly busy. Theyll rush through it and it wont make much of a difference. Other than that, no complaints.

Fantastic Service! The automatic wash is very good, but the little extra I paid for detailing was so worth it. They have many detailing options, and as a first time customer, I went with the minimum. My Mom and I just kept talking about how nice my car looked when they finished. Ive been to many car wash facilities like this one over the years, but Expressway was BY FAR the best. The waiting area is nice with clean bathrooms. And the employees were very friendly. Highly recommend!

So the prices are a bit of a dispute. For the express detail you are adding that on top of what ever wash you get. Thanks for you are getting the $40 (ish) detail go for the cheaper wash since they are going to finish the rest. Other than that great place to get your ride cleaned.

Best car wash ever. Ive used car washes all over the country and this one provides the best customer service Ive ever seen. Some of the negative comments are very unfair. Whenever they know about a complaint, they do everything they can to make it right. Just let them know and they will make it right. Theyre not just trying to get your money. They have a very logical and practical system of routine car washes and detailing to keep your car looking brand new.

Was a waste of money getting my car wash there there is still dirt on my car everywhere, and it wasnt that caked on I could run it off with my finger. Opted for the highest Express wash and it was a total waste. NEVER come here.

I havent had any problems, except the lines can get long. I get the wash and inside detailing. Dont have a lot of experience with car detailing but they do a better and faster job than I would. My car is never super dirty, so the drive thru gets the outside clean. Whatever soap and wax they use, seems to repel dirt and stay cleaner, longer than other car washes. Everyone is always nice and polite, and have a waiting room with tvs for the detailing part.

Best detailing job done will fit any budget.I run my truck trough here weekly and have it detailed about every 6weeks.

When I arrived the manager said it would be 20 minutes to get my car through. Ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes because they put other vehicles ahead of mine. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked how long it would be the manager yelled at me telling me to wait and it will get done when it gets done. I gave it a shot and it was a very disappointing experience. I will never return to this detail shop and I would recommend finding someone else to clean your that respects the customer.

Great place! Usually take the Jeep out everyweek and get super muddy. These guys always make it look new. No matter how bad it is. Ive had the interior covered in mud too and theyve fixed it right up.

I completely understand things malfunction, but when you are in line and the next to pay, and your attendant tells everyone in that line that they have to back up and get in the other line, instead of working the cars inline, and then when you question why you have to get in the back of the line behind 10 other cars, and all they can say is its not my fault they got in a different line then walk off, you have a very bad customer service problem. I will not be using your services again after being treated like this.

I havent used their detail service, but I bought the 12 dollar wash, and the basic wash at other car washes do a better job. My car is not clean.

It’s an ok carwash. If you’re looking for cost efficiency, look elsewhere. The car comes out fine if it’s not too dirty. However, if you have bugs or any reasonable amount of mud, forget it. Almost every time I’ve been through I’ve had to get my car redone. Sure I won’t have a perfect car, but it’s kind of ridiculous that some changes haven’t been made to fix it.Now for the detail shop. The prices are a little out of whack. The service is good. But the prices are just illogical. You can get a $15 interior (doesn’t include the price of your wash) which does a decent job. But the $59 interior does all the same things. I’ve watched them do the same thing for both interior packages. It includes your wash and some tire shine and that’s all. Overall, if you did the same with a $15 interior and 12 dollar wash, you’d only pay $27. And all you’re missing is a tireshine option. When I asked the young gentleman what the difference between the two interior packages were, all I was told is they spend more time on it and blow air.

Use to be the best car wash around but now the prep attendant does a half ass job and none of the vacuums seem to work.

My jeep was in a really bad condition, really dirty and muddy, I got the 99$ package. And they got it out as brand new, I used to hate my jeep, but now I really love it! I was worried to get my Porsche in, but now I definitely will.

Just got my kia Sorento detailed..the $32 combo package. I am extremly disappointed..still filled with dust by the steering, seats were not cleaned..trash between the seats in the front...I used expressway frequently for our vehicles...this is the first time I have not been pleased.👎👎👎👎

Short and overpriced. Paid $12 for the highest value car wash and it was not effective. Overpriced for a touch free car wash. Probably could have gotten my car cleaner with a regular hose. Disappointed.

Good job for a quick wash. I have not used their detail service but the drive thru tunnel does a good job.

Supposed to be open until 6pm, traveled an hour for a interior detail they shut the lights off at 3 o’clock and told me that they decided to close early and I would have to come back the next day.

Took my car in for a wash didnt look got home the same dirt was still there I was not happy.
