Never open when it says they are. Never can get an order in. Says theyre open until 1am and 3am. No one answers the phone either. Probably a bunch of kids running the place. Absolutely infuriating. NEVER will get my business..

These delicious cookies make a perfect surprise for a friend during finals week! Can be a little pricy but are very good quality! I highly recommend the peanut butter cookie and double chocolate chunk!

Was very sad cause Ive heard raving reviews about this company from others. So when I found out I had one 10 mins away from my hotel I ordered some cookies. The service was great at the building however when I got home the cookies were hard and were not at all warm or soft. They tasted okay but were not the best.

Ordered a dozen cookies from the Morgantown, wv store on the website to be delivered as a suprise to my nieces workplace. It was my first time ordering from this company and was not aware of how to put down delivery instructions. After placing the order, I called the store to ask if the delivery could be made to the reception desk as my neice would be with patients and unable to answer her phone. The lady who answered at the Morgantown location was rude and rather short with me and acted quite put out that I didnt place the instructions properly on the web order. I tried to explain that this was my first time ordering from them. She cut me off and scolded me like I was a child and said next time do it correctly. I was floored!!!! Im a 55 yr old intelligent woman and I pride myself in being somewhat tech savvy. My niece did receive her cookies past the delivery time and said they were delicious. However, because of the attitude displayed by the employee at this location I would never order from them again. Apparently I am not the only customer to have this experience with this location in Morgantown. The owner needs to take better care in the hiring and training process to assure excellent customer service. The cookies were the only reason I gave the 2 star review.

The cookies are good but I went to insomnia tonight and they said it closed at 1am so I ordered cookies and the girl who works at the downtown campus at WVU in morgantown came out with the rudest attitude and said “obviously we are closed if the lights are off that typically means somewhere is closed”. She did not have to be rude like that to a paying customer.

I have ordered from here maybe 5x and 2x the order was wrong. Quality of product is inconsistent.

Walked in around 7:45 and was not greeted by the unhappy worker. When asked how you purchase cookies she pointed to the menu and stated “ it’s right there”. When asking again she said “ yeah sure buy however many you want” and was so unpleasant. She was disgusted to be there. The cookies weren’t fresh, they were so hard on the corners. Waste of 9.00! Said here is your change and threw her hand over the counter to dropped it in my hand. When walking away a happy pleasant worker would have said that you have a good day. These workers? Nothing. Will not return.

These people are the absolute worst. I cant count how many times its been a hit or miss. Every time I order they expect to recieve the greatest tip or they will mess up your order entirely. I know because there have been nights Ill give them a 20% or more tip and get the best service but if Im running low on money and try to give them at least something, I get the worst service.On top of that, someone recently doesnt know how to bake cookies or are purposefully messing it up on my orders. Twice this month I have ordered and both times Ive gotten food poisoning. I called customer service before and did a whole run around with trying to get this solved. All I got was 3 coupons that dont even work!It was awful customer service because I got on the phone with someone that was extremely rude.Basically Im never ordering from this store again. I recommend others to just bake your own cookies or go somewhere else especially if you dont feel like tipping 20% or more cause just get ready for the next day to be on the toilet for 24/7.

The cookies were amazing. They were so warm and delicious. We got the cookie ice cream sandwich and it was above and beyond delicious. However you should go ahead and get some milk too. We had to go back to the register and buy milk. They have seating inside and to go bags if you cant finish everything. Which could happen because they are thick and huge cookies. They are open really late so you can always get your cookie fix.

While the cookies are amazing, their staff is not. The young lady who waited on us seemed to be annoyed by us being there. In an irritated tone, she asked if she could help us speed up our decision. I even asked if they were closing soon (6pm on a Sunday) just to be sure we weren’t keeping her from closing, which we weren’t. It was my first time in, and I’ll likely not return based on my first experience and from what seems to be a consistent trend, based on other reviews.

This service is very niche, it is not for everyone.Let’s start with ordering. I always use the application so it’s easy enough. There is an option to leave “instructions” for the delivery person, however they never ever follow them so don’t bother.Delivery is fast enough. I normally wait between 20 - 35 min, depending on the time of day. Throughout the day seems to be faster. Again, the delivery person will not follow the instruction you leave for them through the application. I ask every time for them to ring the door bell, not knock. Simple, right? Apparently not.The cookies - arguably the most important aspect of this review. The cookies have, so far, always arrived warm or hot, again depending on time of day. They are by no means small, but not large either; happy medium. The taste? Better than store bought, probably worse than homemade (depending on the baker.) They are about 66% gooey. The edges vary from cookie to cookie but for the most part have an inch ring of thoroughly baked cookie around the edge.The pricing is subjective. You order from Insomnia Cookies because you’re either too tired, too lazy, too stoned, or all of the above to haul your lazy ass to Kroger. Because you’re paying, on average, $2 a cookie when you could make your own for easily 1/4 the price if not less. But that would require effort and would defeat the purpose of ordering cookies to your door, you lazy ass.So, if you just can’t muster the energy to do anything yourself, by all means pay $24 for 12 cookies (after tip.) Again, it’s aimed at a very niche market which I’m sure they make a killing on.

I live 2.0 miles and cant get delivery but these people dont mind over charging for their cookies maybe if you want better service and to make more money you should expand your delivery locations not just next store laziest cookie delivery place ever so not worth it anymore I have given this place a lot of money at my last location which was more then 2.0 miles down the road when where I just moved is way closer now and they wont deliver to me this place is a joke save your money I am not happy about this because of this situation they just lost a very loyal customer!!!!

I love their cookies, especially when I cant sleep. I love all cookies. My friends call me the cookie monster. I would challenge anyone to a cookie eating contest. Mainly I love insomnomnomnia cookies!

They dropped off our cookies after an hour of waiting when it says 30-40 minutes. We payed for 18 cookies and only received 12. I don’t ask for much in life. I don’t want s fancy car. Or house. All I want is reliable service. And it’s quite sad that I was denied the very thing that keeps me wanting to go on.

Product is always delivered on time and still warm. Its a bit pricey, but the convenience and quality of the treats make up for it.

Their cookies are wonderful but pricey. Its frustrating because every time I attempt to order online it tells me that theres no store located near me. which is incorrect. Also the worst part is you cannot call the store directly you have to call the corporate line to order. And every time I do that I give them specific directions to our house and EVERY time they deliver them to the wrong address (on the wrong side of town). Then by the time the reach the correct address our cookies are cold.

Service has always been hit or miss with this company. Finally had the last straw tonight, Literally live right on campus and after an hour an a half we called and they said they “tried to deliver” which they didn’t, and after another half hour we called again they said that they “were out for delivery” waited ANOTHER 30 minutes to call again and said “they didn’t receive the redeliver notification” so finally just cancelled my order with no compensation for the inconvenience.. on a Tuesday? Get real
