I went from Verizon, To Sprint, To MetroPCS. I will say, that MetroPCS has the best service, by far, for me. I live in Talbot, and i get service there, to when i had to use a Range Extender to get service. Bill is really cheap, and the people that work there are super nice. Angie Grey is, by far, the best employee they have. But, Nina and Ashley are a VERY close range too. All three have helped me in my service and bill issues. Love it. Would Never Switch to anything else.

Affordable service with unlimited data. However there are a few dead areas so check the coverage map. Also if you live in a more populated town service can slow down during high traffic times due to congested tower use. They use the T-Mobile network.

If u live in Morristown ur service will be spotty to non existent. Cricket is just as cheap, but actually have the service for this area. Had them in Knoxville loved them, but moved a mile away from their store and had no service. No service at any of the multiple family members homes in town either. This was after being told I would have service at new address.

Ive been a metro customer for 2 years. Ive always gotten good service at other branches. Since this store has opened it has been useless. 3 times Ive been in this branch and 3 times Ive gotten bad service. Usually Im ignored because I think Im the wrong color. The staff here seem very much disinterested in helping white or black customers. They tend to only even acknowledge Spanish speakers. Their racial and cultural bias is evident. Ive watched myself and other non Spanish speaking customers be blatantly overlooked to tend to Spanish speakers on now 3 occasions. Ill drive the extra distance to Sevierville. Btw I had cash with me to buy an iPhone X today. VAMOS!

Do not wast your time or money going to these people they will take your money if your not happy with the service or if the service doesnt work you will not get a refund of any kind you will get told there is nothing they can do you could sell your phone and service you have already paid for but who wants something that doesnt work they will not stand by there promise they will not stand by there product they will not stand by there service . They will how ever take your money and hold your number that you have had for a decade threw another company when you switch to them and tell you oh well there is nothing they can do we had these phones for two days they will not honor there contract they will not stand by there word even when you asked them when you was buying the phones can we return if we are unhappy oh yes oh yes within seven days we had two days of not service and they will not refund dont wast your money.Thank you Cameron of metro pcs in morristown tn for your lies and taking our money and making us stay with a company that we do not wish to stay with holding our numbers hostage holding our money that we work hard for thank you for not standing by the sales pitch you sold us we will make sure everyone knows about this company and your store . you all will not have a good review from us and we will make sure every social media outlet knows as well

Nice phones for the price of some of them,but they also have phone you couldnt give away for sale.Some of the FEMALE workers get TOOO FRIENDLY with your bf or husband RIGHT IN FRONT OF U.So you have to either Catch a charge n take care of it or REPORT THEM TO DISTRICT MANAGEMENT.These phones are half n half on service picking up.I get alot of dropped calls and alot of texts that dont send or come thru and Im right n the middle of Morristown.They should be cheap for the service that ISNT THE BEST to get.
