Mike and Tom from service are awesome! While in an attempt to complete an Ironbutt ride, I had concerns for my battery. They took me in, got my bike on their charging/testing machine, and got me back on the road in minimal time!! Big thanks to both gentlemen. And lastly, Mike, the route to Knoxville was spot on and very enjoyable!!

These guys are awesome!!! Got a flat tire almost an hour away. They came and picked up my bike along with me and my girlfriend and took us back to the dealership. The service manager stay after closing time to change the tire and get us back in the road. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and recommend the dealership to anyone!!! Thanks again guys for take care of us and getting us back on the road to finish our vacation!!!

Prompt service and no less than 5 people approached me while I was browsing to make sure that I was being helped or finding everything. Staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Everyone was great from parts dept to girls working the desk. Salesman Ernie is cool guy and very helpful. Was first street bike and I felt more confident leaving with bike after all the knowledge was shared w me. Will buy next one there too.

It has been 10 years since I rode a Harley. I was looking for my black ultra limited and could not find one near me. I called Colboch and spoke with Ernie. He had 2 in stock and was so professional and enthusiastic about helping me get back on a bike. We went to the store which was only a 1 hour scenic drive from west Knoxville. The location is expansive, clean and loaded with bikes, parts, apparel and anything else you need. Every single person working there made us feel welcome and helped to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Ernie had my add on parts put on while we waited and thoroughly covered every aspect of my new bike. Ernie is a true professional who does it all and will focus on you to make sure you are taken care of...he even called me later to make sure I enjoyed the ride home. Great people, great facility, great location and of course plenty of great bikes! Thank you all!!

Colboch Harley Davidson is very easy to find, they are located on a major road, close within 10 miles of I-40. They have a wide selection of new and used Harley Davidson. They also have a shop there that can fix any issues that you may have with your Harley. They sale clothing and accessories, sun glasses, helmets, men,s women and children clothing. Very easy to find. Competitive prices and a very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend for all your Harley Davidson needs.

It was good had Motorcycles single Ride ones and also a double ride with saddle bags on sides. I tested drove the black and grey single one was great.also a free chilli which was pretty good too. Had a nice view of the mountains while visiting this place as well 😊. The people where nice and polite asked if we needed help with anything let them know which was cool.The prices are a little bit high but thats ok the product is Worth it. Ill be back again soon.I suggest this to anyone who likes bikes 😉.They have handicap parking and access also .

Their service department and parts have been good experiences however anyone looking for Harley apparel should go elsewhere. I waited for 6 weeks on 2 pairs of jeans they ordered and there was nothing special about the size they just happened to have everything above and below what I needed. When I asked if I could swap out one pair for a different style of the same price l was refused. Very disappointing considering how much money Ive spent there in the past 12 months.

Hey Bob Zid... We just came down here to check out that 2017 bike... We looked for 30 mins and not one person asked if we needed help... That makes twice.. We were here Sunday with our friends.. Debbie and Cubby Bare... and no one asked if we needed help. We drove 2 hrs to get here and we are gone now. I guess you guys dont want to sell bikes... Sorry bout that! Have a good one.. I have been dealing with Colboch for over 25 years and never had a issue until recently with their service department. Dropped my bike off to have a estimate done on Friday. Was told that the guy was off til Tuesday. That was fine. Call Tuesday and was told that he hasn’t even started on it. So I wait and call back on Thursday and it was finally done. Now mind you I told the guy to call me and let me and he didn’t. Went to get estimate and pick bike up. The guy was very unfriendly and cared more about what was in his phone than helping me. Then on top of that I was told I had to pay a 118 dollar estimate fee. After today I will not use their service department. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will take my bike somewhere else to have any issues that I need fixed somewhere else. As far as the sales parts and clothing departments. They are an awesome bunch.

Makes a nice scenic ride for surrounding locals; very large-open floor plan with a clear distinction between: apparel, service/parts and cycles. Prices are fairly compatible to other dealerships within our region; friendly service/parts center with a wide range of useful parts-new or used; not to even mention having an over the top, extremely helpful, apparel staff. Bought our first of many items yet to come, and I will be using this dealership as my guide as,what to expect, when visiting others!

Actually, I would give Colboch HD a 4.5, the sales department is great as well as the parts department. My experience with the service department is mostly favorable with exception to being slower then expected.

Stopped by right before leaving tennessee. The staff is really great. Merchandise is pretty expensive but they have great stuff and the store is really nice. The female staff helped me find things for two friends. The bikes in the showroom are great.

Great dealership, and super friendly staff that are willing to work with you to see that you are happy with your purchases. My very first motorcycle was a 65cc Harley Davidson that my parents bought for me from Smokey at the Enka Y dealership in 1969. Ive been hooked on Harleys ever since.

They have a loophole to where you do not have to have a license to buy a or motorcycle due to that I lost my mother and thats sad and very wrong

Bought my first Harley there, 84 Sturgis, was treated very well and given my first Harley jacket after the purchase. For at least 10 years after that I received a personally hand signed Christmas card as well as a birthday card every year. Over the years I have stopped in there from time to time and always treated well. Have attended several events and charity rides there as well. One of their Mechanics, Joe Room is a good friend of mine and I can tell you that you will not find anyone with more love and passion for the brand than Joe. He is a first rate mechanic and just plain good people.

Overall assessment, it was basically the same as previous experiences. Nothing notable and seem to be under a perception they are better than other dealers.Honestly for a true family experience you should give Rocky Top Harley in Sevierville TN a go.

Bought my motorcycle from colboch harley davidson back in september and im very happy with my choice. they had the best price compared to the others i had tried shopping at .erine was the salesman was very patient with me because i was undecided about purchasing a bike again.but i am glad i did because i love this bike .more fun than the dyna i had.just want to say everyone there was very friendly and helpful. thanks for the great experience.

Well after a couple of calls to the service manager,Jesse Parker. I will no longer take my bike there to be serviced. Wrong oil in the crankcase on the bike and the clutch fluid is low and milky. This service sucked and Dennis was the tech that worked on it! Truly shameful when you pay good money for lousy work . Yeah Im done

Appreciated the fact that they were able to mount and balance a new rear tire with tube for my Dyna, at short notice, calling at 1:30 in the afternoon, to find out if they could do the work same day ..and an hour or so later I was at shop, getting the tire work done. This is considering that I had purchased the tube and tire from a shop in Greeneville, originally thinking I would do the work myself.(Done tires on bike several times.) But because of work and illness decided to see if that shop would be able to do work either that same day, or the following day when I picked up the tire I had ordered, and waited on for a week. They said they couldnt do work because they were booked solid. I know shops can be busy...but to make a quick couple of bucks to mount and balance a tire ..that shop in Greenville just blew it! I never turned people down when I worked a mechanic shop...that can be future business. Maybe 10 fold.Thank you, Colbachs!

Dream bikes

Bought a rear tire for my 2016 Cvo roadglide, got in and out in about 3 hrs. Everything went well, except for my wires for the bags werent connected. No big issue there. Then rode for the day got back to our hotel and wanted to go grab a bite to eat. Got on the highway and heard a sound like I run over an aluminum can or something. Got to our destination to eat got off the glide and saw that my pipe had lost a bolt and lock washer with some minor scratches. So when i got back to the hotel I called service to let them know and they said they would send out the parts that needed to be replaced. They asked if I could stop by and pick them up and We were already on the way back home to Wisconsin. So I gave them my info and I yet to receive my bolt and washer. And I was there the last week of June. So maybe they sent them maybe they didnt ? But thankful I wasnt going down the expressway or it possibly could of been worst.
