My first purchase at a Sam Leman dealership was undoubtedly the best purchase experience Ive had in my 50+ years of purchasing new vehicles.Scott Kuykendall was my primary sales contact and the service he provided couldnt have gone better. I never felt pressured and Scott repeatedly offered insight for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase that I found invaluable. He has a lot of experience and is super knowledgeable about the features on a Wrangler.Because I had selected a large number of options, I had to order the Sahara since a search did not find any available at other dealers. And yes, the chip issue did cause a significant delay in delivery, but that was not an issue for me at all. I am so pleased with the appearance and performance of my new Sahara I would have gladly waited even longer for my first Jeep to arrive.Since I wanted to have leather seats added to the Wrangler I had already worked with Ryan at Harolds Auto Upholstery before the vehicle arrived. While I was on an out of town trip for a week when the vehicle actually arrived, Tom Bauer arranged to get the Sahara to Harolds and had the vehicle ready for delivery by the time I returned. With the crazy vehicle market and low inventory I was having trouble finding the exact Ram 2500 that I wanted in my area. I searched online and found exactly what I wanted at Sam Leman. I worked with AJ on the deal and even though he was over 800 miles away he made sure everything went flawlessly, even helping me get all the discounts possible. AJ even helped by arranging a driver to meet me halfway cutting the 12 hour drive down to 6. I have never had such a positive experience with any other dealer. Easiest sales transaction I experienced in 25 years of buying cars. I had never ordered a car before and the salesman and managers walked me through the process and kept me up to date on progress throughout the waiting period. Noah the salesman notified me right when it arrived and was prepared at pick up. A breeze to walk in get my questions answered, finance was easy (love that it is all electronic!) and we were out the door with our new Jeep Wrangler!
I am loving my new Limited X Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased from this dealership! Came in to ask to show me where my interior fuse box was and wanted wanted me to have it diagnosed by them for 140 bucks cause the book for the truck didn’t say where it was located or that it had one. So instead of being nice and just have someone come show me the placement like a normal nice person would they wanted me to pay 140 to point. Never in my life would I give them a cent.
They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change and tire rotation. They even hooked me up with a quick car wash! Applied my jeep wave free oil change without me even having to ask. I think I found my new place.
Chose this dealer because they had a killer price on the 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie I was looking for. They had the one I wanted with all the options plus Ramboxes. Mind you - they are 2 hours from home. I sent the email requesting info on the truck and rest is history. David G. helped me every step of the way. Everything was worked out over the course of the week thru phone and email. I think we were at the dealer little over a hour. Didn’t exactly get the price I wanted but did get 0% for 72 so wasn’t too upset about it. David was helpful and laid back. Finance department guy was nice and laid back. No one was too pushy. Way better experience at Sam Leman Morton buying my second truck than at Tyson Motors in Shorewood buying my first truck - they were way too pushy. All in all it was a good drive and well worth it. Ask for David Godwin.

My son and I were in the market for a good used Sedan. We recently just bought a 2017 Ford Fusion. It was my first “adult” purchase meaning my first own car that my parents weren’t involved in the purchase of in anyway. It was just my girlfriend and I. As a 24 year old and 22 year old waking into a car dealership without parents or anyone “more experienced”, usually you’re not taken serious or helped in the best way possible to get you the best deal on a reliable vehicle. However, at Sam Leman with Tom we had the opposite experience and it was amazing. They treated as the adults we are, walked us through the entire process, and complimented/encouraged us along the way (and not encouraged in the pushy kind of way). We truly are impressed and will continue to always come back when it comes to buying vehicles (and as young adults - that’s a long lifetime of buying cars (: ). Tom was also so friendly and kind. We feel like we made a friend out of the deal as well! My father had been dealing with this specific location for years now and has bought several vehicles. The guys here are always great to work with and are very nice. Their rebates are amazing when comparing their prices to others in the country. I myself made a trip up from TN to visit my parents so I could work with them. I highly recommend using this group. I specifically dealt with David Godwin and the guys at the Morton location. For whatever reason the sales manager at this location gets larger rebates from the manufacturers. Great group of guys!!
Great service! I was cruising the lot looking at some newer used vehicles to replace my older model truck. While shopping, Orlando came out and greeted me. He was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable! I was provided many different options (a few I hadnt even thought of!). Absolute nightmare. This dealership was initially great and very receptive of all your needs UNTIL you sign the contract. I am an out of state buyer and signed the contract on April 19, 2021. Once I signed this contract, I had to constantly call/send reminders to them to follow-up with them on EVERY DETAIL regarding the next steps. If you dont do it, they dont remember or even call you with any updates. To this date (June 23, 2021), I still have not received my state plates. Whenever I would call, the sales rep would essentially tell me that he is busy with other customers and will get back to me. Guess what, he does not get back with me and then I have to follow-up again the next day or later in the day. Recently due to my constant calling, the sales rep has been trying to get this taken care off and I am not sure if its because of my constant reminders or because they are tired of dealing with me. I am currently at a point where I am paying for a car for the past 3 months that I cannot drive. I am also considering just selling it now as there seems to be a never ending process with this dealership. Its been a constant battle and frustrating process. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly, I just hate that once they get your money, they put you at the bottom of the list. Rule of thumb, register the car yourself. Dont deal with this dealership or trust them that they can get things done.
I had a few brief phone calls with Ted Raines on Friday in regards to a trade-in, as well as the Truck that I was looking to purchase. Due to distance Ted was quick in getting any information and forms over to me so we could get that information handled early, and then on Saturday morning I made the 4 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. Ted was ready upon arrival and had the process ready to go other than a few signatures needed. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend both Ted and Sam Leman Chrysler to anyone out there looking to make a vehicle change.

This was not a good car-buying experience. They were not straightforward when discussing financing terms. They wanted to set a payment amount before pulling credit, and would not tell us what the final payment would be once the credit had been run. Classic shady move when the interest rate comes back lower than they estimated and they pad their pockets. Then when my mom asked if they could put some gas in the vehicle we purchased since we had driven 2 hours to buy from them, they said that they could only give us 1/4 tank due to the price of gas. Not friendly. Not honest. Do not recommend.

Sam leman, more like Sam Lemon. This is a grade a stealership with shady sales men who will block your number after they delivered false promises about features on a vehicle that doesnt have them. And insane interest rates that will have you upside down in a vehicle in 3 years owing double what its worth

Worked with salesman Rob Ford who really did a great job. Nice facility with lots of options and minimal pressure to buy. Dealership is quite a distance from us, and we had some difficulty getting some paperwork done the first day, but I think the financing department was a bit backed up. Never have I been as pleased with a mechanic experience. I have been having issues that were supposedly fixed a couple years back by another place that Sam Lemans service crew identified and explained what was done wrong. That was yesterday, they ordered the parts needed that arrived today and it was all done within a few hours of dropping off. Best part, every employee I came across was super friendly and didnt make me feel ignorant at all when I asked my very clueless car questions.Also they offer a free shuttle (not sure the distance on that) and the driver was super friendly each time. Thank you Sam Leman for not making me hate this experience!!

The finance department tried to repeatedly get a service contract in on me after I explicitly said I did not want it. Too much went wrong to list here. Go get your own financing...I will leave it at that.

Hands down the best jeep dealerships I have worked with! I have tried to work with other jeep dealerships concerning my lease, but was misled and treated like I wasn’t worth their time... Sam Leman in Morton got me right in and had no problem addressing any concerns and questions I had due to a recall. They were so professional and kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was there. If youre looking for an honest business, this is not the place for you. Highly disappointed in product and service. We bought a vehicle beginning of January and its just the beginning of March and it has been in a shop being fixed almost weekly. We made a list of all that has gone wrong, see picture below. We called today and were basically told sorry about that, I have people on the floor that need me, bye by Rich Yonker. Not real professional or helpful. With all the work and money we have not had to put into it, we discovered that the car is highly rusted inside. With the low miles on the car, we are wondering if this car was in a flood. They just care about making a sale. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a vehicle. Dishonest people should not be rewarded with business.

What an experience. You will be lured in with false promises and unrealistic expectations. The bottom line is they want to sell you a car. After signing the paperwork that’s where the customer service stops. 2 hours after signing the paperwork my family and I had sat in freezing temperatures in a parking lot due to a mechanical issue with a vehicle I had purchased just two hours prior. Come to find out it is was an issue in which the battery terminals were not tightened down and one was even missing the bolt to be tightened down (mind you this vehicle just went through an inspection process prior to purchase). I then wanted to upgrade the tires and rims. This is where the 2nd nightmare began. If your expecting call backs and follow don’t. Would not recommend.
