Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, and the food was as delightful as I remembered it!

Staff does great work with the customers they have to deal with

They hate Police and the Military so they can go out of Business as far as I care. Never did like their expensive black water.

I had gift cards to use from 2 christmases past I was able to buy K cups and cash them out at Starbucks in krogers

Even though this Starbucks is in a Kroger .They accepted out reward stars for free drink of ☕.There is no drive through, but we like to stop and walk in when we are on a read trip.Same cup if coffee like every other starbucks (which is good)Nice staff, quick service.I wish it was its own little coffeeshop with chairs, sofas, wifi and music..But still good just to get your loved cup of Joy and energy

I literally came inside the store 20 minutes before closing to get something to drink and the lady there around in her 20s-30s was already closing. Come on you are supposed to take customers at least until 5 minutes prior to closing.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered drinks from my house at 9:58am, and JUST got them at 10:23. The girl is sitting there making all random orders instead of completing the one order of 3 drinks she had at the frappe bar. She kept giving me one random drink at a time and NOBODY cared that it was over 20 minute wait.

Ive frequently gone to this Starbucks, but after my 3rd bad experience I will drive out of my way to another location. Their staff is so incredibly rude. I will no longer go there hoping the barista will be in a good mood as I grab my morning coffee.

Ordered a large coffee and opened the lid in my truck it was an inch from the top. They could at least fill it up for 2.70 a cup.

Drink was fine. Last time the great employee made me a wonderful drink. I was sad not seeing her tonight. Tonight a different lady wasnt very helpful and didnt help with any drink ideas.

The drink was fine, but the service ruined the experience. The barista was rude and condescending with no reason to be so. I dont typically leave bad reviews, but I dont appreciate being made to feel like a nuisance as a paying customer.

They are always super nice and I love when Im Dons gettinf my order placed they ask me for my name and greet me at the window

This Starbucks is so nice to go to. Nick is always so friendly and knows what I want as I am walking up. He definitely gives my visits that hometown coffee shop feel.

I have been here multiple times and barrista LYNN always makes a comment about the fact I get almond milk like Im the scum of this world its down right insulting also she refused to take my rewards NEVER TAKING MY BUSINESS TO KROGER AGAIN

Staff here are not up to par with normal stsrbucks locations. Semi-rude and take forever to make your drink. I was the only person in line and waited 13 mins for a simple drink

Every Starbucks is different. I can order the same drink at different locations and they will all taste different.

Usually a great place to get a triple espresso straight shot. Time your visit aell or you will have a long wait. Waiting is hard when youre so looking forward to a treat.

Did not stop ..too expensive when can go elsewhere for much less. .just shopping at Krogers

Not a busy starbucks store. Located inside krogers. The drink tasted different every time. Probably because its own by krogers and they have new coffee makers so often thats why the taste was different always. Hopefully they will keep same person so that they would earn more experiences and make same drink every time.

I watched the lady cough and sneeze and then wipe her nose with the back of her hand with a latex glove on and then immediately grabbed my drink and handed it to me through the drive-through window

The barista was very grumpy & acted like she hated her job.
