Over priced for second hand items. I think it could be a great store for our community, but not until the prices come way down.

Liked lots but can run a little steep in prices

Last time I was in the employees were friendly as could be. This afternoon? Not so much. I believe it was the owner working (older woman with white hair). She was cold and didn’t interact with customers. She sat behind the cash register staring straight ahead until someone approached. Even then, she didn’t speak to me beyond what she needed to and ripped the tags off my items rather than cutting them off with scissors. Having worked in a secondhand store with owners who sucked and weren’t friendly with customers I can say the customers and employees both notice and it makes for a poor shopping experience. The prices are definitely high as well. Sure there was a 1/2 off sale running (for certain tags) but still. $25+ for a used pair of not name brand jeans?

Nice designer clothes/shoes at fair prices, clean store, spacious fitting room. Lots of goodies!

I have been going here for years. I love the clothes. A little pricey but you would pay 2 to 3 times as much buying new. I always leave feeling like I got a good deal.Now older lady that is rude to everyone, she is NOT the owner. The owner is a younger woman named Mary. Anyhow, the older lady used to be happy and pleasant but a few years ago her only 2 grandchildren died in a car accident. They were like 14 & 15 at the time and she absolutely worshipped them. It hit her very hard and she has never been the same. Shes angry and bitter.Not saying its an excuse to be rude, but its an example of why when people seem angry and in a bad mood all the time, there is usually a reason for it. Think about it next time someone rubs you the wrong way.

Shopping for clothing is usually an unpleasant experience for me. Most of the time I walk out of stores with nothing. Today I finally visited Used But Not Abused and found some great, brand name clothing that actually fits me. I was thrilled! Also, it was a pleasure to meet Mary. :-) I will definitely shop there again.

Extremely rude blonde women working here. Which is really unfortunate. I saw some reviews saying employees were rude but I’d been in once before and everyone was nice enough. This time I understand all the reviews!! I understand if you don’t want to consign clothes someone brought in but you’re really doing your own business a disservice by being completely dismissive as if a customer was gum on your shoe. I bought last time I was in but I would never shop here again or recommend anyone to. I’m amazed this is a way somebody would run their business 😳

As someone who takes cloths there on consignment I find it very uncomfortable to take my things in. The lady is so rude and always acts like its an imposition to do her job. As a buying customer I find the prices high for secondhand clothing but they are always excellent quality and they often have sales. In comparison I could get clothing at Kohls brand new on sale with a coupon for about the same prices. Even when coming into the store shopping the older lady is so rude and acts like you are bothering her. Not a relaxing shopping environment.

I second the previous reviewers complaints about the older lady who was rude. I had the same experience. If you dont like people you shouldnt work a service related job. I came in with some clothes to be evaluated and she acted like it was such an imposition even though there was only one other person in the store. Im sure there are others who would love to have her position and are much better at customer service.

Very expensive, doesnt always pay you for consignments that sold and the owner (the old lady referenced in other reviews) is very rude. Well never be back.

Nice clothing items, but last few times I went in the lady was very unfriendly. An older lady working never even said hello and she was complaining to someone on the phone about a difficult customer and said she hates dealing with people.... Dont care to go back.
