We have had a great experience working with Central Illinois Granite. From picking out our quartz and talking through everything with Leslie to working with the install crew, everything has went far above our expectations! Very professional and kind, amazing people!! We highly recommend them!!

I wish that I would have read this review BEFORE I purchased countertops at this store. I purchased $4,000.00 worth of granite counter tops and had them installed at my home. I now have $4,000 worth of cracked countertops. When I called them to inquire about the crack, they DISCOURTEOUSLY told me that it was a fissure and talked at me like I was an idiot.I will NOT do business with this store again and I plan on telling everyone I know NOT to do business with these people EVER!

1. Removed existing counter & installed poor-quality, mismatched counter top against the homeowners’ will.2. Owner, Troy Glover, initially agreed by phone to remove it, then reneged.3. Threatened to sue the customer for not being willing to accept and pay for bad product, and specifically IF CUSTOMER REPORTS THEIR COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Hmm, fishy.4. Will not respond to email contact because written guarantees would be binding.Future customers in Central Illinois deserve to know.

Not very helpful at all. I purchased $1000 in a very popular stone for my kitchen. I over ordered (my fault) and only needed 1/2 of it. They would not take the other 6 un-opened boxes back. Called Leslie the owner twice to speak to her about this. Left curtious messages. She never returned my calls. So Im eating the the loss.Its not like they wont be selling more of that stone ever again. I would understand if it was discontinued.I will not do business with them again and encourage others to go elsewhere. Didnt even have the courtisy to return my call.
