I happened to be there during their gss sale and bought a side cabinet as well as a number of display items like wall decor, bookends and clock at discount. The service was really good as Doreen patiently helped me look for specific items and provided good recommendations on how to match them with existing furniture. Delivery was fast as well and subsequently when I discovered some defects on my items, Doreen helped arrange to have them fixed and returned to us. A wonderful place to shop with service quality that exceeds expectations!
The worst customer service ever for post sales. If you buy something and have an issue, getting a reply or call from them is more difficult than a visit from God! Best of luck dealing with Kartini and team! Zero response! Lack of knowledge about products too. Kartini had no idea what polish and upkeep was needed for the dining table I bought and told me things that were all wrong! Thankfully I had everything in writing.
This is my favourite place to go to for my home furnishings and window shopping. Everytime when I enter Taylor B, it feels like I am in my dreamland 🥰 Beautiful, unique and exquisite items everywhere. I would like to send my gratitude to your staff, Ms Jolin. She is the best taylor b staff ever 😍 Shes a gem. I would text her and bug her in the wee hours for product availability and she never fails to extend her assistance even after working time. Very nice layout. Theres 4 floors of furniture. Good quality material and very nice design. 4th lvl are where small trinkets, vases, crystals are placed. Many beautiful design to choose from especially the chairs. Will definitely come here to buy more things. The price is on the high side but quality is there. The only sad thing is that all the staff are not friendly and they dont smile.
I purchased a side cabinet from Taylor B furniture shop November last year. A couple of months later, all drawers and doors cannot close properly. Due to the virus pandemic and lock down, we didnt ask Taylor B to exchange till the virus situations improve and people go back to work. When we contacted their sales, they had all kinds of excuses not to follow up to help out. In the end when we finally went to their shop, the sales girl claimed all their furniture only has 3 months warranty. they cannot fix the drawers nor exchange to another one as they dont have same cabinet. They asked us to pay 1000 dollars more to buy another ugly cabinet which we dont even like for the living room. We now have a cabinet in living room with all drawers and doors out of shape and cannot open and close. Need Case association to intervene and legal support to talk to them. Shame on you Taylor B. Your product and services are both disappointing.

So I went here to research for furniture for my house. I have to say I was highly impressed with their collection and I bought a few stuff to fit in my house. The people here are very kind and helpful. Thank you for adding a bit of character to my house.
Tried contacting them through 62069736, fb and email but totally no response. The main line is not even working. We are not sure what kind of service standards are they trying to project other than a spacious showroom! Imagine one requires additional info after the purchased but only to be greeted with such level of after sales support?
I was so happy with the wonderful service of Doreen and the Taylor B team. Doreen was extremely helpful and gave me such great assistance during my visit to the store, even going as far as getting me a grab taxi and dropping me to the taxi.. A very poor experience on my online order of the lamp. Delivery was slow and there was no one who would get in touch with you on your order. The customer service line, no one picks up. Only way to reach is via FB messenger. And they delivered 2 lamps that don’t work. Have to get them to send back. This company is not equipped to handle online sales

Taylor B has an incredible selection of what seem to be one of a kind pieces of furniture. I had my first experience visiting Taylor B quite recently and was pleasantly surprised to see such a large range of items, they truly have something for every occasion. This place used to be something special under the previous owners. Bought many items over 2016 and 2017. It was a goldmine for affordable luxurious feeling and modern looking furniture. It was crowded every weekend by both expats and locals alike. However they changed ownership recently and the new owners have put a margin on the products that has inflated prices to ridiculous levels. This place has never been the same - empty and with no reasonably priced products to purchase. Last visited a few months ago, The salespeople have all left as well since the ownership change and it’s a testament to their new policies. Not going back.

Dont get fooled by the fancy design and exterior of the furniture. If you look closely, its very poor quality and they never do quality check before deliver to the customer so make sure you do it yourself after receiving the goods, otherwise dont waste your time and money here. Not worth it. Id rather prefer IKEA

I had a very interesting experience with Taylor B. But first, I was very impressed with the warehouse, the set up. It is oneof a kind furniture outlet that even tourist should visit. I never knew such places exists in Singapore. It looks like you are in New York or Chicago somewhere with massive...lifts and huges selections of beautiful furniture to see. and buy.I bought a bed, sofa and a bed side table.... it was my first time buying a bed frame here and I thought it was so simple. Anyway I bought a lovely bedframe which requires an expert consult. The reframe board is like a piece of fine art.. it is very beautiful. But Doreen helped me with the technicality of the bed and had adviced me also on the mattress.. I actually reserve a mattress in another store, but decided to go with Doreens recommendation at Taylor Bs mattress....I am really looking forward to have this bed in my new apartment...I would definitely visit Taylor B and ask for Doreen anytime..even if it is just for window shopping or decorations for the house..thank you..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I wouldnt even give a star if theres an option - bought a couple of furniture 2 years back (not 4 years) and decided to return one of the item a few days later. Requested a credit note since they don’t offer refund and they said they don’t issue credit not told me not to worry as they will have my record of return. Now almost 2 years later the management had changed and last month when over to the store and brought up my store credit balance with the staff. They said they will still honour my credit - did not hear anything back from them for almost a month and when I called back for an update, they said they didn’t have the record as it has already been 2 years ago. Spoke with Sales staff, Ann, Stefanie, Teresa and customer service Zura. None of them are helpful to come with a solution and one of them even said to me I should have made an exchange earlier. Yes I certainly would have if you have better quality products for me to choose from.Shame on you people. May Karma be with you.Here’s the solution from a dishonest company:Hi Ms JennyMy Director and Manager have already discussed about your case. Conclusively, we are unable to redeemed your store credit. Firstly, we do have the record of the items delivered but we don’t have the returning records for the exchange. Secondly, it has been four years if it has been shorter we would be able to consider the matter at hand. Tracing it back would have been easier too. Lastly, we are obliged to go by the books as we have a strict policy of an one year expiration date. Do understand.I highly advise there is no need to call the director as this is his decision himself. In terms of handling this through legal documentation it is your rights to make the call. Delivered our lamp full of scratches. No refund offered only a credit note, however after 3 weeks of no solution I will never spend another $ in this shop so I want my money back. The after sales is none existent.Still today we received a mail saying it will be 21 WORKING days for the cash refund to be made, this will be 6 weeks from purchase for a small amount of money, I would hate it if they owed me for a large piece of faulty furniture.Don’t use this shop they don’t care once they have your money, very short sighted customer service.

I’ve just spent 4 months waiting for Taylor B to refund me back on a rusted and what looked like a used dining table. They won’t respond or provide a solution. I came to the store today to sort this situation out and they are telling me that they will partially refund with transfer to my account taking 10-15 days and a store voucher. Transfers don’t take 10-15 days! And why I return to ur store to buy any more furniture worth the store voucher.While I was waiting at the store for 2 hours for these guys to sort my situation, 2 customers walked in saying that they did not get their delivery and one was delivered a product that was promised to meet their needs but it didn’t. As I sat at the reception, I heard another call where they were discussing that the chandelier they brought did not work due to some electrical problem and needed a change ... there were just so many problems!
I have read through the various reviews on Taylor B design and noticed a common thread. Although many customers praised their wide selection of furniture and tasteful design, these customers presumably had no defects in their delivered items.However, for those customers like myself who experienced issues with their delivered pieces, the real nightmare begins. As echoed by my fellow customers (eg. Ross Cameron, Amit Vithal, Jean Park, Nichikta N, Catherine Tan, Megan Y), the after sales service evaporates the moment you have paid!The person manning the so-called Whatsapp hotline, although polite, is woefully overwhelmed and can only apologize to irate customers for their tardy responses. And dont even get me started on their customer service email support.When I asked to speak to their customer service manager, the person who finally responded immediately claimed that he was actually not the customer service manager and wondered why he was arrowed by his colleagues to answer my queries! Bottom line - my issue which was first alerted to Taylor B in Jan 2018 remains unresolved to date in spite of multiple emails and phone calls. The reasons cited by the staff for their unabashedly slow response range from the usual (nil response by the supplier to their email) to the downright ridiculous (inability to call the supplier because of different time zones)?! Plus repeated requests to directly contact their Director were promptly ignored (notice the irony there).The only reason why I graded them 2 stars is because I am still holding on to a faint glimmer of hope that Taylor B will actually make good on what they had initially promised me 4 months ago.SUMMARY - Only good for items which do not ever require after sales support. Caveat emptor

Love their furnitures! They have various designs. We saw some Parisan style, rustic american concepts, and many more designs. They have modern design furnitures as well as oldies classics. Each piece is unique. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!
Suggest not to replace original parts such as lamp finial that come with the original items.
We were promised a new piece for the dining table we ordered. The delivered piece looked like it was secondhand, the table was slanted and uneven, the wooden legs had black grime stains, and the tempered glass top had deep scratches. The delivery people did not even bother to fix the slanted legs.And it is impossible to call the Taylor B staff and get them on the phone. Unless they are going to call you, you can almost be sure that you are not going to be able to reach them via phone calls.
