I was so excited to find out there is a great bagel shop in Birmingham! Great chew and texture, tons of cream cheese, and tons of everything seasoning. Really good coffee too! It gets pretty busy on weekends, so be prepared for a line.

Stopped in by chance. Great bagel and size! The cream cheese portion on the bagel is more than enough. I did get a latte - not the best but again, this is a bagel company. Not dinging them for that. Enjoy the bagels and get a coffee at the local coffee shop around the corner.

I placed an online order before I left for work; the store was not busy at all when I arrived, and they hadn’t even started it. I was late for work from waiting on them to finish it, and when I opened my bagel it was covered in green idk what and black fuzz. Terrible experience and service.

Fresh everything! Great service! Love the Nova on the Everything bagel. Cream cheese, red onion, capers, and tomatoes. Great stuff! They also have pup cakes, bones, and pup cookies for the dogs. Coffee and drinks are on point as well! Highly recommended.

Bagels are terrific! True NY style. Boiled first. Actually have toppings on top and bottom. Great crisp outside (if get toasted), soft inside. Large variety of flavors & cream cheese flavors. Only ding is though they were absolutely hustling for sure, covid restrictions made entering the ordering space challenging. Only 5 admitted at a time. So found ourselves having to wait outside while 1 ordered for 3 of us in our party & having to wing it if what we wanted was unavailable as others from a party prior stayed indoors until all had their indiv orders, (rather than being asked to exit once given food/order placed). I even tried to pop head in from door just to update order as needed and was asked to leave/close door instead. Later we found out they have an app for curbside pickup. Not being a local we were unaware so def use this if have opportunity and I imagine the process will be smooth and much faster. Again all in all great food - Just be ready to wait/know your backup order/order online.

Food is delicious but they often dont have what we want. They have to refund a lot and they dont always get it right. The staff is really friendly but there is always something when we go to there.

They have the blandest flavored cream cheese spreads ever and the prices for beverages is insane.

Best bagels in Alabama! We have looked for bagels like these ever since moving to Atlanta, but to no avail...Crestline bagels are the real deal. We went to see family in Alabama and had to make a stop in Crestline village. Ralph and Jennifer (the owners) are so kind and make the experience that much better. We tried some of the everything bagel seeds (they sell in store) on toast with cream cheese...SO good! I can hardly wait until our next trip!

Worst bagel I have ever had! Order was wrong. They gave me the the everything instead of plain. Not sure how you make the mistake. It was a big ball of salt.The cream cheese is whipped and has no flavor. Invest in thicker and real cream cheese.Jennifer, refunding isn’t really the point nor is it asking to not post a review. The whole point here is the customer service. The service was bad and the product was bad and the review was reflective. What I find humorous is that you state in this forum that you have refunded me. You have not and did not. The bagels were picked up and paid for by a family members. You are right, these are difficult times, and many small business may or may not close. But those that offer bad customer service and a bad product will so most certainly. Wish y’all the best.

I stopped by today to give this new place a try and Im SO glad I did!! I ordered the Tasty Turkey on a garlic bagel. It was so big!! It was perfectly toasted, there was a nice balance between the sliced turkey and the cream cheese. I will definitely be going back soon because as I was checking out I noticed some triple berry cream cheese in their grab and go refrigerated section.

The staff has now chosen to go unmasked since my last visit in July. I asked about this today and expressed concern that I probably wont be able to come back. The managers response: yeah, whatever.. I was astounded at the lack of respect for others health and well being.

Best bagel place in town. Only place I know that serves fresh salmon on a bagel with cream cheese and it’s amazing! They are also located next to leaf and petal so it makes the outdoor seating extra cool which adds another element with the sites and smells. Highly recommended!

I was excited to come here because Id heard about the delicious bagels. The bagels were pretty good, but the service was terrible. There is no discernable order for how orders are taken or filled--its just chaos behind the counter. I specifically asked for no meat on my egg and cheese, it came out with sausage. My husbands order was forgotten completely. Id probably pick up an order of bagels to take home, but doubt Ill ever try to eat here again.

Good bagels for a good price. Specifically the pizza bagels are great and come with a good amount of food for about 6 dollars. Place is definitely popular as it was very crowded on a Saturday around 10am. Don’t expect to get in and out with a to-go order as it took me about 30 minutes after walking in.

Great selection of food for breakfast including amazing bagels, fresh mixed cream cheeses and many baked goods. The poppy seed bagel is my favorite with the chocolate chip scone in a close second! Get there early if you are in a hurry but I recommend relaxing and enjoying the environment!

Showed up at 12:45 on a Sunday for a delivery pickup. Went to place the order for the customer and the woman behind the counter went off on me about how they’ve been trying to get off the delivery app for days as if it was my fault. Don’t shoot the messenger ha. Food looked good but that interaction alone is enough for me to never go back.

It was delicious! I ordered and ate a wheat bagel sliced and toasted with butter and cream cheese and the young lady put so much cream cheese in there I was licking my fingers 😄

Been going here for years. Best bagels and bagel sandwiches in Birmingham. Cramped seating. Gets loud. Coffee is OK but not stellar. Used to be able to order ahead and grab n go, wish theyd bring the back.

Everything bagel with cream cheese and pecan coffee, all the way. This is my go-to if I want to start my weekend off right. Plenty of other offerings too. I want to try an eggle one day when Im feeling adventurous. Try this place out!

I was hungry and had no idea where to eat because Im not from around here. I drove by and saw a line of people at this place. I stopped in and asked the girl at the counter what I should get. She looked at me and said you look like a pumpernickel kind of guy. I wanted to be offended, but I had no idea what that was. I said I have no idea what that is, but OK. Guess what: she was right and it was great. 10/10 will get pumpernickel again.

The bagels had a perfect texture, and the menu was extensive, especially for a bagel restaurant. Though the line was out the door, the staff were kind and quick.

I went there today for bagel sandwiches/bagels to take home and the staff was super rude. They acted like they were really annoyed to take any orders. I paid $38 for 10 bagels, cream cheese and two sandwiches. That’s too much to pay, especially with service like that.
