Got in touch with leaf and petal for my wedding details and what I needed. Margeret told me to send her pictures, I sent her pictures of everything I wanted. However, I never heard back from Margeret so I gave her a call she said she would get back to me soon I waited a couple of days and there was nothing from her about my detailed quotes. So I sent her an email telling her how disappointed I was. She proceeded to tell me “leaf + petal is not available for your wedding”So I will just say this place is extremely unprofessional, and with wedding planning already being stressful, this place does not help. I would not recommend any bride to do business with this place! If I could give them a ZERO rating I would.

This is such a cute little shop, and I love that they sell the kind of bath bombs and fancy French soaps that are exactly the kind of thing I go for when its time to relax.

This is my favorite shop in Birmingham. I always find something, and they offer great stuff at every price point.

I purchased some seeds anyway but when asking about jewelry we were given the brush off. The jewelry was in a locked case.We are not locals but visitors. I had been sick and was not dressed enough I suppose to attain the magical status to recieve full service. Even if I had not purchased, courtesy to customers or potential customers should be maintained. It has lovely items. Potential in shopby attendants for snobbism is high. Wear your good clothes for service and flash money might possibly help.

In the shop today, the owner was walking around, complaining loudly to her staff about vendors, arrangement of shelves and other matters inappropriate for public venting. A very unpleasant experience.I assumed this person was an owner, because she was walking around the store, rearranging the shelves, while carrying on a very loud conversation with employees behind the counter, referring to customers (not present in the store) by name and discussing whether or not they would purchase various items. In addition to complaining about vendors, this person ignored me and other customers in the store, behaving as if we were invisible.

It was really great and very relaxing

No one was wearing masks in the gardens

I stopped by today to find a large plant for an outdoor spot I have. Not one person working had the class to ask me how I am or if I needed help, which I definitely did. I know their products are quite a bit more than they are at other local nurseries, but i assumed they would make it up in their customer service. I was wrong. Overpriced, rude, and a lot of the plants outdoors didn’t look healthy.
