Poor customer service. They are rude (ignore customer presence)and seem to loathe their jobs because if you ask a question about your meds they seem to not know what youre asking or talking about. I doubt Ill go back...

Dony trust what they say over the phone.My doctor put a prescription into Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy called me for the first time yesterday and told me I had to pick it up by closing time today or it would be put back in to stock. I arrived today at 4:40 PM but they said they already put it back into stock. Its very annoying to do what they said and still not get my prescription.

Not pleasant. Most times theres nowhere near enough cashiers on registers or at customer service. Ive had to wait for twenty minutes, on multiple occasions, to have a department associate assist me in their own department. They seem to always have some really important gossip to share about each other, with each other, instead of helping the customer. Coming to this Walmart feels like a punishment for something I had to have done horribly in a past life.

Not very professional, and staff don’t seem well-trained. I’m trying to pay with a gift card and I’ve literally been waiting for 15 minutes. Edit: they couldn’t accept the gift card. One star.

The pharmacist Dr. Razieh Z., is very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions with care, and indeed was very helpful. She is the main reason, I go to this store. Thank you So much. Dr. Razieh.!

Avoid to save an hour. The staff Ghazaleh is highly unprofessional and flagrantly ineffective while not showing her badge but her grudging attitude on customers. The manager seem unconcerned about the problem and protective of his co-worker.

Terribly cramped and dirty Walmart. Parking is terrible. Super busy too.

The inventory on the website wasnt updated so we drove to store to buy nexus tablets but the employee pretended the didnt know about them at all.

Imagine a pharmacy run by a pack of kangaroos. Now imagine a pharmacy 1000x worse than that. That is the quality of this pharmacy and its staff.

They do not have much of the products carried by other Walmart of same size

Just got my walk-in covid booster shot here.The pharmacists were very busy but at the same time very efficient and accommodating. Really appreciate their hard work here!
