Most knowledgeable people on plumbing solutions. Can direct or order the right parts for you. Before they relocated from San Antonio road they had everything and even designed my sprinkler system 20 years agoWhich I successfully installed. thanks to them. They prided on helping everyone who walked through the door. Now I believe they mainly cater to the trades but seem to still helping us lost souls. Prices for end users might be list and they cannot complete online or against the big box stores so they understand their market.

This place has fantastic plumbing supply options, and the guys are super-knowledgeable about all types of plumbing decisions. They have helped me avoid buying the wrong thing a couple of times. They dont really try to have the more tech-modern things (like lots of different irrigation controllers).They will spend a really long time talking to a single customer, which is great if you are that customer, but less great if you are behind that customer.

Experience and helpful. These folks really know their stuff and are willing to help you. Sent me to a website when they didnt have the part for a rare type of toilet. Always a first stop when you need anything.

Was running a gas line to my heater and the pipe I bought from them earlier in the day was too long so I went back but got there after closing (daylight savings oops). Found one of the employees out back, having already closed up. When he heard what I needed, he opened the door, invited me in and cut/threaded the pipe to the correct length for free! Great service. There is no better plumbing/electrical/mechanical shop in the U.S. the best.

Is there a less than one star? On 10/4/15 I went in to look for a M/F connector for a small 3/4 faucet. Off the top, the short, dark-haired man with the porcupine haircut, developed in instant attitude. He said, Ill look but Im sure we dont have it. Everybody comes in here with this same size? Well, hasnt he figured it out by now if he has it or not if virtually everybody has come in asked for that size. Then he proceeded to say, Everybody has the same problem. Talk about negative Nellie. Couldnt he perhaps choose better words. We are all problems to this guy? Isnt that the business to solve problems? I asked what he would do and then changed my mind that I wanted to leave and he rudely said, You asked so listen. I felt like I was being approached by a biker. No insult to bikers. This guy was so rude I was still upset a half hour later. The worst, worst, worst! No customer service skills. If he is so unhappy with his plumbing clerk job, dont work there. Obviously frustrated and over-compensating. Ladies, if you need help, to OSH in mountain view. Theyre friendly, helpful and NOT rude! Youll have a much better experience. Sadly, no one stepped in to help. What a depressing place.

Weve been there 4 times in the past 2 months 3 plumbing trips, one electrical - latest was for drain hose from airgap to disposal. There always friendly & professional. Most important - they sold me what I needed & gave me good advice when asked. Good quality & great product range.

This is the best plumbing supply store I know in the area. Not only they have the largest selection but also the staff is very helpful. On the two occasions that I went there, I came with a small broken part from an inside of a faucet. I had no idea what the brand of the faucet was and in general, I dont know much about plumbing, so I was thrilled when they looked at the cracked pieces and reached into one of their countless boxes to find exactly what I wanted.

Couldnt find the coupler for my water filter at Home Depot nor Lowes. But got exactly what I needed at Barron Park Supply. Great store and great service!

Baron Park Plumbing is just about the best business I have ever used. The people there KNOW EVERYTHING it seems about plumbing. I can go in, describe a problem and immediately they understand what I want, have a solution, can identify the parts needed, have them in stock, and can find them immediately. They are patient with customers who are inexperienced. I personally witnessed the service person spend 15 minutes helping an elderly woman struggle to describe what she wanted. They went far beyond what might be expected and helped her actually solve her problem, not just supply the part. They are less expensive than big box stores. The information and help they give me has saved thousands of dollars in plumber visits. I dont look forward to doing plumbing at home but I feel more confident knowing Baron Park is available to me.

Paul and Connor at Barron Park helped me a lot with fixing a shower valve problem. They set me up with the right parts, explained how to install the new cartridge, and offered to help out further if I continue to have problems. They saved me a lot of time and money! The price of parts may be higher than Home Depot or online, but they more than made up for it with priceless advice on how to do it right. Im a customer for life!

These guys are amazing. Helping the weekend hack solve plumbing challenges way beyond my skill set. Amazing inventory of obscure stuff. Theyve helped me with a dozen plumbing headaches over the years.

Knowledgeable, patient, neighborly willingness to answer questions and explain more than once how things work.I even heard an employee:1) recognize that a customer did not know what the threads on a pipe fitting were or how they work2) back up and explain, with no condescension at all, just why the stripped threads on the fitting the customer brought in were making it fail repeatedly.I was impressed.Especially if you live in Old Mountain View, you should try this place for plumbing, electrical, and garden irrigation.The best part is you can walk here. Its on the OMV (north) side of El Camino right on the corner at Ehrhorn Ave.

Staff are so friendly, they almost have all the plumbing parts that you need. If they dont have it they make the effort to call different store to ask if they carry the part that you need.

Only place around that had what I needed, and the sales person that helped me even had a side job he needed my expertise in that paid excellently. Very happy with the quality of service I got!

Best advise anywhere and when you have confidence that you have the correct replacement part most repairs are easily handled - respect your counter person -

When Im not sure how to move that do-it-myself plumbing fix forward - I bring a bag of parts to Barron, and I always find that someone there will have the answer and the obscure thing I need. OSU and HD may be my go to stores for 3/4 nipples to fix a broken sprinkler, but if it came from Europe, I tend to better appreciate Barrons help and guidance.

This place has a lot more plumbing supplies than you can ever hope to find at Home Depot. Slightly on the pricy side, but for that they have very knowledgeable staff, especially Connor.
