We had an amazing experience with this storage facility! They were very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

The Staff here are awesome, they make themselves available for any issues.I have peace of mind with the safety of my storage unit. The location is kept very clean with everything thing in working order. If you are looking for a very professional experience, consider this facility.

The worse customer experience from the facility’s MANAGER. It’s pathetic you have to behave like a child and hang up on ppl when you’re getting constructive criticism or feedback. He was rude and unprofessional from the first call. Also Did not honor their promotion that’s listed on Yelp. I’m happy to say I did not go with them especially that comments below say it’s infested with rats! Yuck!

I have used this storage facility for 4 years now since my daughter is a student nearby. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the clean facilities and the excellent customer service. There was even a recent challenge I had related to billing (that ended up being a mistake on my part) and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Ive already recommended this place to dozens of my daughters friends, and am hoping this review drives even more business their direction.

Great service

Reservation was easy over the Web and the rental process was fast. The staff is really nice and courteous. For me the location is super convenient and the units are clean. One thing that is not noted is the height of the space, these are tall so you really can fit a lot of stuff. I have a couple of 9ft surfboards that I can store vertical. Overall this is a great storage facility.

Really very, very good. Ive stored there for 15 years, Theyve developed into a very efficient, full-featured and comprehensive organization. I would rate service as exceptional. They contact you quickly if a problem arises and go the extra mile if necessary - once they placed a temporary lock on my unit after I forgot to lock it, thennotified me immediately, all at no additional fee.No security issues, very clean and quiet, good staff and month-to-month contracts.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Helpful pleasant staff. Electronics recycling & USPS on site is super convenient. Review would have been 5 star except over the past 10 years there the fees are steadily inching upwards.

Clean, well kept secure storage facility with later access hours than others in the area. Security is good with cameras everywhere and a coded entry and exit, and someone lives on site. Super helpful office staff. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Renting a unit was a breeze, i think it took less than 30 minutes. Very convenient location, individually alarmed and very clean units for a fair price. While shopping around for a storage unit, visited three more different storages, they all were friendly but this one caught our attention (wifey was with me) since we stepped into the office. They were busy on the phone, but acknowledged that i was there and let me know that she would be with me in a moment. Great costumer service and i do recommend this location to those looking to rent a storage unit.

Im back for more! (Fairly accurate storage space dimensions). A my questions and comments were dealt with in straightforward ways by the knowledgeable trio of staffers. I got briefed as to the one time reg fee ($22) and the mandatory insurance coverage of $12/month on top of the unit rental fee, which parallels, alas, the lofty rates endemic to Sili Valley. Thats what I get for being a consumer of tangibles. You could do worse than ending up here, and Ive been there so know whereth that of which I speak. Props to Monnique, Gwendolyn, and Daniel.

Clean and secure facility with a professional staff. Teri was fantastic! I observed another employee with a problem customer. Even though the customer was unreasonable and frankly a bit rude, they listened politely and went above and beyond to address her problem. Reasonable rates and later access hours than other nearby storage facilities.

I’ve had a storage space here for about 2.5 years and never had a problem. New manager took over in March and swaggers around the parking lot yelling at tenants and trying to get into confrontations. I’d seen him yelling at other people before and just assumed he was a rogue employee with nothing better to do than harass tenants. Found out today he’s the new manager which explains why I’ve seen so many people moving out over the past couple months. No one wants to deal with this guy and there’s at least 2-3 other self storage centers within a mile of here, so I’ll be terminating my rental at the end of the month too.

Nice place to catch stores stuff when Helen and some palms with my manager Whitney stored some stuff there and the people were great they just build my credit card every month and there was no problem

Great customer service except when I came back to rent a second unit the Spanish lady that showed it to me was quite rude explaining how theee weee two people in the office and she was the only one working outside trust me I have been in customer service for over 10 years customers would rather not hear about employee problems bad for business loke I said I have two units there and want to give u my business but don’t want to hear that kind of stuff

The facility is under new management who has decided that employees need time off for holidays...so the gates are closed Easter Sunday. This is crazy! i dont need anyone in the office to get in and out of my unit and Im told its so the on-site manager can enjoy their holiday. Now I have to call to see if someone will be there Memorial Day. This is just crazy! Why shouldnt we just know we can get in and out of our unit every day of the year? Thats why Im rating this place one star. Go figure! Guys, youre in the storage business!

I rate with facility as a minus one. They charge in advance and it took me 5 requests to get the information I needed to see how they were posting my payments. Which were wrong!
