Great shop they fixed my Chev! For me

Jeff is a fantastic owner, and has never let me down on a service. Also, anyone reading reviews about West Coast Collision Center please disregard the post that was done by Leif Winnem. He has been deceased for 14 months and could not have written the review 4 months ago

What an absolutely incredible experience. Extremely professional and GREAT work. My bumper had severe damage and Jeff, the owner fixed my car in a timely manner. I dropped off my car on a Monday night and was given my car back a day later. I will definitely come back to this establishment whenever I need help. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I got our box truck fixed here after it was involved in an accident. The guy who it us was uninsured and we had to pay for everything out of pocket. West Coast did an amazing job of working with us to find the right parts in the most affordable way. I would highly recommend these guys!!

I went there because my dealership recommended them and their reviews looked good however I wouldn’t take my car there again. There are a lot of impurities all over the painted pieces - most probably dust that was flying around when the panels were painted and it stuck on top of fresh paint. I picked up the car in a cloudy day and only noticed them later. I came back a few weeks later pointing out the imperfections. Talked to a person, who appears to be the owner. He started telling me about the fact that there imperfections were there before I brought the car in and about “industry standards” for painting imperfections and that this is perfectly fine. He agreed to take the car in to be buffed, but it didn’t help much. Also, the attention to detail in this body shop is far from what it should be. There are a lot of indications now that the car has been in a body shop for a paint.

This place is professional and does quality work. Jeff, the owner, is easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Take your business anywhere but West Coast Collision. Jeff, the owner, is dishonest. He will renege on whatever he promises you. Not a trustworthy, stand-up guy at all.

They are the worst shop ever to do business with. Never on time with there schedule
