This is a great local coffee place. The drinks are always good and the staff is friendly. If you dont quite know what you want they are happy to create an iced tea, mocha,etc for you. They have a drive through or you can order inside. This is a go-to place. I like Starbucks but prefer Urban Coffee.

Urban City Coffee is legit the best coffee stand Ive ever been to. The gals there seem to have been working there long term too because Ive been ordering from this stand since around 2018 or 2019 so that means the owners treat them well or the pay is good at least. They are always in a cheerful mood no matter how insanely busy they are and their Italian sodas and legit the best. They never skimp on syrup, theyre always perfectly carbonated and just perfect. And their baked goods and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. I love this stand and highly recommend it!

Great experience. Food is reasonably priced and tastes great. Long line of cars in the drive through when we got here but service inside was still quick and organized. Definitely recommend coming here.At the present, indoor seating is limited yo 1 hr but there are about 20 seats inside. Some outdoor seating and the atmosphere is very calm.

Best coffee spot in Seattle area! I love Urban City Coffee because they have a great selection of freshly made breakfast/lunch sandwiches, bakery items, and delicious coffee. The staff are always super friendly and make sure the line moves along quickly. Pictured here is the sausage egg & cheese on a croissant & a 32oz caramel iced latte with oat milk. Would highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere and the lunch menu. First coffee shop I have seen that offers 32oz coffees. And they aren’t super expensive. The latte wasn’t the best steam on the milk but everything else was super lovely.

Clean, comfy, good air circulation, and while busy it is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. High ceilings, lots of windows and light. You can order ahead for pick-up or use the drive through. Could use more recycling options and the restroom was closed when I visited, though.

They have sugar-free dark chocolate sauce which is amazing (Im diabetic so I often dont get this option when I get coffee out!) the baristas were super friendly and they have lots of great breakfast options.

Went to the drive through and ordered cappuccino and oat milk hot chocolate. Both of the items were good, staff was very friendly and co-operative. Will try to visit indoor next time and try more drinks before updating this review.

Definitely my go-to coffee spot!Ambiance: Inside, it is decorated and clean. They used to have live music, not sure if thats still going on post-pandemic. Nice lounge chairs and high tables.Service: I love seeing the friendly ladies here! Its nice to be remembered and they are always so sweet even when its super busy.Quality: Ive tried everything on their menu - coffee, other drinks, baked goods and their house sandwiches. Everything is tasty!Favorites are- raspberry scone, poppy seed muffin, three cheese foccacia sandwich and the boulevardier panini.Coffee is always good!Ive been coming here for years and as long as we live relatively close, we will be regulars for a long time.

Great bagel sandwiches made fresh to order. Lots of options.Coffee and tea are great. They have some serious baristas working here. They make some good drinks, and theyre quick.

Veggie panini was really good and came out in less than 10 mins. Coffee is normal hipster cafe coffee, but they have a ton of options. Staff were friendly. Comfortable and clean.

Seemed like a nice joint, but Ill never know how the coffee is, as I was ignored for five minutes straight by the two staff members working there. Not a hello, not a be right with you, nothing. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 years old. You ALWAYS acknowledge the customer. I got irritated with being ignored, and left.

Asked for a spiced chai, very terrible so I go back asked for ice coffee and what coffee was even in the cup just milk and ice. Come on get it together.

The place was full and some customers were without a mask inside. It was extremely hot too. There were at least 4 people working. Yet, I had to stand there with a baby on a stroller for about 5 minutes until finally someone helped me becausemy baby started to cry . I understand they have orders to fulfill, but they can always tell you they will be with you shortly.The food was very good and they had reasonable prices, but I cant believe they dont have bags if they sell to go food

The barista had a very hard time understanding what a double cup is... if you would like two cups bring an illustration with you or else you won’t get it.

My first time here, it wont be the last! Great service, good coffee. Our server was patient and answered all questions fully and never made us feel rushed. I highly recommend you get your coffee here. Drive thru, take out, or sit in the cafe!

On the 3rd week of our new coffee shop every week tour, this is a nice little find tucked into the corner of a small shopping center. The people working were friendly, although it appeared understaffed as only one person was handling both walk up and drive-thru. Coffee options were plentiful and tasty, as were their panini and baked goods choices. Nice outdoor seating with a heat lamp and fireplace (not operating today, unfortunately), and decent indoor seating with a several tables for work and a comfy couch we used for hanging out and crafting. A little noisy, but nothing intolerable, and probably partially due to the mom yelling at her kids. Nice find.

Granted I havent gotten any coffee here because Im pregnant but the food is great! Ive gotten a breakfast sandwich and a couple of lunch sandwiches and was happy with both. Omg and the apple fritter is amazing! Service is good and ladies are always nice.

Incredibly LONG wait after ordering a couple things. My bagel was burnt, and the sandwich I ordered was soggy. Not pleased.

Cold brew was decent, pastries were not good (berry scone and cinnamon roll) - management is failing the employees since there clearly wasnt enough staff to run a drive thru and in person orders simultaneously.

All the drinks and sandwiches are pretty good, the lines are long (but worth it) good pricing and the service is excellent

This Urban City Coffee is a wonderful cafe where the coffee is delicious and the baristas are the sweetest ladies who do everything with a smile on their face.

I love this coffee shop! The baristas are super friendly and its one of the few places where I can find lavender flavoring (soy lavender chais are soooo good!)

Coffee was good, staff was friendly and they have some outdoor seating that is covid-19 compliant. I also had a gluten free peanut butter bar and it was delicious.

It’s a very small coffee shop so don’t expect that you’ll find a place to sit down when you come in the evening. But other than that, the baristas are nice, I like that it’s drive thru so that’s helpful if you don’t wanna come in and don’t want to go to Starbucks. Good choice of drinks so I recommend that.

Get the orange creamsicle smoothie. Its the best drink youll probably have in your life. Prices are great, too. The large is HUGE and a good price. Staff is always friendly and the inside has a comfy vibe. Hours are great since its open very late.

I commute to Seattle and every day I stop at UCC first. They are friendly, fast and the entire menu is quality. My coffee orders (that change frequently) are always correct, fresh and so yummy! Everything I have ever ordered: sandwiches & pastries are fresh and tasty.The staff is SUPER nice - always asking how I am and wishing me well. A customer locked their keys out of their car and one of the baristas LOANED her car so the customer could go get keys! Who does that?! Ill tell you who - the bad a$$ employees at UCC.Also during the pandemic they are masked up and offer contactless pay options. All in all I am so loyal to this company - just a class act all around.

The coffee... I have a Starbucks account, because its so convenient with all its locations. But I prefer their coffee - sweet, tasteful, better almond milk 😂for lattes. Theres an absolutely delicious gluten free raspberry scone, which makes for a great combination!
