The project: We have a home built in 1968 that still had all its original, single-pane windows and original wooden front doors. Several windows are very large and of unusual shape. We replaced our double front door, 14 windows, 2 classic sliding glass doors, and removed 4 floor-to-ceiling fixed windows and replaced them with french sliding glass doors (4 panes of glass, 2 of which opened and closed from the center.)Id like to compliment and sincerely thank Window Worlds entire team: Andy the sales rep, Aaron for critical measurement, Tracey in the home office doing coordination and scheduling, Kevin, our lead installer, and his entire crew, Payton, Sam, Coda, Brock, and Greg. This morning on my commute to work a truck with this business pasted all over it and license plate starting C517--- almost caused a collision while the company driver was merging onto the hwy. I was traveling in the right lane. One car from the on ramp was merging in front of me while the driver from your company was behind me. When the lane narrowed he sped up along side me and began pushing me to the left so he could take the lane. I had to make react quick to about a wreck and move left so that we wouldnt collide. At this point Im traveling 65 mph. He then gets in behind me and then passes me while throwing his arms up in the air at me and speeding off. He should remember when hes driving that he is representing this company. This was unprofessional and dangerous. (This happened in I5 southbound from the 116th Street on ramp)UPDATE: Thought Id get a response from the company. To date (10/28/21) Ive heard nothing.

By far the best pricing. Installers were here for several days and did a good job. Best thing by far though was the response to an issue I had. I figured oh gosh here we go, low pricing, but I have an issue with the install, good luck getting help. Opposite is true. They were out as soon as they received my call/email, acknowledged the issue, and fixed it all for free. Overall very pleased with their work and the way they stood behind it.

We got three quotes. The other two hovered around the $20,000 mark, but Window World did it for $6,000. The other companies, by comparison, seemed like used car salesmen. They were haggling, calling their boss about prices, etc. Window World has set prices and doesnt haggle.The windows came in over a month early, and they installed them literally the next day. All the windows got installed in one day and the people working were very professional. I cant imagine a better window company. I recommend a Window World x1000

Great Windows and installation. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our installers, Kevin and Hunter, did an excellent job. And the windows really look and work great.

Communication was poor initially regarding installation time. Weeks went by without any kind of contact. Contact was made as well as an apology for the lack of communication. Updates were established as well as a schedule. Though it was a rough start the company went out of their way to make amends. I am now looking forward to new windows. Windows are now in and the installers were curtious and professional. Windows look great and have not noticed any issues.

All the windows and doors came just as ordered. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They were considerate of our house and yard and their workmanship was excellent. I had one small issue with some details and they were respectful and quick to remedy it.

Researched windows and doors when remodeling a 60 year old home. Out of four companies looked at Window World was the best price. Quality seems to be good to very good. Did a terrific job with installation with one minor quirk.Very recently a patio door in my in-laws home was broken. With temps down to the low 30s they needed a replacement fast. I called WW and they were able to provide a new door in about 3 days. Normally that would take more than 6 weeks. They really went the distance for us.I highly recommend Window World and will probably be using them again in the future.

Bought a 1960s condo that has stucco on the outside and it’s original windows. Through a referral from a friend- I decided to get windows through this company. The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. The installation team was nice and did a good job putting in the windows and patio door. I trust their service and they guarantee their work. They are affordable and I was very happy to work with them!

From start to finish they were very transparent and exceeded expectations. The lead time was longer than usual, but they were very accurate in the time frame they gave me. The actual installation process was completed faster than expected. The team cleaned up and got out without leaving a mess and did a great job.

Guys arrived early both days. They were all so nice. Worked quickly and efficiently. They were done right when they thought they would be. They laid down tarps indoors, clean up was amazing. After getting estimates from several different companies, some we selected Window World. Unlike all of the other bids where we were provided just a total price – occasionally with a minimal 4 or 5 line items describing what they would do; Window World’s estimate was completely transparent – providing line item pricing for every feature on every window. After we scheduled the installation, they were able to work with us in changing the date to accommodate our last minute travel plans. We wanted a custom grid in the main picture window in our living room and they were able to create it without any issues – and it looks great. Our house has landscaping up against it all the way around, and their crew caused no harm to any of the plants while they were working. We wanted flanged windows installed, requiring trim be put in around many of the windows. They did a great job installing and caulking the trim and windows throughout. Upon completion, everything was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Window World.

Installed thirteen new windows replacing all the single pane windows on my 1920s craftsman house in one day. They did a good job, the windows look amazing. Total cost out the door was about $6800. It was probably as painless for me as a job that big could be but do make sure you are present on the day of install to make sure nothing is lost in translation between the estimate guy and the install crew. I had a couple of things come up but they were resolved with a phone call and everything got done as expected.

The Fantastic deal that the salesman Andy pitched us was backed by facts and experience. The workers were on time the measuring was all done right . they came in the first day like an army battalion. they finished on the second day changing the windows on my whole house. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and their attention to detail was out insurmountable. I had a problem with one of my locks when they could not adjust it, they ordered the replacement the same day .Im calling anybody who I know to recommend them.I cant praise this company enough it was unbelievable pleasant experience. And I used to be a remodeler myself so I have some inner workings of construction.

All the installers were so professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job on my home. They informed me on what they were going to do and they cleaned up there mess every time. They even air blown my grass outside to pick up anything they left behind. This is my second home I have had your company install new windows. We chose Window World for our window installation because they were on the rebate list for Snohomish PUD. The salesman really pushed to sell us more than we wanted (we stood firm and only bought what we planned). The windows were ready for installation earlier than estimated (yay!) And installation took just one day. Overall, they were quite communicative.

This was a somewhat complicated project, but the team from Window World put in the effort to make it all come together. The result is beautiful functional windows that we love. Also, they paid attention to the inevitable punch list that typically occurs for a major project. We would absolutely recommend Window World of Puget Sound.

Piss poor business! It started out with this guy driving thru my yard twice so he could park his truck in the shade! The driveway was 5 feet away but he decided to drive across my yard instead and park under a tree! Then proceeded to try and convince me to not get privacy glass on the window in my shower! He criticized my ideas and clearly had his own idea of what should be done. Completely disregarded what I wanted done for siding and windows. He also bragged about how they are half the price of the leaders in the area, but was only $1000 less and that is without installing the siding I wanted, or windows I wanted. This place is a joke.

Im very happy with the windows and service from Window World.Zero interest for a year sealed the sale for me. Next year I plan to use them again.

I replaced 8 aluminum windows and 2 wood frame windows with them, and would recommend them anyone looking to get new windows. If you want the best quality product, service, warranty, and price, youve found the right company. (I only regret not having found them earlier, as they didnt appear in any of my Yelp/Angies List/Google search. They finally appeared on my facebook ad and I think only on my mobile facebook version).During the in-home estimate, they were interested in learning about what I need and what I want to know. One of the great things I liked was he had the other windows I am considering in his van, so I can compare. He showed me those other windows (even the top of the line ones that I wasnt really considering) and compared to Window Worlds. World Windows was by far better in quality. Because I had done my research on windows and was fairly technical with the guy. I asked some pretty hard technical questions and he had all the answers. (And they were pretty technical, like u factor, low-e coating style, type of installment). Quality wise, theyve got the best. Estimator (Andy) was also very patient with me. During the estimate I even had to ask him to wait for me to translate things he said to my parents, and he was happy to wait or even walk through it with my parents again.When it comes to price, they were also the best. I had 8 estimates, including small contractors and big companies like Home Depot. Their price sheet was very easy to understand. Some other companies just give you a final amount. Not these guys. Youll know how much you are paying for material and labor. They simply offered the best, and most transparent pricing.Another great thing is they are not pushy. I had some people that came and tried to make me sign on the spot. They wont push you to make up your mind right away. I think partially is because they dont have to.They also set great expectations. They told me about manufacturing time (6~8 weeks, which they met). They told me what to expect on the day(s) of the installment.Customer service is excellent. You can change your order up till the final measurement and them placing the order in to the factory. I asked them about puget sound rebate and they were knowledgeable about it.The day of the install went pretty smooth. The people on site were really experienced and nice. Obviously as a concerned home owner I asked a lot of question and they were not bothered by it (even though I feel like I am interrupting their work). They did their work, cleaned up decently well. They will clean around the work area, but they wont vacuum the whole house for you (which I dont think anyone should expect; youll have to do this because there will be sawdust). Even though they did miss some small wood blocks / trash in my gutter, they did take away all my old windows. I only spent maybe 15 min inspecting / cleaning things they missed picking up.After installation they followed with a walk through of how all the windows work. I got the nice double hung and double slide ones. They showed me how to take them out for cleaning and things to watch out for and how to care for them.I would recommend these guys to everyone!
