Lisa & Ty were awesome!When I tell you awesome I mean like wow! Long story short, I could not get to them. Lisa called an Uber and had me there in less than an hour!To top it off she had me in a vehicle and back home in no time!During this process we had a little trouble with my bank and Ty got it fixed and took it on himself to personally see to it!!! How awesome is that?This was not customer service, this was family, wanting to help and get me into a vehicle fast and back home to my kids. I have to say when my car started smoking I was sure of it that Id be broke paying to fix my new car I got two months ago however when they called me and told me my car was ready and no charge to me I wanted to cry. They was super nice and quick getting my car in and out the same day! My car is better than ever now. My experiences with past car places has always been bad and I must say they did a great job taking care of my needs and and getting me back on the road. Thanks for all your help!

I cant rate the 0 stars or negative stars. I have a friend that has a car through them and the text messages they have sent him/her are so disrespectful. They said they couldnt wait for the car to be paid off so they didnt have to deal with him/her anymore. Also was trying to say the last payment was in Feb when I helped make a payment march 5th.I dont care how upset you are with a customer or client. You have an image to uphold as a customer service worker. There has been so many other rude and disrespectful text messages from this lady at jdbyrider. Ill make sure I tell anyone I come across NOT to deal with jdbyrider.

I will never go to any of the byrider lots to get a car. I am in desperate need for transportation to work as the car I have is in dire need of serious repairs. I was pre approved I talked to a salesman at the Anderson Indiana lot he takes my info all over the phone while I was at work. He said to see what I would be approved for. I don’t hear anything back so I call and I was told they couldn’t. I stop in at the Muncie lot where I live to see why they said they could in 2023. I had been approved at other lots just don’t have the money for a big down payment on newer better vehicles. So I will now be losing my good paying job because I can’t get there. I do not recommend them to anyone. Kia of Muncie and even some of the other new car lots now are more willing to help people than this place is.

The team at JD Byrider are Great! The starter on our car went out on us and we called them. They said that if we could get the car over to them, they would try to get it worked in as soon as they possibly could. We had the car towed over to the them. Well my white car had filthy hand prints on it from the mechanic and I didn’t know the transmission was going to be replaced with a used one. It seems fine so far but with the “new” one already having 97k on it but we’ll see.

My credit score is so bad (due to my lawyer telling me not to pay my bills), I had just about become used to the idea that I would not qualify for any type of help. I did not realize JDByrider had their own bank and could finance loans other places could not. I found a wonderful car. The whole staff was very helpful, and I feel I gained some new friends, as well as finding a place to buy a car!

They had 2 bolts missing from the wheel, I took it to another mechanic to fix it, then had to go back an tell them, and all they said was sorry, I was nice enough not to take them to court. Now this car is basically falling, and this is my almost my second year, thats just sad. They dont do nothing for you, especially the Muncie location

The staff was friendly and answered every question I had, they didnt try to give me the run around. I got an Escape and absolutely love it. Recently the transmission went out and the service department took great care of us, finished the repair much sooner than expected, and it was covered by the warranty.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a new vehicle. Josh handled the sale wonderfully, he got me a great deal on a newer vehicle.The service department is very prompt and effective.

I suggest never ever ever coming to JD Byrider facts are sadly lots of people are going to and the facts are there either too ignorant to realize theyre being taken advantage of or because of their desperate need or they do it because they dont have a choice. JD Byrider absolutely rips people off, the vehicles that they give you if you Kelley Blue Book them are going to be worth five times less than what youre going to pay if you ask ask for a Carfax report say haggle and they dont want to give it to you because most of the vehicles have been purchased at auction and theyre not in that good of shape, they offer you a warranty for the vehicles but once that warranty is up in which it will be before you even get halfway through your 4 year loan they say will not pay to fix it anymore or theyll offer you more financing to fix it which puts you in even more debt, think about this your car payment is going to be close to $400 a month youre going to pay that either weekly bi-weekly or monthly and youre going to do that for a period of about four years meaning youre going to pay 20 plus thousand dollars for a vehicle that has a hundred and thirty or more thousand miles on it and has had all kinds of problems with it. If your a day or so late they will blow you up, call your family, try finding you on Facebook. They will repeat they are a strict credit repairing company but if they were worried about that they would give ppl a chance to pay off the vehicle faster by making good profit but not reaming ppl on cheap vehicles and offering a better warranty since there car shop is in house. If you get repossessed they will take you to court and garnish your wages until your paid off....which puts your family in even bigger debt.....there are plenty of places that wont prey on you like this that dont want a payment for 4 years that if you pay off after a year or so you can get a new car....this place is BAD NEWS. Most good reviews have been given BEFORE things went bad with there vehicle.

I applied for a loan because they said that any credit is approve with just a downpayment and an employment. They said that they need a $2000 dp for me to get a car, 2 days later I have the downpayment then JD byrider said I cannot get a car! Please, do not go to this place. Please try a KIA of Muncie or any other dealers. They treat people bad and tell you one thing then it is not even real ☺️ Thank you BYRIDER for not accepting my loan application and my $2000 dp because I got a better car!!!!! 👍

The absolute worse vehicle I have ever purchased in my life. Multiple repairs in the thousands and still more to repair. I owe more than the car is worth, they take advantage of people who are in need of a vehicle and have credit issues. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would!

Dont trust their financial service. They skipped one payment on an automatic payment. 6 months later without knowing they repoed my car in a different state while i was dying in the hospital getting out of state treatment to save my life. Waking up from surgery “your car got taken away” I still 2 months later have no car to get home. Thank you for the get well present jb byrider by doing something so terrible the devil would have a heart to not do it.

This place is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER APPLIED TO WORK. John Moore (i believe) called me back for two interviews. Originally he had told me he would call me either way, but then continuously told me he was offering ME the position and that he is writing me up my offer. The day came and went that he told me he was going to offer me the position. I called back, every. single. day. after that, wanting to speak to someone regarding the position. I could not get ONE PERSON ON THE PHONE. ABSOLUTELY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER APPLIED AND A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME.

I regrettably got a car through them and now Im paying way more than blue book. Also trying to schedule through their maintainence dept is a nightmare. I dont get frustrated very easily so trust me when I say its much easier to take it to meinke or somewhere than having to call their number

Muncie Byrider lied in the underwriting process to make it look as though I had collateral to back up the unethical loan they gave me on a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer back in 2018. Not only did they lie in the underwriting process, but they also ignored prior debt also helping the loan go through. These are the same kind of unfair lending practices that caused the housing bubble crash back in 2008. This is also why they are currently paying out millions to customers in the state of Massachusetts. And I have evidence that proves all of this.
