Yes highly recommend this Midas, they were super busy. I had an emergency brake issue and they worked me right in on a Friday afternoon. Thanks again. Plus the Snap-On truck was also there doing a weekly stop there. Extremely satisfied with all whom work there. I will always recommend them and also be a return customer for sure. Service was good just more that I expected to pay. According to their printout they only filled my oil level to 5 quarts instead of the 6 quarts as required. I called to find out and the person who answered said that they were reasonably sure that they followed the guidelines. Im not absolutely certain if they did or not. It makes a person wonder.

If youre expecting poor customer service then this isnt the place. They have great customer service! I had an issue with my car that I couldnt put off and Im traveling. Midas could have charged me whatever they wanted because I was stuck. However, they went above and beyond to save me money and time!

They went out of the way to check out my car and did not even charge me so I tip them my car slowing down at a fast rate I thought maybe breaks nope turn out it my transmission and its how its made to do its a Dodge Caliber 2010 they check everything took on test drive all

We had a little mishap with Haley’s car today after an oil change & tire rotation. Midas towed her car to the shop. Tim was more than concerned, very helpful and assured us the car would be fixed. They actually gave Haley a loaner—a Midas SUV, heehee, and gasMoney. They replaced the tire and confirmed there were no other issues. I’m very thankful for God’s grace watching over Haley through the entire situation and thankful for the good guys at Midas, Tim & Chris. They gave Haley a few bonus oil changes for her trouble and thanked her for the kindness & understanding my husband showed. Integrity at its best—We will continue with Midas for our vehicle maintenance. Prayers for the young man that did the work on Haley’s car for grace & mercy.

These guys are the very best in the business. I would refer them to anyone. Ive had my car to 3 other places and spent thousands trying to figure out front end noise in my car with no prevail. Mike the General Manager assured me that if they couldnt fix it they wouldnt charge me. I gave them that chance, and it turns out they fixed it correct the FIRST time! On my first visit, I showed up with no appointment needing sudden brake work. They squeezed me in, despite being pretty busy, and gave me a quick brake diagnosis-also finding a separate potentially serious safety issue I was unaware of. I chose to wait for the repair. They gave me constant updates and fixed my vehicle quickly considering what needed done. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

They charged us $162 to take out screw and it only took less than 30 minutes.

I have a 07 F150, they had me in and out in about 45 minutes or less

I would recommend going anywhere else for a wheel alignment. I wouldn’t not trust them for anything else either. We had an alignment done at Midas and my rear tire fell off the next day because they didn’t tighten the tie rods. After spending over 700 on parts, had it towed twice and 2 weeks fixing my vehicle, I took it back to Midas and call them out on the mistake they made. They said yes it’s happened before and that person is being let go and they will redo my alignment. Then they refuse to do it because now “I need every ball joint on the vehicle replaced.” I then took it to tire barn for an alignment. Tire barn tells me that my ball joints aren’t bad and my alignment is terribly off, every tire is fighting each other and causing things to break. Iv been told I have a lawsuit against them for this.

I normally go to Midas for oil changes. My starter went out last week and they did their best to get me back on the road asap AND they helped me with getting financed for a majority of the expenses, not all, but close. I will return there for all my car needs and will always recommend our Midas.The guys are nice. They dont talk down to women nor do they try to take advantage of anyone who doesnt know much about cars. I appreciate them!

Been to this shop about 4-5 times the past few weeks and every visit was outstanding! Amanda at the front desk is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service! The manager is awesome and every tech Ive had is super nice and recommends only the important things that need to be done to my car. Prices are good and Im gonna start getting my oil changes here because theyre cheaper than Jiffy Lube!

The customer service was amazing. The receptionist got someone to help us right away. They even let us bring in our well behaved dog to enjoy their AC. They checked the air pressure for our truck and filled up our air for free and helped us get on our way.

Midas is the best spot to go to get an oil change

They do amazing work with fast turnaround. Brought my truck in at about noon with no appointment. Major safety issues with the brakes and rotors. They got it in and evaluated and got me back on the road later that afternoon.

Other than over paying for some tires no complaints. Tires that should have cost about 800.00$ darn nearly cost about 3000$. Otherwise no complaints. Friendly employees, good service and fair prices other than the tires!!!

This place is fantastic. They have always been honest with me, telling me what is a dire fix and what can go a while, and the prices are reasonable. Staff are very professional, helpful, and kind. I went here after I was quoted at outrageous price at another dealer, and they told me what needed to be fixed and what could wait. That saved me hundreds of dollars, and I never ended up needing to fix the other things the other dealer said I needed to. If you want a great go-to place for your car needs, go here.

I took my Buick in for a bad catalytic converter. I had EXCELLENT service, the people ( ALL OF THEM) were above friendly and professional, my car was repaired at an extremely timely manor and more than fair price!!! My car is now running great and Midas in Muncie has a new customer! Yep, I’ll go back!

I had them put on an aftermarket exhaust system. Nothing too crazy, no custom pipes or any welding or anything like that. Just a simple bolt on kit. I picked it up and drove it home and noticed a rattle that was not there before. I waited about a week to see if there was just some sort of break in phase. Nope. So I took it back to them and dropped it off one evening as they were about to close. I got a call the next morning after they had only been open for about an hour saying that it was done and they had re-adjusted the hangers. I drove off again this time and the same exact rattle was still there. I refused to take it back yet another time. I had no confidence it was going to get done right so I took it Tom Cherry. Tom Cherry said they had broken two clamps in the process and had put parts on upside down. Tom Cherry took it completely off, re-did everything, provided new parts for the ones that had been destroyed and charged me $60 less.I believe the staff at Midas is nice. I believe they are good and honest people and they were always friendly. That is the only reason I am giving them any star at all.In terms of job knowledge, execution, diagnosing, and troubleshooting however; this was some of the sloppiest, worst work I have ever seen or heard of. I will not be going back.

They were priced about $15 more than another company but to me great customer service is worth it!They also have an oil change program and if you bring in 18pk or higher of diapers or 8 rolls of paper towels you can get an oil hanger for $20 for most cars.Companies giving back to the community is what its all about!!Satisfied customer

Kindest guys! I know absolutely nothing about cars and they explained everything so clearly in a way I could understand! They have the biggest hearts and best service!

When I come to this one for my oil change and inspection they always are honest with me and come back and tell me they found nothing wrong with my car other than the oil change I need because other locations I have been to in the past seem to always find SOMETHING wrong with my car during their inspection. This place wont charge you for unnecessary repairs. The staff and owner are always so personable and trustworthy and treat me with respect. I will ALWAYS COME BACK to this location because of how they run their business. I am sorry I ever took my car elsewhere.

GO ELSEWHERE..unless you have money to burn! I called to have my car checked, as the battery was not charging. They said they could check it that day, so I dropped it off and they would call me after it was checked it..Oh, they called me and said the alternator needed changed at $512.99 and my battery was weak but they could change that also at a whopping $302.99! (For a battery?!). Midas USED to be a good place..I don’t know what has happened over the last 1-2 years, new management or whatever, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Reasonable and understanding. Thats exactly what you want in a company thats going to help you fix your car. These people will do whatever they can to help you, working with your schedule or how much you can pay. I love this staff, I will only come here for all my car needs.

Today I went to one of my favorite places, Midas to have the oil changed on the delivery van. It was also making a front end noise that I was concerned about. I was greeted by Kelly, Scotty introduced himself and told me what he was going to do, and then Mike took the van for a drive to listen for the noise. Everyone of them made me feel like that were working for my best interest. It is so nice it is to have a great relationship with my mechanic and the staff at Midas. Do you have a personal relationship with the place you take your car? If not, try Midas. They will become your new best friends.

Mike, Kyle and your handy man with the beard and glasses (Sholon? I never learned how to spell his name) are great!!! They are some of the kindest more understanding people I have ever met. They’ll look at your car for free, they’ll walk you through/ show you what’s going on and are very trust worthy. Thank you guys for putting coolant in my car and for everything. I did not end up getting my car fixed with them only because I felt bad that they were having to match the prices of the individually owned repair shops, which is very nice, but I just wish I could’ve afforded to pay them more. Thank you for the coffee, for checking up on me, and for overall being such a great bunch of guys trying to help people. You all rock!! I was vary happy with my service for the past couple days, you guys fixed my car and when the part came up defective you fixed it up for me at no extra charge and that made me vary happy. Ive been going to Midas in Muncie for over 10 years and its the only place I will ever go. Theyre amazing. I completely trust them and they tell me the truth when it comes to what I actually need done and what can wait. Thats hard to find when youre a woman getting your car fixed.

The customer service was good, but when it came to fixing my car they were horrible. I had some issues with my cars starter and I had to get it towed to this Midas. The desk employees were helpful and informative but the mechanics shorted me out on their work. I had them replace my starter and it was fine for a couple days, but when I went home for the weekend not too long after, the starter stopped working again. I had it get checked by another shop in my hometown and they told me that the Midas had used a bad refurbished starter. So not only was my car back in the shop, but I was also out $500 for a fix that lasted me less than a few weeks. The Midas never informed me they used a refurbished starter to replace the original one. The only good thing from this experience was the fix lasted long enough to get me home. If you have to get any parts replaced at this shop ask if they are using a refurbished part, because apparently they wont tell you otherwise.
